This type of research used in this study is associative research. The research site is located at the Department of Education and Culture, Soppeng Regency. The sample used the census method, which an entire population of as many as 112 employees. In conducting statistical testing, it uses path analysis. The results showed that leadership positively and significantly affected employee discipline in the Department of Education and Culture in Soppeng Regency. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline in the Department of Education and Culture in Soppeng Regency. This study's result is: 1) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on the Soppeng District Education and Culture Office's work effectiveness. 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on the Soppeng District Education and Culture Office's efficacy. 3) Employee discipline has a positive and significant effect on the Department of Education and Culture's work effectiveness in Soppeng Regency. 4) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on work effectiveness through employee discipline at the Department of Education and Culture in Soppeng Regency. 5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness through employee discipline at the Department of Education and Culture in Soppeng Regency.

The research location is at the DPRD Secretariat of Soppeng Regency. The sample in this study used the census method where the entire population was sampled in the study as many as 103 employees. In conducting statistical tests using path analysis. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance through employee motivation. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance through employee work motivation at the Soppeng Regency DPRD Secretariat.

The research objective is to analyze the direct impact of leadership toward transfer knowledge and work effectiveness in Boven Digoel. Data analysis in this research is quantitative using a path analysis model (path analysis) with the help of Smart PLS Software version 3.2 .8. The research distributed questionnaires to 89 respondents of officers assigned at the secretariat office in Boven Digoel Regency. On the basis of statistical results, it was found that leadership can be said to have impacted positively and significant knowledge transfer and work effectiveness. The knowledge transfer also has a positive impact on work effectiveness.

The purpose of this research is to analyza the influence of work motivation and training on the performance of the employees at the Education and Culture Office Of Padang Pariaman Regency. In this study using descriptive analisys. This analysis is to strengthen the argumentation and logic in answering and implementing allegations that will be described in quantitative analysis, for testing this research hypothesis, including multiple regression analysis. The result of this study illustrate that all variables affect the performance of employees. The result of this research where the variable of work motivation (X1) is known equal to 1,670 then training variable (X2) is obtained equal to 1,670, for employee performance result (Y) equal to 33,196. It can be concluded that the motivation of work ad training is influential in improving the performance of employees within the Department of Education and Culture of Padang Pariaman Regency.

Purpose – Several authors in extant literature have shown concern towards lacuna in availability of standard constructs in supply chain management (SCM). These standard constructs can represent pillars of SCM excellence. However, frameworks on SCM excellence unlike its contemporary fields are very few. Thus the purpose of this paper is to develop a path analysis for proposed framework of SCM excellence in Indian manufacturing industry proposed by Soni and Kodali (2014) using interpretive structural modelling (ISM) and structural equation modelling (SEM). Design/methodology/approach – The ISM is performed on two exemplary cases of supply chain in Indian manufacturing industry. These cases were selected on the consideration of supply chain excellence index (SCEI), based on the results of an empirical study conducted by Soni and Kodali (2014) in Indian manufacturing industry. The focal manufacturing company which exhibited lowest and highest SCEI were selected as contenders for developing ISM. The relationships among pillars and constructs of SCM excellence framework are obtained from ISM, and later are subjected to statistical testing of model fit by using SEM. The input to SEM was the respondent’s data used in previous study. Findings – The major findings revealed that ISM based on focal company having highest SCEI, is statistically fit for SCM excellence framework, and finally the structural models of the constructs for each pillar of SCM excellence are also formed by using path analysis. Originality/value – The study offers a unique managerial approach for analysing the underlying relationships between pillars of SCM excellence. Researchers can use this study for developing frameworks in various realms of SCM excellence.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee work discipline at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang..1.This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with causal methods. The population in this study were all employees at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang. The research sample amounted to 54 employees using.1.the sampling technique is the proportionate stratified random sampling technique..1.Data collection techniques are carried out by using a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression testing through.1.the help of the SPSS Computer Program version 16.00. the results of the study show: 1) Work Motivation employees at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang are in the good category (74.07%). 2) Employee Discipline is in a very good category (59.26%). 3) R Square 0.155 and a significance value of 0.03 which means that.1.there is a significant effect between work motivation on work discipline of 15.5% while the remaining 84.5% is influenced by other factors.

This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation, organizational climate and work commitment on the performance of the employees of the Regional Office of The Department of Education and Culture in Banten Province. The research used the quantitative approach with the survey method. To analyze the effect of exogenous variables on the endogenous variables, the path analysis was used. As for respondents, samples of 66 employees were taken. The result of the research indicated that (1) compensation had positive direct influence on the performance of the employees, (2) organizational climate had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employees, (3) work commitment had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employee, (4) compensation had a positive direct influence on work commitment, and (5) organizational climate had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employees. Thus, improving employees’ performance can be done with increased compensation, good organizational climate, and work commitment.

This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Indobali Trada Tabanan Branch. The number of samples taken is 54 employees, with the method used is a saturated sample. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis), sobel test and VAF test. The results of the study are career development has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance. This research was conducted at the Spazzio Kuta Bali hotel using saturated samples of 35 employees. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study conclude that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, where the better the application of transformational leadership is ensured also the higher the level of motivation of work held by employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if transformational leadership goes well and effectively it can have an effect on improving employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if the higher the work motivation of the employee, the higher the level of employee performance. Work motivation is positively and significantly able to mediate transformational leadership style towards employee performance, that is if the applied leadership style can precisely direct organizational goals with individual needs, the higher the motivation of the subordinates which will further improve their performance. ABSTRACT   This study aims to reveal the influence of the Commitment of Corporate Leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) to the effectiveness of employee work (Y). The research method used was a survey method. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling. The research sample amounted to 48 respondents. The trial results of the research instruments show that the reliability of the Likert scale instrument of organizational culture is 0.917, work motivation is 0.792, and work effectiveness is 0.854. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis. The conclusion of the research results revealed: (1) There is an influence of the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company to the effectiveness of the work of employees. From the analysis results obtained a regression coefficient of 3,336 means that the influence of the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company amounted to 33.36%. (2) There is a positive influence of organizational culture on work effectiveness. From the analysis results obtained a correlation coefficient of 3742 means that there is a positive influence of organizational culture on work effectiveness by 37.42%. (3) There is a positive influence of the Commitment of the Company's Leadership Tasks and organizational culture together on work effectiveness. From the results of the analysis obtained a regression value of 14.58 means that there is a positive influence on the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company and organizational culture together on work effectiveness is 14.58%.
