AbstractInternational Migration, undocumented, form short to long term, it generates among those who leave (migrant parents) and those who stay (wife and children) a forced rearrangement on family ties; mainly it occurs some emotional and corporal vulnerability which is linked to estrangement, absences and/or presences, with fractures, fears, conflicts that affect the dynamic of the family. Emotions are part of human condition and have till certain point a free path in the subject’s life; but in a vulnerable person to recurrent emotions of sadness, anger, fear or anxiety, produced by dissatisfaction, hopelessness, will be a candidate for such emotions to settle in the body and present severe psychosomatic disorders. In the context of systemic psychotherapy, the genogram represents a model of graphical representation which the persons involved produce and comment on in order to provide information about their family of origin, from at least a three-generational perspective. This paper proposes a new variant of the genogram, focused on theatrical language: the result of a five-year experiment in the training of dramatherapists, psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors. Starting from Stanislavski's and Grotowski's research, the paper highlights the potentialities that the theatre perspective may have with the genogram. Thanks to the ‘emotive memory’ and ‘body-memory’, the theatre can enrich the genogram method with a set of operational tools that can increase the introspective potential of the genogram itself, especially through the aid of physical actions. If the act of drawing represents an expressive ‘medium’ in the traditional genogram for stimulating the affective memory of family ties, then the language of performance can even better represent this medium, centred as it is on the activation of the body as a vehicle capable of bringing into contact the individual with his identity and his deep memory, even regarding the family, in order to creatively translate this into a communicative and narrative form.

Significance built by family caregivers about the nursing staff ABSTRACTObjective: to describe the significance that family caregiver builds in a situation of chronic disease about the nursing staff in the hospital field. Materials and methods: a qualitative study with ethnographic focus. Fourteen interviews and fifty hours of participant observation were performed. The participants were family caregivers of hospitalized patients in the service of internal medicine in two institutions in Medellin (Colombia). The analysis was done based on the reading of reports, observations, and field notes; Line by line analysis was done, which allowed the codification of the information, and the reports were grouped in categories and subcategories. Results: the significance that the family caregiver builds in people with chronic diseases about the nursing staff in the hospital, starts from considering nursing as a difficult job and vocation, where individual roles of the boss (nurse) and nurse (nursing assistant) are identified, each one with their own working characteristics of doing, knowing, and being, for which both nurses are differentiated, and with whom nurses establish close and distant relationships. Conclusions: the family caregivers identify the nursing staff according to certain categories, assuming that the nursing professional has knowledge, status, and power, away from the caregiver and the patient; the nursing assistant, is recognized as someone close, with whom the professional can interact and solve situations. Independently of the role performed, the nurses, indicate a work overload that makes it difficult to interact with the caregiver. KEYWORDS: nurses, caregivers, hospitalization , hierarchy, social , qualitative research. THE ALCOHOLISM AND THE INTRAFAMILY VIOLENCE OF THE INTERNAL IN THE "NUEVOS SURCOS" FOUNDATION ABSTRACT The present research work deals with the alcoholism and intrafamily violence that exists in the adolescents of the foundation "Nuevos Surcos" of the province of Manabí of the canton Portoviejo, in order to know the effects that alcohol causes in the family and suggest ways to maintain adequate communication between parents and children, taking into account that the alcoholic needs to be freed from his or her desire to consume by requiring a process of distancing from society and being admitted to a therapeutic community, to detoxify and maintain physical stability and emotional, without the body missing the alcohol substance and thus be able to say that it has obtained the maximum benefit that the foundation offers through the AA Program (Alcoholics Anonymous), medical, psychological procedures, which will help improve the intra-family relationship. This topic is chosen because it is of social interest since alcohol is a legal liquid drug in our environment, which becomes normally ingested in any social event, becoming a conflict when the person who consumes it does not take control of their behavior, When he continues to drink despite infringing his principles in a negative way, it is then that he comes to the conviction that alcoholism is a disease that not only affects the consumer, but the whole environment annihilating all those people who are related to the patient, specifically his family. Necessarily, dipsomania will have to be analyzed from the medical, social, legal and religious points of view in order to prevent vulnerable adolescents and to create awareness among consumers about the physical, psychological and social damage that alcohol consumption presents. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to consider multigenerational landed estates in Scotland from a family business perspective. The strategic vision for the business is considered here in terms of the family definition of success, drawing upon aspects of cultural identity, legal and fiscal systems and stewardship theory. Design/methodology/approach A social-constructivist epistemology framed this study, which considered perceptions of family business strategy, culture and family defined visions of success. Semi-structured interview techniques were utilized to collect primarily qualitative date. Findings Results indicate that the families shared a very cohesive definition of what constituted the family business and were very aware of the importance of long-term planning in the succession process. The cultural and legal dimension of primogeniture played a defining role in the choice of successors, developed from the belief that the successor is the steward of the family property rather than the “owner” in any personal sense. Key priorities for the family included the training of the heir and the limiting of potential taxation liabilities juxtaposed with the desire to retain family discretion in decision making. Practical implications By extending current research to businesses that have been successfully transferred between six or more generations this study offers a unique insight into the requirements for effective succession. This research also offers an insight into the strategic management of a group of “family businesses” where the economic and legislative environment have required families to plan, where smaller family businesses are often able to defer. Originality/value Multigenerational estates represent some of the oldest family businesses in Scotland, offering a unique sample group of businesses which have survived through six or more generations. The clarity of strategic vision and the perceived importance of long-term planning offer an insight into the reasons for business longevity.
