The Role of Sharing Peer Group Intervention on Nutritional Anemia Prevention to Children at Bayang Public Elementary School in Makassar City

This research was conducted at Public Elementary School 68 Palembang with 34 teachers as respondents in the study sample. In this study there are three research variables consisting of two independent variables Principal Competence (X1) and Community Participation (X2), and one dependent variable Quality of Educational Services (Y). The extent to which the realization and role of community participation in education depends on the understanding of the community itself in education, and depends on the ability of the school. Quality education services are educational services that are in accordance with the plan and achieve the goals set and can meet the expectations and needs of customers. The results obtained in this study illustrate that the quality of educational services in Public Elementary School 68 Palembang is very good and can meet customer needs.

The school committee is a partner of the principal who has a role as a giver of consideration, as a supporter, as a supervisor, and as a mediator. All of these roles cannot stand alone but have a relationship between one role and another. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach. The purpose of the article is to find out activities related to the objectives of the research. The subjects in this study were school committees, principals, teachers, and students' guardians. The results of the article are that the condition of facilities and infrastructure at the Karang Jaya 1 public elementary school is generally adequate, although there is still a shortage of supporting media such as projectors, the teaching and learning process is still not available.

Role Of Parents

The purpose of this study reveals the role of parents in educating children to achieve achievements in their academic fields. The population of this study were students of grades IV, V, and VI in Public Elementary School No.113 / IV Telanaipura, Jambi City and the sample was 15 outstanding children along with the parents of each child and each of them took only 5 achievers who were made sample. Instrument in data knowledge used interviews with parents of children and documentation in the form of data from mid semester grades IV, V, and VI report cards in odd semester along with photos of high achieving children who got grades 1 to 5. Data analysis techniques used were qualitative descriptive analysis . The results of research conducted on parents of high-achieving students in grades IV, V, and Vi at Public Elementary School No.113 / IV Telanaipura, Jambi City, are known that the role of parents is very important for the success of children in school, namely in the process of achieving these achievements. their children develop the potential of knowledge that children have, through the role of these parents children get the attention that parents should be given to be able to educate their children better in the process of achieving achievement in school. The conclusion of this study is that the role of parents in educating their children to achieve achievements in school is in good quality it can be said that 80% of parents strongly support children by instilling discipline, becoming motivators, supporters, and facilitators for their children.

Com base em pesquisa de campo que estudou a introdução do sistema de eleição de diretores de escolas públicas básicas, em vários sistemas de ensino no Brasil, o artigo examina alguns limites da experiência eletiva nas escolas e discute aspectos relacionados ao impacto das eleições sobre o papel do diretor e sobre a prática democrática na gestão da escola pública. Abstract Supported by a research that focused the use of elections in the selection of public elementary school principals in several Brazilian educational systems, the article inquires some setbacks of this experience and also discusses aspects related to the impact of elections on the role of principals and on the practice of democracy in the school administration. Résumé Il s'agit d'abord d'une recherche qui a étudié l'introduction du système d'élection de directeurs d 'écolespubliques élémentaires dans des systèmes les plus divers d'enseignement au Brésil. Basé dans cette recherche, l'article examine quelques limitations de l 'experience élective dans les écoles et discute des aspects relationés à l 'impact des élections sur le rôle du directeur et sur la pratique démocratique dans la gestion de l 'école publique. The problems in this study are: 1) whether there is an influence of the role of the school principal on teacher work motivation; 2) whether there is an influence of the school climate on teacher work motivation; 3) whether there is an influence on the role of the principal and the school climate on the motivation of the teacher's work.The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out: 1) the influence of the role of the principal on teacher motivation to work; 2) the influence of the school climate on teacher work motivation; 3) the influence of the role of the principal and the school climate on teacher motivation.This type of research is survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all public elementary school teachers in Kaliwungu District with a total of teachers. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling, with a sample of teachers. Data collection techniques use interviews and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis.The results of the study concluded that: 1) The role of the principal has a significant effect on the motivation of the work of public elementary school teachers in Kaliwungu District. The influence of the principal's role on teacher work motivation is 17.5% and 82.5% is influenced by other variables outside of the role of the principal; 2) The school climate has a significant effect on the motivation of the work of public elementary school teachers in Kaliwungu District. The influence of the school climate on teacher work motivation is 14.3% and 85.7% is influenced by other variables outside of the school climate; 3) The role of the head as if and the school climate together have a significant effect on the competency of professional SD teachers in Kaliwungu District. The influence of the role of the principal and the school climate together is 21.9%. The role of the principal has a greater influence than the school climate, although the difference is not too far away.Keywords: School Principal's Role, School Climate, Motivation of Teacher's work

This research was conducted to determine the role of empathy toward teacher's self-control in teaching at public elementary school. This research uses quantitative method. Adaptation from QCAE instruments (Cognitive and Affective Empathy Questionnaire) and self-control instruments were constructed based on Averill's theory is occupied as Empathy instruments. The sample of this research is 72 respondents, public elementary school teacher. The method used in this research is regression analysis. The result is positive influence. This shows the higher level of empathy teachers will have impact on the higher self- control. Presentation the influence result is 9,7% and rest influenced by other factors.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the role of teacher attitudes in the dimensions of cognitive, affective, conative towards the efficacy of teachers in inclusive education at the Jakarta Public Elementary School. This study uses quantitative methods with survey approaches and multiple regression techniques, three predictors. The respondents in this study amounted to 143 teachers who taught in Public Elementary Schools in Jakarta who implemented inclusive education, data collection techniques using incidental sampling. The results obtained in this study are teacher attitudes in cognitive, affective and conative dimensions which play a role in teacher efficacy. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran sikap guru dalam dimensi kognitif, afektif, konatif terhadap efikasi guru dalam pendidikan inklusi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan teknik regresi ganda tiga prediktor. Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 143 guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Jakarta yang mengimplementasi pendidikan inklusi, teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan insidental sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah sikap guru dalam dimensi kognitif, afektif dan konatif berperan terhadap efikasi guru.
