This research is intended to learn to learn attitudes towards customer loyalty and to find out the relationship of communication to loyalty at the ahmad yani makassar branch bri bank. the method of data collection in this study uses data collection methods by submitting questionnaires or questionnaires to understand employee communication and relations with investment loyalty at the ahmad yani branch of makassar bri bank.The analytical method used in this research is the method of multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that the Communication and Attitudes of Employees show that a creditor's communication skills at the Ahmad Yani Branch of BRI Bank BRI have a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose BRI Ahmad Yani Makassar Branch.The dominant variabel that influences customer loyalty is the attitude of employees.Keywords: Communication, Employee Attitudes and Customer Loyalty

ABSTRAK Transaksi non tunai kini semakin banyak digunakan dalam bertransaksi. Selain lebih praktis, mudah dan cepat, transaksi non tunai memiliki pengaruh terhadap kebijakan moneter di Indonesia. Dalam kebijakan moneter, transaksi non tunai mempengaruhi tingkat jumlah uang beredar di masyarakat. Selain itu, terdapat faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi jumlah uang beredar yaitu inflasi. Transaksi non tunai pada penelitian ini menggunakan ATM debet, ATM kredit dan uang elektronik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti pengaruh transaksi non tunai terhadap jumlah uang beredar di Indonesia dengan inflasi sebagai variabel moderasi selama tahun 2015- 2018. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah transaksi non tunai memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah uang beredar dan inflasi mampu memperkuat hubungan transaksi non tunai terhadap jumlah uang beredar.   Kata Kunci: ATM debet. The current development of business competition in Indonesia is very tight, which makes companies do various ways to attract consumers to buy their products. This study aims to determine whether the location of the store and brand image influence consumer buying interest in the Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus, by using data collection methods in the form of a questionnaire of 160 respondents. In analyzing the data using validity, reliability, and classic assumption tests, namely normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. While for testing the hypothesis, namely the F test, T test, R2 determinant coefficient using SPSS tools. The results of the tests conducted found that the location of the store had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest and the brand image also had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of auditor competence and independence on audit quality as moderated by auditor ethics and professional commitment. The population of this study is the BPKP Auditor Representative of Papua Province with census sampling as the sampling method. Data collection was carried out by direct survey. Hypothesis testing was tested empirically using Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of the study have proven that the competence and independence of auditors has a positive and significant effect on audit quality at BPKP Representatives of Papua Province. It is evidenced by the regression coefficient, which shows that the increase follows competence or independence of auditors increases, as well as the increase of audit quality. The results of this study also show that the interaction or influence of auditor ethics does not moderate the effect of auditor competence on audit quality at BPKP Representatives of Papua Province. Moreover, the interaction of professional commitment does not moderate the effect of auditor independence on audit quality. It is believed that the factor caused the phenomena is that the auditors of BPKP Representative of Papua Province have good values or fundamental principles of ethics as well as professional commitment. The values that have been held so far are relatively relevant or have a lot in common with the auditors’ ethics and professional commitment.

This study aims to examine the effect customer perceived risks as moderator in the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty relationship. Researcher used convenience sampling survey. The respondents were customers in Yogyakarta that has experienced as online buyer, to be respondent. The hypothesis be tested using hierarchical regression analysis. The findings show that customer satisfaction positively influences customer loyalty. In addition, perceived risks affect the relationship of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Accidents in the workplace are cases that are no longer a secret. It can happen because of the limied work scurity facilities as well as the weakness of understanding the principle factors that need to be implemented by company. The philosphy of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is every worker has the right to the protection of a comfortable work life, Management and employees still do not understand it. They need to understand OHS. This research aimed to examine and analyze the relationship of employee attitudes about implementing OHS programs to the commitment of workers at PT. Alkonusa Teknik Inti. Conducting commitment means that carry out obligations, responsibilities, and promises. Thus, workers must carry out what has been promised to their company. One of them is to comply the company regulations. Data collection technique used questionnaire. The respondents were 30 workers in PT. Alkonusa Teknik Inti. It was purposive sampling. It used validity, reliability, normality and liniearity. The result showed that there was a significant influence to the commitment of workers in the field related to the OHS implementation in PT. Alkonusa Teknik Inti.

The psychological problems experienced by people with physical disabilities are feeling hopeless and uncertain of their future. They feel the future will be dismal. They also feel afraid of not having proper education, jobs, and place in society, not be able to work normally, fail in lives, rejected, and not be able to give the best to their loved ones. This condition indicates non-optimistic. Optimism is an essential psychosocial resource for protecting the health and influencing human functioning. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between gratitude and self-esteem with optimism in people with physical disabilities. The samples of this study were people with physical disabilities, aged 18 - 35 years old, attended social rehabilitation and totaled 106 people. Data collection methods were gratitude scale, self-esteem scale, and LOT-R. Analysis of the data used multiple regression analysis. The analysis indicates that there is  a  significant relationship between gratitude and self-esteem with optimism in people with physical disabilities. The contribution of gratitude and self-esteem variables to optimism is 48.1%. People with physical disabilities have optimism and gratitude in the high category, while self-esteem in the medium category.

<p><em>This research was conducted to find out how much the effectiveness and contribution of regional taxes on Regional Original Revenue (PAD), as well as to know how the relationship between local taxes and Kendal Regency Regional Revenue (PAD). Data collection methods used are interviews and documentation. The writing method used is description and exposition. The result of the discussion is that the level of local tax effectiveness is very effective with an average of 126.49%, the criteria for regional tax contribution to regional original income are quite good with an average of 30.47%, the results of regression analysis show positive results which means the growth in number Regional Tax revenues will result in the growth of Regional Original Income, and the results of the correlation analysis show that the regional tax on Kendal District Original Revenue (PAD) has a very strong relationship with a coefficient r of 0.89 so that if the local tax increases then the Local Revenue Kendal Regency will alsoincrease.</em><br /><em>Keywords: Regional Taxes, Regional Original Revenue, Effectiveness, and Contributions.</em></p>

This research was conducted at Parahyangan Golf Club Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of Reliability, Responsiveness, and Emphaty on Customer Loyalty both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this research uses associative descriptive method. This study uses 99 as a research sample using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the statistical F-test and t-test. The statistical analysis process uses the SPSS for Windows program. Based on the results of the study, the influence of Reliability, Responsiveness, and Emphaty on Customer Loyalty at Parahyangan Golf Club Bandung conducted with the analysis of the coefficient of determination has an influence meaning that Reliability, Responsiveness, and Emphaty have an effect on Customer Loyalty is influenced by other factors not examined by the authors.

This research focuses on the perception of the factors that influence satisfaction during delay, such as the perceived waiting time, satisfaction with delay information obtained, and satisfaction of environmental conditions during the waiting time, to the waiting time satisfaction and their influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty of customers in the aviation business at Adisucipto airport, Yogyakarta. This study analyzed by multiple regression analysis. This study found that there is a significant and positive effect of satisfaction with waiting environment on waiting satisfaction and customer satisfaction directly and the waiting time satisfaction does not have a moderating effect on the relationship of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
