Accidents in the workplace are cases that are no longer a secret. It can happen because of the limied work scurity facilities as well as the weakness of understanding the principle factors that need to be implemented by company. The philosphy of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is every worker has the right to the protection of a comfortable work life, Management and employees still do not understand it. They need to understand OHS. This research aimed to examine and analyze the relationship of employee attitudes about implementing OHS programs to the commitment of workers at PT. Alkonusa Teknik Inti. Conducting commitment means that carry out obligations, responsibilities, and promises. Thus, workers must carry out what has been promised to their company. One of them is to comply the company regulations. Data collection technique used questionnaire. The respondents were 30 workers in PT. Alkonusa Teknik Inti. It was purposive sampling. It used validity, reliability, normality and liniearity. The result showed that there was a significant influence to the commitment of workers in the field related to the OHS implementation in PT. Alkonusa Teknik Inti.

This study aims to analyze the value of the density of marine debris, perceptions and participation in Temberan beach and Pasir Padi beach, as well as determine the relationship of perception and participation to the density of marine debris. This research is a type of research that is descriptive with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The study was conducted at Temberan beach in Bangka Regency and Pasir Pasir Beach Pangkal Pinang in October 2019. The sampling technique used was random sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using observation technique namely sampling and questionnaire. The validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment formula and the reliability test uses the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results showed that the density of debris in the Temberan beach was more dominant at 10.92 pieces/meter2, while at Temberan beach 3 pieces/meter2. The results of perception and participation are different, with the Temberan beach occupying more complex waste problems. The relationship of perception and participation in the density of marine debris have a relationship that affects each other.

This study aims to prove the effect of salience and disposition on investors' investment decisions in Surabaya. In addition, this study also seeks to see the effect of salience and disposition effect on investment decisions with the type of investor as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative research with associative methods and primary data sources. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then processed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that the salience and disposition effect had a significant influence on investment decisions. In addition, the types of investors weaken the relationship between the salience and disposition effect on investment decisions.

The purpose of this research is to describe the religious values related to the relationship between human and God, relationship of human to humans, and the relationship between human and nature in the novel Rania Lantunan Cinta Di Sepertiga Malam by Eria Chuzaimiah and Nasrullah. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation study. In analyzing the data, content analysis technique is used. The results of this study consisted of 164 expressions. The religious value of the relationship between human and God includes the following five aspects: 1) there are 36 expressions of believing in Allah; 2) there are 44 expressions of wroshipping Allah; 3) there are 49 expressions of being grateful for His blessings; 4) there is one expression of being patient with His trials; 5) there are nine expressions of asking for forgiveness. The religious value of human to human relation includes 4 aspects, as follows: 1) there is one expression of fairness, 2) 10 expressions of helping each other, 3) eight expressions of forgiveness; and 4) five expressions of keeping promises. The religious value of the relationship between human and nature includes one aspect which only occures one time namely preserving the environment.

The fact that there is still work in the field that can hamper the performance of human resources, such as contraproductive behavior. Behavioral contraproductive behavior is a serious problem that can also harm the organization as a whole. At Indomaret in Kota Bengkulu it self, some time ago there had been cases of price differences listed on the shelf of goods and on the scanner machine connected at the checkout counter. In addition, the cashier there is a mistake to record the goods purchased by consumers into two pieces causing a double payment. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of distributive justice and contraproductive work behavior on Indomaret employees in the city of Bengkulu. The sample of research is Indomaret employee in Bengkulu city. Data collection technique in this research is hand delivery by using questionnaire. The data has been collected and then analyzed using qualitative analysis approach. The result of research shows that there is a negative correlation between distributive justice and contraproductive work behavior to Indomaret employees. The relationship between distributive justice and contraproductive work behavior which is a negative relationship means that if distributive justice is perceived by the employee, then the likelihood of employees engaging with contraproductive behavior will be small.Keywords: Distributive justice, contraproductive work Behavior, Store leader, Indomaret Employee.

Ekowisata merupakan suatu bentuk wisata yang bertanggung jawab terhadap kelestarian lingkungan serta dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Ekowisata Istana Rakyat memiliki dampak positif yaitu meningkatnya kesejahteraan anggota komunitas Selaras Alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pengelolaan dan partisipasi Komunitas Selaras Alam dalam Ekowisata Istana Rakyat, menganalisis peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota secara keseluruhan sebelum dan setelah bergabung dengan Komunitas Selaras Alam dalam kegiatan ekowisata, dan menganalisis hubungan partisipasi dalam pengelolaan Ekowisata Istana Rakyat dengan peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota dalam kegiatan ekowisata. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung dengan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang cukup kuat antara tingkat partisipasi dengan tingkat kesejahteraan anggota komunitas Selaras Alam. Hal ini dikarenakan tingkat kesejahteraan yang maningkat dapat menambah kemauan anggota untuk berpartisipasi. Selanjutnya, secara statistik terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara tingkat kesejahteraan anggota sebelum dan setelah bergabung dengan komunitas Selaras Alam.Kata kunci: ekowisata, dampak, kesejahteraan masyarakat=======ABSTRACTEcotourism is a form of tourism that is responsible for environmental sustainability and also can improve the welfare of the local community. Istana Rakyat Ecotourism has a positive impact, namely the increased welfare of members of the Selaras Alam community. This research aims to analyze management system and participation of Selaras Alam Community in the Istana Rakyat Ecotourism, analyzing the improvement of the welfare in overall the members before and after joining Selaras Alam Community in ecotourism activities and  Analyzing the relationship of participation in the management of the Istana Rakyat Ecotourism with improvement welfare of members in the activities of ecotourism. Data collection technique in this research used the census with a quantitative approach supported by qualitative. The result obtained indicate that there is a strong correlation between the levels of participation and the level of welfare of members Selaras Alam community. This is because a high level of welfare can increase the willingness of members to participate. Then, with statistical analysis, there are significant differences between the level of welfare of members before and after the joining the Selaras Alam community.Keywords: ecotourism, impact, community’s welfare

Ida Ayu Er. Meytha Gayatri; The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) place. the performance of employees in the branch of PT. UOB Indonesia Bengkulu Branch. From the calculation of the Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis of the amount of 0.89 or 0.80 to 1.000 rho in a very strong, which means that the relationship between the variables of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) with the performance of employees of PT. UOB Indonesia Bengkulu Branch relate very strong. Hypothesis testing results, from 14.863 t and t table is 2.0003 or (14.863> 2.0003), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted means there is a significant relationship between occupational safety and health (K3) with the performance of employees at PT. This research is intended to learn to learn attitudes towards customer loyalty and to find out the relationship of communication to loyalty at the ahmad yani makassar branch bri bank. the method of data collection in this study uses data collection methods by submitting questionnaires or questionnaires to understand employee communication and relations with investment loyalty at the ahmad yani branch of makassar bri bank.The analytical method used in this research is the method of multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that the Communication and Attitudes of Employees show that a creditor's communication skills at the Ahmad Yani Branch of BRI Bank BRI have a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose BRI Ahmad Yani Makassar Branch.The dominant variabel that influences customer loyalty is the attitude of employees.Keywords: Communication, Employee Attitudes and Customer Loyalty

This study examines the effect of budgetary participation on managerial performance with organizational commitment as a moderating variable. The purpose of the study was to find empirical evidences about the relationship and positive and significant influence between budgetary participation and managerial performance, and organizational commitment can be a moderation of the relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance. The study respondents were budget compilers in SKPD in West Halmahera Regency, with a sample of 64 respondents. Data collection with a list of questions adopted from previous researchers. The collected data is processed using moderating regression analysis (MRA) and regression interactions between variables. The results of the study are (1) there is a significant influence and positive relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance; and (2) there is no influence of organizational commitment on the relationship of budgetary participation and managerial performance.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the features of the value, satisfaction, and customer loyalty; the effect on the value of customer satisfaction and loyalty; influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. A total of 200 merchant PT. BANK XYZ as respondents was selected randomly. Analyses were performed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis showed that the feature has a significant influence on customer value, but not for customer satisfaction and loyalty. The values has a significant influence on satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Discussion and conclusions described in the article. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan peralatan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) pada Mata Kuliah Praktikum Proses Produksi mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Mesin, Universitas Palangka Raya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket dan dokumentasi. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Mesin, Universitas Palangka Raya yang memprogramkan Mata Kuliah Praktikum Proses Produksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 43% mahasiswa menyatakan sangat baik dan 57% mahasiswa menyatakan baik penggunaan peralatan K3 pada Mata Kuliah Praktikum Proses Produksi. Sehingga, disimpulkan bahwa penerapan K3 dapat mendukung pelaksanaan praktikum proses produksi.   Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the use of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) equipment in the Production Process Practicum Subject of Mechanical Engineering Education students, Palangka Raya University. This type of research was descriptive. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The object of research was all students of Mechanical Engineering Education, Palangkaraya University who programed Production Process Practicum Subjects. The results of this study indicate that 43% of students stated very well and 57% of students stated good use of OHS equipment in the Production Process Practicum Course. Thus, it was concluded that the application of OHS can support the implementation of practicum in the production process.
