One of the reasons that at present in research and production associations and industrial enterprises, according to the degree of implementation, analysis is almost the most backward management function, in our opinion, is still insufficient attention on the part of economic services of these production links to issues of formation of analytical information processing. Having overcome, in principle, the psychological barrier of misunderstanding the advantages of using modern computer technology in production management, the economic services of enterprises in a number of cases have not yet realized that they should be both initiators of the functional development of the management system and direct participants in the new technology for the implementation of management functions, including and analysis function. The use of electronic digital machines in economic analysis is one of the indispensable conditions for achieving its efficiency and complexity. The problem of improving the function of economic analysis is becoming the subject of increasing attention, both from a large number of specialists, and from higher education institutions and various research organizations. The increasing attention to the problem of improving integrated economic analysis is evidenced by the fact that it is the subject of consideration at International, All-Ukrainian, Regional scientific and practical conferences, seminars and is significantly reflected in the recommendations of these forums. At the same time, it should be noted that the methodology of the approach, the breadth of coverage in solving the problem, the focus and depth of development in many cases by different authors are far from the same and not equivalent. Therefore, when conducting an analytical review of scientific publications, in our opinion, it is advisable to evaluate existing developments in a certain order, namely: firstly, works that emphasize the importance and need to improve the function of economic analysis without indicating specific ways to solve this problem; secondly, works examining specific forms of organizing economic analysis in management systems. The latter, in particular, include: works in which the dispersal and implementation of individual analysis tasks are proposed as part of various functional subsystems of the control system; works whose authors consider it possible to combine the tasks of economic analysis with the tasks of other management functions in one of the generally accepted subsystems of the management system; works in which the allocation of analysis tasks to an independent functional subsystem of the control system is justified.

The problem of integrating European standards in the field of innovation management (SIM) into the existing quality management systems (QMS) of organizations is considered. The authors analyze the most relevant developments of the methodological foundations of innovation management, as a promising direction of scientific knowledge, and research aimed at summarizing the practical experience of its implementation in various sectors of the economy and the service sector. Particular attention is paid to analyzing scientific publications in the field of industrial innovation. The main directions of integrating innovation management methodologies into the systems of quality management of products and services operating at enterprises and organizations are proposed. The conceptual model of the innovation management system is presented, which contains its key elements. It is shown that for industrial enterprises and manufacturing firms it is inappropriate to have two different systems (QMS and SIM), which tend to the same goal namely to improve the product quality. A process model of innovation management that implements the principle of quality management called “Improvement” is proposed, and the description of the model is given. The specificity of implementing QMS and SIM integration processes at Russian enterprises of the machine-building complex is revealed.

An important new technology has recently been developed that will revolutionize trust and security for online transactions. Conventionally, most of the security-relevant functions are concentrated within the operating system. Often, these functions, especially those dealing with access control, are commingled with object management functions. This article, abstracted from a new book on the subject, explains the key concepts and the exciting potential of Trusted Computing Platforms (often abbreviated to Trusted Platforms). We discuss access control in multilevel database management systems applies and illustrate the main applies of access control based on Trusted Computing in the LogicSQL database system.

Indeed, far fewer other managerial functions are provided with methodological developments, an analysis in which a considerable number of questions are raised to the needs of practitioners to the developers of its paradigm bases. In spite of the fact that at present there is a large number of papers published on the issues of analysis and a number of general-sectored guidance materials have been published, many of them, for various reasons, do not allow the study of all aspects of the activity of enterprises. Weak theoretical development and practical application of specific methodologies for analysis at various levels of production management are highlighted by many leading experts. In assessing the situation, it is noted that the lack of regulatory and sectored methodologies of the subsystem is a brake on the development of analysis in the economic system of the state. Instructional and methodological instructions of analysis issued by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine can not fill this gap, as they are for financial and credit agencies and can not cover all issues subsystem with which daily face planning and accounting workers to enterprises. Arguably, the current conditions of coordination of enterprises, characterized by the development of economic forms of influence on the production process, the further improvement of planning and systematic distribution of market relations, the introduction of economic-mathematical methods and machines of electronic digital, set the latest problems before the theory and practice. It is proved that the nodal task is formation of universal methodological materials for analysis for the enterprises, which allow studying various approaches of economic activity for any calendar period and meeting the requirements of multilevel construction of perspective management systems. It is justified that only in the presence of the methodology of all target methods will it be sufficiently comprehensive in both substantive and procedural terms to cover economic analysis at industrial enterprises (industrial associations), will become a real weapon of search of their economic activity, etc.

The study of management functions in the conditions of functionally developed systems of strategic administration of special purpose by industrial enterprises and scientific-industrial associations from the standpoint of the systematic approach gives the reason to conclude that any part of the organizational management system can be recognized by the subsystem if the following requirement is fulfilled: y subsystems can be allocated parts that have systematic features and which in turn can be called tasks (complexes of tasks) of a given subsystem emu management. The possibility of fulfilling this one requirement in the conditions of creation in the functionally developed systems of strategic administration of the special purpose of industrial enterprises and scientific-industrial associations of an independent (autonomous) functional subsystem (function) of analytical processing of technical and economic information data (systematic economic analysis and evaluation) is considered. In the conditions of functionally developed systems of strategic management of special purpose by industrial enterprises and scientific-industrial associations, each of the types of subsystem (function) of analytical processing of technical and economic information data can be represented in the form of corresponding blocks of programs that implement sets of sequentially interconnected economically -Analytical tasks that form the functional configuration of integrated economic analysis and evaluation. This leads to the conclusion that in the subsystem of analytical processing of technical and economic information data there are structural parts, which undoubtedly possess system features, and, consequently, a requirement which consists in isolation in the functionally developed systems (methods) of strategic management of special purpose by industrial enterprises and scientific-production associations of the independent function of integrated economic analysis and evaluation are also performed.

Due to changes in market conditions and a drop in the rate of development of the domestic economy, industrial enterprises have to carry out entrepreneurial activities in the face of growing uncertainty of the situation and the volatility of the economic environment. In this connection, there is ambiguity and uncertainty in obtaining the expected final result, and, therefore, there is a risk, i.e. the danger of failure, unforeseen losses. Thus, modern conditions lead to the need to develop a new strategy for managing a manufacturing enterprise operating under risk conditions, to develop a methodology for analyzing and assessing risk, as well as procedures for making and implementing managerial decisions. To successfully manage risks, you need to be able to identify, analyze and predict them. The article discusses methodological approaches to drawing up a risk management system for industrial enterprises, approaches to assessing the risks of industrial enterprises. A general scheme of a risk management system for industrial enterprises is proposed in order to analyze and assess risk, and develop ways to reduce it in production management. KEY WORDS: risks of an industrial enterprise, efficiency of economic activity, classification signs of risks, risk assessment, methods of risk analysis, production management

Content management is an organisational effort of managing content, particularly in digital format. Although it has been over 25 years since content management was introduced, this field of study is still considered an emerging topic with unresolved issues-in particular, the subject of benefit achievement. Therefore, grounded on an extensive review of 135 articles, the purpose of this study is to investigate the benefits that organisations can gain through the proper use of an Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS). Subsequently, this paper identifies a list of ECMS benefits and proposes an ECMS benefit framework for further exploration into this field. Our result shows that although ECMS does bring benefits to organisations, these benefits are diverse; indicating that there are certain determinants or factors influencing the achievement of such benefits. Moreover, it is also found that in the context of the benefit framework of Shang and Seddon [10], three categories were found relevant to the field of content management: operational benefit, managerial benefit, and strategic benefit.
