The article analyzes the state of development of the viticulture and wine industry in the Republic of Uzbekistan, analyzes the assortment and classification of products, highlights the requirement for the quality standard of table grapes (UNECE FFV-19), elaborates recommendations for ensuring the quality and safety of the wine industry and increasing their export potential.

The article describes the chemical composition and nutritional value of grapes, assortment and its classification, technology for the production and storage of grapes, tasting assessment and the standard requirement for the quality of table grape varieties. Also, the state of development of the viticulture and winemaking industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan is analyzed, the assortment and classification of products are analyzed. The requirement of the international standard for the quality of table grapes (UNECE FFV-19) is given. As a result of the analysis and research, recommendations were developed to ensure the quality and safety of grapes and wine products and to increase their export potential.

The article deals with the situation of bilingualism in the Kabardino-Balkar Republic, which is organically inscribed in the global context. The authors consider some of the most representative criteria that indicate the objective state of the state languages of the CBD - Russian, Kabardian, Balkar, the classification of “risk groups” of UNESCO, as well as facts illustrating the crisis of native languages of the indigenous peoples of the Republic. In addition to the communicative, considered the most important functions of the language, which allow to act including as a basis for concluding philosophical concepts.

The article considers the views of representatives of various scientific schools on the problems of taxation. The evolution of scientific views that determine the role of the state in tax matters is shown. The tendency of convergence of scientific theories, scientific and methodological approaches to the implementation of tax policy is noted. The assessment of measures taken in Uzbekistan to improve the tax sphere for their compliance with the criteria of scientific theories of taxation, as well as foreign experience, has been carried out. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were developed on improving the classification of taxes and mandatory payments, as well as improving existing tax instruments.

We consider such a complex phenomenon in the modern applied graphics of Belarus as the schedule of workflow units (1991–2019). During this period, Belarusian forms of securities, documents, seals, etc. were analyzed mainly in the field of visual protection of documents. At the same time, high aesthetic qualities, as well as a number of unique properties of state applied graphics, as a result of a special synthesis of artistry and functionality, a combination of the possibilities of different types of creativity (graphics, typography, printing skills, engravings, prints, etc.) allow us to consider them from the perspective of art. It can be argued that today Belarusian documents, letterheads, seals, etc. formed as a complex phenomenon and acquired an individual artistic style. The ongoing search for new visual solutions, meanings and cultural concepts has formed a unique tradition for us to design works of state applied graphics in Belarus. An artistic analysis of the basic units of the state document flow was carried out, patterns of style-forming decisions of their visual images were revealed, periodization was developed and a classification of this cultural phenomenon was given. Based on the results obtained, a general classification scheme is presented for the works of state applied grahics of the Republic of Belarus (1991–2019).

This article discusses the general characteristics of the electoral system of Kazakhstan by the example of elections of the President of the Republic, the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan and deputies of the Mazhilis. The features of dividing this system into majority and proportional are also disclosed. The article analyzes the features of the appointment and conduct of elections and the principles on which they are based. It is also shown how the active activity of the state in the field of legal education of young people and their familiarization with the electoral system affects the high participation rates of citizens in elections.

Water plays a very important role in supporting human life and other living beings as goods that meet public needs. Water is one of the declared goods controlled by the state as mentioned in the constitution of the republic of Indonesia. The state control over water indicated that water management can bring justice and prosperity for all Indonesian people. However, in fact, water currently becomes a product commercialized by individuals and corporations. It raised a question on how the government responsibility to protect the people's right to clean water. This study found that in normative context, the government had been responsible in protecting the people’s right over the clean water. However, in practical context, it found that the government had not fully protected people's right over clean water. The government still interpreted the state control over water in the form of creating policies, establishing a set of regulations, conducting management, and also supervision.
