This review aims to provide an indication of the current situation and irregularities that occur in the work environment and its impact on employee performance. Explanatory clues about borderline issues such as measuring positive and negative change in the work environment and employee satisfaction continuously influence employee productivity. Methodology: This study interprets the existing work environment in relation to workload and employee satisfaction. The study relies on a data set involving a variety of experiences and knowledge as well as the current situation in Bekasi. This review is expected to inspire readers to inspire further output in this field. Findings: This study provides an overview of a strategic orientation within existing research lines, helping to advise readers on what to know, what to know, and gaps for further investigation. Value: This study offers an overview of the latest understanding of these concepts in the field of human resource utility.

In this study the authors want to explain about the influence of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance Personnel and Human Resource Development (BKPSDM) Pariaman City of West Sumatera Province. The purpose of this study are: 1) To explain the motivation effect on Employee Performance Personnel Board and Development Manusian Resources Pariaman City, West Sumatera Province, 2) To explain the work environment has an effect on to Personnel Employment Personnel and Manusian Resources Development of Pariaman City West Sumatera Province. This type of research is a basic study. The object of this research is BKPSDM office of Pariaman City of West Sumatera Province. This research can be concluded that Motivation and Work Environment have an effect on to Employee Performance of BKPSDM of Pariaman City of West Sumatera Province. This data is processed by using SPSS version 21 with classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. From the test the R Square value of 95.8% where this figure shows that Motivation and Work Environment Affects Employee Performance BKPSDM Pariaman. So the conclusion is Motivation and Work Environment Affects Employee Performance BKPSDM Pariaman City West Sumatra Province.

PurposeThis study aims to build and test an empirical model that investigates the mechanism with which innovation-based human resource management (HRM) impacts employee satisfaction and performance in Nigerian international airports.Design/methodology/approachA time-lagged approach that involved three-waves was used to collect data from passenger-contact employees and their immediate managers for three-month period starting from January to March 2019. A total of 247 dyads of passenger-contact employees and managers were used for the data analysis.FindingsResults from data analysis showed that coworker support and absorptive capacity mediate the impact of innovation-based HRM on employee satisfaction and performance. Innovation-based human resource effort is best applied when coworker support is evident in the workplace.Originality/valueThe development and application of innovation-driven human resources in the Nigerian aviation context encourage satisfaction with assigned task roles, leading to employee performance. Theory-based implications for managing passenger-contact employees were also given. A significant strength of this study is that it is among the forerunners of scholars that investigated innovation-based HRM as a continuum rather than different aspects of broader management issues.

This study aims to determine the level of employee satisfaction with a structural model approach that can clarify the relationship between the variables of satisfaction, leadership work environment and employee performance. This research was conducted in a multinational company engaged in the multifinance sector, located in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia In this study, the sample was taken using purposive sampling with a total sample of 235 people from various existing departments. The analytical technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the study found that (1) the SEM model has met the standards of the Goodness of Fit Index, (2) the employee satisfaction variable has a significant influence on employee performance because it provides a CR value > 1.96 and a probability value < 0.05, (3) The work environment variable has an effect on significant on employee performance and satisfaction because it provides a CR value > 1.96 and a probability value < 0.05, (4) the leadership variable has a very significant influence on employee performance and satisfaction because it provides a CR value > 1.96 and a probability value < 0.05.

In determining and achieving a goal in a organization, one element that’s needed is human resource. In facing challenges to achieve organizational goals, continues improvement is needed to improve and enhance employee performance. The goals of this research is : 1. To know and analyze the impact of shift system to employee’s performance, 2. To know and analyze the impact of employee’s stress level to employee’s performance, 3. To know and analyze the impact of work environment to employee’s performance, 4. To know and analyze the impact of shift system, employee’s stress level, and work environment simultaneously to employee’s performance. This research is associative casual research using quantitative approach. This research was conducted on PT Liku Telaga’s employees. The population of this research is all permanent employees of PT Liku Telaga. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling method from 68 respondents. Those data were processed using SPSS software ver.20. The result of this research shows that 1. Shift system doesn’t affect significantly and affect positively to employee’s performance 2. Employee’s stress level affect significantly and affect negatively to employee’s performance 3. Work environment affect significantly and affect positively to employee’s performance 4. Shift system, employee’s stress level and work environment affect significantly to PT Liku Telaga employee’s performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resource Development and Work Environment towards Employee Performance Improvement PDAM Surya Sembada City Of Surabaya (Study of the Corporate Secretary Sub-Directorate) partially and simultaneously. The authors used a saturated sampling technique or also called a census, where all members of the population are sampled, as many as 55 employees in all Sub-Directorate of Corporate Secretary PDAM Surya Sembada City Of Surabaya. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interview. In calculating scoring, researchers used a Likert scale. Method data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variable Human Resource Development (X1) and Work Environment (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance Improvement (Y) partially. Human Resource Development (X1) and Environment Variables Work (X2) also have a significant effect on Employee Performance Improvement (Y) simultaneously.

In organizations or human resources, companies are assets that are considered very potential and important. One that makes employees comfortable is the physical and non-physical environment. From this problem can increase productivity. Human resources in this case employees or employees of organizations or companies should not be underestimated. Organizations or companies must provide a special section that is tasked with handling problems relating to employees, that part is called human resource management (HR) or more commonly called the personnel section. Personnel in this case are human resource managers. The manager's scope includes learning and developing ways for employees to effectively devote all their potential and strengths to help achieve the goals of the organization or company. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and this study has a population of 260 respondents and a sample of 80 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed through validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with T test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). This study has physical work environment variables (X1), coloring indicators, cleanliness, lighting, air, spatial planning, and non-physical work environment variables (X2) indicators are supervision, work atmosphere, reward system, good treatment, security of members, and employee productivity variables (Y) the indicators are human, capital, production process, organizational environment, work environment. From the results of the regression analysis it is known that the greatest influence on employee productivity is the non-physical work environment (X2) which has a coefficient of 0.698. Then the next variable is the physical work environment (X1) with a coefficient of 0.203. Hypothesis testing Then from the results of the T test showed that the two independent variables proved to have a significant effect on employee work productivity. In addition, the adjusted R square determination coefficient test of 0.689 shows that 68.9% of variation in employee productivity can be explained by two independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 31.1% is explained by other variables beyond the two variables used in this study.

Human resource management should build disciplinary behaviour for employees who compete competitively in the current era of globalization. Besides, with the existence of human resource management, it is expected that they have to create the best performance for companies that want to advance or develop, so they are required to have quality employees. The purpose of this study was to analyses the influence between motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Office X Denpasar State Civil Service Agency through the work environment as an intervening variable. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data and quantitative data, with data sources namely data. primary and secondary. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, while the data analysis method in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS version 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on the employee work environment, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the employee work environment, work environment. positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, motivation has a positive but not significant effect on performance through the work environment of employees, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance through the work environment of the employees of Regional Office X Denpasar State Civil Service Agency.

The purpose of this study is to find out about education and training, leadership and industrial relations on employee performance. The population in this study were 158 people with the method of determining the sample using purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results showed that education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Industrial relations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Conducive and harmonious industrial relations practices create a calm work so as to minimize disruption and problems in the work environment. When industrial relations are well maintained there will be an increase in employee productivity. Increasing employee productivity will affect the improvement of company performance. Good company performance is better able to improve employee welfare. Keywords: training, leadership, industrial industrial relation, performance
