This type of research used in this study is associative research. The research site is located at PT. Surveyor of Indonesia in Pangkep Region. The sample in this study used the census method in which the entire population was sampled in the study as many as 57 employees. In conducting statistical testing, it uses path analysis. The results showed that the incentives had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Surveyor of Indonesia in Pangkep Region. Work ability has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Surveyor of Indonesia in Pangkep Region. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on performance at PT. This type of research used in this study is associative research. The research site is located at the Department of Education and Culture, Soppeng Regency. The sample used the census method, which an entire population of as many as 112 employees. In conducting statistical testing, it uses path analysis. The results showed that leadership positively and significantly affected employee discipline in the Department of Education and Culture in Soppeng Regency. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline in the Department of Education and Culture in Soppeng Regency. This study's result is: 1) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on the Soppeng District Education and Culture Office's work effectiveness. 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on the Soppeng District Education and Culture Office's efficacy. 3) Employee discipline has a positive and significant effect on the Department of Education and Culture's work effectiveness in Soppeng Regency. 4) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on work effectiveness through employee discipline at the Department of Education and Culture in Soppeng Regency. 5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness through employee discipline at the Department of Education and Culture in Soppeng Regency.

<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as the intervening variable. The object of this research is the staff of general administration and finance of Islam Hospital, Banjannasin. In accordance with the above objectives, in this study four hypotheses have been formulated.</em></p><p><em>The sampling of this research used saturated sample method by using the entire population as the samples. This study used 50 respondents, and all respondents were the staff of general administration and finance of Islam Hospital, Banjarmasin. To facilitate the problem solving, this research was conducted by using regression analysis, path analysis and Sobel Test with the help ofSPSS V.23</em></p><p><em>The results of this study indicated that leadership style had a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect onjob satisfaction. Organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment had positive and significant effect as the intervening variable/mediation between leadership style and job satisfaction .</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability and leadership on job satisfaction and productivity of employees at PT. Banua Megah Sejahtera The quantitative method is explanatory research with a population of 68 people, total sampling technique is 68 people, the research instrument is validity and reliability testing, the data is tested using path analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that work ability, leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Work ability has a significant negative effect on employee productivity. Leadership and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee work productivity. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan Kerja, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan,  Kepemimpinan  dan Kepuasan Kerja  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, PT. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of self esteem and job stress on employees performance and the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT Binor Karya Mandiri Paiton Probolinggo. The populations of this research are all employees in PT Binor Karya Mandiri Paiton Probolinggo, amounting to 71 people. The sample in this study is the entire population or by using census methods. The type of this reseach is explanatory research. Path Analysis has treated as the data analysis in research. The result of this study shows that self esteem has a positive and significance influence toward  job satisfaction and employees performance , job stress has a negative and significance  influence toward  job satisfaction and employees performance , job satisfaction has a positive and significance influence toward employees performance, self esteem has a positive influence toward employees performance through the job satisfaction of the employees in PT Binor Karya Mandiri Paiton Probolinggo, job stress has a negative influence toward employees performance through the job satisfaction of the employees in PT Binor Karya Mandiri Paiton Probolinggo.

This aim of research is to know the effect of implementation managerial competencies, compensation and career planning toward employee performances through Job satisfaction at PT. BANK BTPN Tbk Micro Banking Division (MUR) Pekanbaru Branch. The number of populations in this research was 71 employee at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk Micro Banking Division (MUR) Branch Pekanbaru. According to sampling qualification, all of population will be used for sampling research. Data collecting method employed questioner within conducted validity test, reliability test. Hypothesis test employed normality test, linierity test, Multicolinearity test, path analysis, F test, and test t. The result of this research found that : 1) there is a significant effect of managerial competencies toward job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,234; 2) there is a significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,233; 3) there is significant effect of career planning on job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,237; 4) there is a significance effect of managerial competencies on employee performance with path analysis of 0,339; 5) there is a significance effect of compensation on employee performance with path analysis of 0,264; 6) there is a significance effect of career planning on employee performance with path analysis of 0,222; 7) there is a significance effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with path analysis of 0,208. This research also found that the most influence factors is the managerial competencies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan.  This study aims to examine, analyze leadership interpretation, job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life Against Employee Performance Through Behavior at the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui variabel intervening kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Lembah Karet Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 308 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 75 orang karyawan, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis path (<em>path analysis</em>) menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional. Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadapa kepuasan kerja. Keadilan organisasional dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Pengaruh langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional lebih besar dari pengaruh tidak langsung melalui variabel kepuasan kerja. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak terbukti sebagai variabel intervening.</p><p> </p><p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment through intervening variable job satisfaction at employees of PT. Lembah Karet Padang. The population in this study was 308 people with a sample of 75 employees, sampling technique using slovin method. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis technique (path analysis) using SPSS. From the results of the study found organizational justice has a positive and significant effect directly on organizational commitment. Organizational justice has a positive and significant impact directly on job satisfaction. Organizational justice with job satisfaction as intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The direct impact of organizational justice on organizational commitment is greater than indirect influence through job satisfaction variables. Thus it can be interpreted that job satisfaction does not have an indirect effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction is not proven as intervening variable.<br /> <br /> </em></p>

Purpose – Several authors in extant literature have shown concern towards lacuna in availability of standard constructs in supply chain management (SCM). These standard constructs can represent pillars of SCM excellence. However, frameworks on SCM excellence unlike its contemporary fields are very few. Thus the purpose of this paper is to develop a path analysis for proposed framework of SCM excellence in Indian manufacturing industry proposed by Soni and Kodali (2014) using interpretive structural modelling (ISM) and structural equation modelling (SEM). Design/methodology/approach – The ISM is performed on two exemplary cases of supply chain in Indian manufacturing industry. These cases were selected on the consideration of supply chain excellence index (SCEI), based on the results of an empirical study conducted by Soni and Kodali (2014) in Indian manufacturing industry. The focal manufacturing company which exhibited lowest and highest SCEI were selected as contenders for developing ISM. The relationships among pillars and constructs of SCM excellence framework are obtained from ISM, and later are subjected to statistical testing of model fit by using SEM. The input to SEM was the respondent’s data used in previous study. Findings – The major findings revealed that ISM based on focal company having highest SCEI, is statistically fit for SCM excellence framework, and finally the structural models of the constructs for each pillar of SCM excellence are also formed by using path analysis. Originality/value – The study offers a unique managerial approach for analysing the underlying relationships between pillars of SCM excellence. Researchers can use this study for developing frameworks in various realms of SCM excellence.

The present study provides evidence for the important role of job crafting and self-undermining behaviors at work, two new concepts that were recently integrated into the well-known job demands-resources (JD-R) theory (Bakker and Demerouti, 2017). We investigate how these behaviors are associated with work engagement, emotional exhaustion, and work ability as a long-term indicator of employee’s well-being. Furthermore, we examine the moderating role of personal resources in the stress-strain process by comparing groups of employees representing the five types of job satisfaction defined by Bruggemann (1974). Data was collected in a cross-sectional study within a German DAX company’s manufacturing plant from 1145 blue- and white-collar workers. Results of structural equation modeling provided, as expected, support for an indirect effect of job demands and job resources on emotional exhaustion and work engagement through job crafting and self-undermining. Work ability, on the other hand, was mainly affected by emotional exhaustion, but not by work engagement. Most important, we found significant differences between path coefficients across the five types of job satisfaction indicating that these types represent important constellations of personal resources and job demands that should be considered both for analyzing stress at work and for offering tailored stress interventions in organizations.
