This researchis motivated by the instability of sales in recent monts at Amanda cafe. So it is necessary to implement a strategy where the strategy is in accordance with the current era of digital strategies. This study aims to find out what are the obstacles in increasing sales volume at Amanda cafe and what strategies are applied in the café. This study uses qualitative research methods that describe Digital Marketing Strategies in Increasing Sales Volume at the Amanda cafe in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. and data in the field with interviews with informants, observation guidelines and dokumentation in the field that has been predetermined. The results of this study, are described throught various information and data findings in the field during the study, regarding Digital Marketing Strategies in Incresing Sales Volume at Amanda cafe in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0.

This research was conducted to find out why employees perform Turnover Intention. This study was conducted on employees who work at Madrasah Aliyah Aswaj Ambunten Timur. Turnover Intention is defined as the intensity of employees who want to resign from a company or institution where they work. There are two independent variables in this study, namely work conflict and work stress. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with several indicators of independent and dependent variables. The sample in this study used a saturated sample where the total population was the same as the number of samples, namely 47 employees.

In the management of human resources management, displin is a very important thing. Discipline can be the key to one's success both in career and academic. But the fact that discipline is often overlooked by most people, especially by students. Whereas discipline is very important in the world of education. This research was conducted on students of Sharia Banking Study Program FEBI IAI Darussalam Martapura from 2016 to 2019. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that most of the students of The Sharia Banking Study Program FEBI IAI Darussalam fall into the category of discipline. Even so, there are still some students who fall into the undisciplined category. Therefore, further efforts must be made to optimize the discipline attitude of the student.

Human resource management should build disciplinary behaviour for employees who compete competitively in the current era of globalization. Besides, with the existence of human resource management, it is expected that they have to create the best performance for companies that want to advance or develop, so they are required to have quality employees. The purpose of this study was to analyses the influence between motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Office X Denpasar State Civil Service Agency through the work environment as an intervening variable. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data and quantitative data, with data sources namely data. primary and secondary. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, while the data analysis method in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS version 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on the employee work environment, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the employee work environment, work environment. positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, motivation has a positive but not significant effect on performance through the work environment of employees, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance through the work environment of the employees of Regional Office X Denpasar State Civil Service Agency.

  This study aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy, quality of human resources, entrepreneurial characteristics, and accounting knowledge for the development of MSMEs in Wonosobo District. The population in this study were food processing industry business actors registered at the Department of Trade Industry, Cooperatives and UMKM, Wonosobodi Regency, Wonosobo District, which listed 315 MSMEs. The sample in this study was 76 business actors obtained through the accidental sampling technique and the SmartPLS structural equation model (SEM) analysis test. The results show that the marketing mix strategy, quality of human resources, entrepreneurial characteristics, and accounting knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the development of MSMEs in Wonosobo District.

The Indonesian government policies in implementing "adaptation of new habits" during the Covid-19 pandemic are received various responses from the public. Some people are very supportive of the implementation because they are aware of the benefits and know the dangers of Covid-19. Furthermore, the others are still ignorant and do not respond well to the government's policy for various reasons. Among them are the economic reason and a lack of understanding of the Covid-19 risks and their implications for human health. The government also begin vaccination across the country to prevent the spread of the virus. This study uses a quantitative-descriptive method. It aims to determine the implementation of the  "adaptation of new habits" in the community of the MSME businesspeople around the Darussalam Islamic Institute Martapura campus during the Covid-19 pandemic period. This study concludes that most of them obeyed the new Covid-19 health policies implemented by the government because most of them understand the dangers of Covid-19 transmission.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the Covid-19 Pandemic which has almost hit all nations in the world and has caused a domino effect on the joints of human life itself. Various fields experience tidal effects, including one of them is the economic sector. To deal with uncertain situations and ups and downs like today that can make a country enter the trough of an economic crisis, it is necessary to have support from the central government to the regions to jointly generate the economy. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors that influence the interest of the youth community of Gelam Jaya Village to contribute to developing tilapia fish farming which aims to increase the original income of the environment so as to be able to make choices for the community to continue to get income distribution. The problem in this research is the low interest of the youth community to take part in creative economic efforts for the surrounding environment. In this study, a research model was proposed to analyze the interest of young people in actively contributing to tilapia cultivation, where from the location side, Gelam Jaya Village made it possible to develop collaboration with related agencies in terms of generating the creative economy. This study examines the factors that can be obtained when interviewing the village regarding the youth's interest in contributing to the creative economy. This study uses answers from 169 respondents who were sampled. The data analysis tool used is factor analysis in the SPSS v.18 program. The results of data analysis show that the Situational Involvement (X1) factor of 0.766 is one of the most dominating factors for respondents in actively contributing to developing tilapia cultivation in Gelam Jaya Village, and has a value above 0.50.

The purpose of this reserch is to find the service in public service mall to the satisfaction of the people of Sumenep regency. The research was qualitative descriptive study with observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. It used random sampling. The data were then analyzed with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of this study showed that the public service mall of Sumenep district in providing service to the community has implemented five dimensions of service quality, which consists of: tangibel, realiability, responsiviness, assurance, and Emphaty. Based on the findings it can be concluded that service provided by the public service mall Sumenep district is already good, so that people who use the service is satisfied with the service they receive

In Indonesia, many UMKM have opened businesses in the fashion sector, one of which is screen printing shirts. Screen printing shirts have become a target for someone to open a business today. So, OT Apparel made screen printing shirts using a DTG (Direct to Garment) printer machine. The main objective of this research is to develop product innovation to improve the performance of UMKM OT Apparel. The problem to be studied is testing the effect of product innovation on OT Apparel performance. By looking at the market share that currently has a lot of competition, entepreneurs have to come up with product innovations to attract the attention of potential consumers. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection using the observation method. Based on the results of data analysis, making an innovation, can improve the performance of UMKM OT Apparel. Always follow developments so that the design that are made can be liked by many people. Apart from product innovation, marketing strategies are also needed in orded minimize competitiveness. Therefore OT Apparel continues to improve performance and create the latest product innovation designs.

During the Covid 19 pandemic, the condition of the Indonesian nation is currently experiencing a period of crisis, especially in the economic sector, which will cause several social problems, such as termination of employment, the number of unemployed is increasing rapidly and employment opportunities are increasingly narrow. The purpose of this journal is to be responsive to costs incurred during production, to calculate net profit and gross profit, as well as whether or not Keripik Uzuz New Normal and Susu Micuare marketed in Sidoarjo and its surrounding areas. The results showed that the average total cost per month was 3,483,000 resulting from a fixed cost of 263,000, 2,134,500 raw material costs for making intestines and 967,500 micu-making raw materials costs, and 118,000 promotion costs. The “Gila Cemilan 3M” business generates a net profit of approximately 917,000 from revenues of 4,400,000 minus an average total cost of 3,483,000. From the calculation of the total cost, it can be known or not the income, expenses and income earned.
