Giving the right stimulus in early stage of age gives a very great impact to the next human development process. There are many methods that we can apply for balancing the right brain and the left brain capability. One of them is using a flash card as a media which uses a card game. Flash card is an effective media to teach children in reading a text and knowing their surrounding in an early age. Trough flash card we can introduce colours, animals, letters, numbers, and other things. In principle, introducing the learning materials trough flash card can be delivered in a simple way and the most important is a pleasure atmosphere both for the children (the learner) and the teacher. Therefore, we can conclude that eventhough the learning process only takes a few minutes but it gives a big benefit for our children. Key words: Effectiveness, Vocabulary, Flash Card

This article focused on Hegel’s dialectical evolution of the spirit and its implications to shortcut mentality in Nigeria. Hegel’s evolution of the spirit is a process of change and human development, which moves from the individual to the state and then to the absolute. This process identifies and represents the world’s civilization as a gradual realization of the absolute. The fundamental questions are: What actually is Hegel’s dialectical evolution of the spirit? What is shortcut mentality? Has Hegel’s dialectical evolution of the spirit any implication for shortcut mentality in Nigeria? This article argued and insisted that Hegel’s dialectical evolution of the spirit has remarkable implications for shortcut mentality in Nigeria. A critical look at Nigeria today simply portrays a country beset by shortcut mentality in her quest for civilization. This is evidenced in many contemporary issues menacing our country today. The issues of get rich quick syndrome, quick fixes, examination mal-practice, Ponzi schemes, betting sites, corrupt practices, utopian prosperity gospel etc. are easily noticeable in almost every part of Nigeria. All these ills which have led to the malfunctioning of the economic, religious, educational, agricultural, and administrative sectors of Nigeria, are certainly the offspring of shortcut mentality. This shortcut mentality presupposes people not following the right and gradual path of change and development. It entails abhorrence of labour as well as suffering. Hence, the researchers employed analytical and hermeneutical methods to explore the implications of Hegel’s dialectical evolution of the spirit to shortcut disorder in Nigeria. This article argued that application of Hegel’s dialectical evolution of the spirit contributes enormously in combating the problem of shortcut mentality in Nigeria. Hence, the researchers recommended creativity, mutual recognition as well as positive attitude to labour and suffering as solutions to the issue of shortcut mentality in Nigeria. Key Words: Hegel, Spirit, Shortcut, Change and Nigeria

Successful project development is characterized by a multitude of risks and high uncertainties. Particularly for the correct assessment of the input data, such as market and location factors, as well as the right estimation of the requirements of the user, high competences are demanded by the project developer. Many decisions, which are required for a successful project development, therefore have to be made in very early stages of the development process. Based on this it has been postulated that an early involvement of stakeholders in the process of project development has influence on the project success. In this context there was executed a quantitative survey to examine competences of planners, contractors, brokers and operators to influence deducted success factors of project development. Findings revealed that the early integration of the participants influence the project success strongly. Particularly planners have a very high influence on object based factors like building design and layout of the ground plan. For optimizing the market and location factors also an integration of brokers and operators is essential. For developers it is recommended that they are informed of the possibilities of influencing the different success factors by an integration of the main participants. So the security for project relevant decisions in the early stage of the development process can be provided.

The Human Rights-Based Approach to Development (RBA) puts human rights at the heart of human development. It sets the achievement of human rights obligations as an objective of development aid and integrates human rights principles into the development process. Based on the experience of development agencies and using the right to water as an example, this article identifies the practical implications and added value of the RBA. The RBA establishes the obligations of States to ensure that basic water needs are met and empowers communities to claim their right; it identifies and addresses the root causes for lack of access to water; and it places people at the centre of the development process. Translating this complex approach into practice is challenging. Yet taking the extra steps to adopt the RBA will improve the overall impact and sustainability of development aid.

Worker information systems provide the right information at the right time in a lean way. In this paper, the need for an integrated feedback system with formalised text parts is exposed. To meet the disadvantages of a lack of feedback, two important points are identified: involving of workers and guaranteeing a high information quality. Several approaches show that workers have to be included into an early stage of product development process to improve product details and especially assembly scenarios. Also, workers get an idea of their contribution to a zero-waste production. If more information is created, the quality gets more important. It is explained what quality criteria should be considered. Technical realisations for a feedback system close this paper.

Science has indicated that the left side of the brain performs tasks that are related to logic, such as in science and mathematics while the right performs tasks related to creativity and arts, including music which can affects the brain in many positive ways. Mathematics students tend to use the left brain more than the right brain and as a result, they may encounter difficulties in courses that are not related to mathematics which require reading and memorizing. Learning process and retention of information can be maximized with the simultaneous left and right brain activation. Music is believed to induce better memorization performance Therefore, in this study we introduce music during the memorization process to enhance the use of the right brain. A Complete Randomized Block Design experiment that has been done on mathematics students for testing the effect of music on memorizing performance shows that listening to music during memorizing improve the memorization performance. Furthermore, there is a difference in effectiveness in memorization performance using different types of music. Classical music has been found to be the best music to improve memorization performance. In conclusion, music can be considered as a tool by educators, parents and students to improve learning process.

One indicator of the success ofeducation in the level of classroom learning is when a lecturer is able to build student learning achievement and will be more successful if this achievement can be increased if their attendance is above 80% (minimum 10 times attendance from 12 meetings). If the students can be grown discipline and provided a decent campus facilities, then as difficult as any lecture material or learning process that followed by they undoubtedly will live with feelings of joy, even they will feel sad if that day lecturer could not come because there is a need outside campus. There are four stages of appraisal that apply to each student for each course taken include (1) attendance of 10% (2) Task 20% (3) 30% Semester Exam (UTS) and (4) Final Exam Semester. (UAS) 40%. The writer as a lecturer tries to cultivate motivation to learn from the beginning, in addition to always communicate actively with students who follow the lecture also monitor attendance and assignment, each completed college is always given the practice / tasks are directly given the value, usually given the task quite easily so they can get a value of 100, even if there is a miscalculation, they are still given the opportunity to fix the error so that eventually get a value of 100. With the value of this 100, their motivation to grow and even grow in such a way that spur them to diligent lectures. The difficulty level of the task is balanced with the lecture, the longer it is raised so as to reach the maximum average level of student ability at the end of the lecture meeting...This research reveals that there is no a significant correlation between student achievement to discipline presence of student/mahasiswa with campus facilities. The analyzing was taken from an answer of 55 students who were randomly selected as respondents by filling out the Questionaire that was distributed to them. Key words : achievement, attendance, discipline, campus facility
