This study examines the effect of price, product diversity, facilities, and location on customer loyalty at Kedai Kopi Kanggo Riko Sidoarjo. A total of 120 customers were used as samples in this study with incidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the study describe a significant influence between price and customer loyalty, product diversity affects loyalty, facilities affect customer loyalty, location affects customer loyalty. Simultaneously price, product diversity, facilities, and location affect customer loyalty. These results provide evidence that Kedai Kopi Kanggo Riko Sidoarjo can increase customer loyalty by emphasizing price factors, product diversity, facilities, and location.

This study aims to see and determine the direct effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Research site at the Kimteng coffee shop Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all customers who made repeat purchases at the Kimteng coffee shop Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling using the simple random sampling method, because the sampling of members from the population was done randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. Determining the number of samples 5 times the number of variable indicators as many as 30 are used. Thus, the number of samples to be studied in this study was 150 people. In this study, researchers will use SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the marketing mix on purchasing decisions and there is a positive and significant influence between the marketing mix and purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions are able to positively and significantly mediate between marketing strategies and customer satisfaction.

 This research is an associative study with a quantitative approach.With 89 sample of customers of PT. Pegadaian (Limited) which is obtained by cluster sampling technique, consisting of customers which has received a Partnership Program of CSR assistance in Lombok Island in last 3 (three) years (2014-2016). This study used a causal correlation, which have independent variables (influencing variables) and dependent variables (variables that are affected). This research aims to determine the causal correlation between independent variables, CSR on the loyalty of customers of PT. Pegadaian (Limited) on Lombok through the Corporate image variable.Based on the results of the research and discussion it is inferred that : 1) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on Corporate Image. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between CSR variables and Corporate Image. 2) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between the variables of Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between the variables of Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty. 3) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on customer loyalty. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between CSR variables on customer loyalty. 4) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on Customer Loyalty through Corporate Image. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan sampel 89 pelanggan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) diperoleh dengan teknik cluster sampling, terdiri atas nasabah yang telah menerima Program Kemitraan bantuan CSR di Pulau Lombok dalam 3 (tiga) tahun terakhir (2014-2016). Hubungan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat (kausal), dimana ada variabel independen (variabel yang mempengaruhi) dan variabel dependen (variabel yang dipegaruhi). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel independen yaitu CSR terhadap variabel dependen loyalitas pelanggan melalui variabel intervening Corporate image.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel CSR terhadap Citra Perusahaan. Hasil analisis data juga menunjukan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara variabel CSR dan Citra Perusahaan. 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel Citra Perusahaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Dari hasil analisis data juga ditemukan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara variabel Corporate Image pada Loyalitas Pelanggan. 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel CSR terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil analisis data juga menemukan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara variabel CSR terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. 4) Ada pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel CSR pada Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Corporate Image.Keywords : CSR ; Corporate Image ; Customer Loyalty

This research aims to analyze service experience and trust on satisfaction, analyze service experience and trust on loyalty as well as to analyze the effect of satisfaction on loyalty. This research was conducted by taking credit customers from Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Yogyakarta, a special big city in Indonesia. This research has utilized a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples as respondents in the study were 250 people. The calculation technique used in this study is the AMOS Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that there are significant influence of Service Experience and Trust on Satisfaction; and also, there are significant influence of Service Experience, Trust and Satisfaction on Loyalty. Based on direct and direct effects analysis among independent variables, Customer Satisfaction is found as a significant role of mediating, since total effects of Service Experiences and Trust toward Customer loyalty are bigger results than their direct effects.

Gojek, an online transportation service provider, is a social-spirited company that is leading the revolution in the ojek transportation industry. Gojek partners with experienced ojek riders to be the main solution in shipping goods, ordering food delivery, shopping and traveling in a traffic jam. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of: Driver Performance on Customer Satisfaction, Effect of Application Facilities on Customer Satisfaction and Effect of Driver Performance and Application Facilities on Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research. The research population is Gojek customers in Malang City. The number of samples used was determined by the Proportional Random Sampling technique. Data analysis using the path analysis method (Path Analysis). The results showed that there was a significant influence between the performance of the driver on customer satisfaction Gojek; There is a significant influence between facilities on customer satisfaction Gojek; There is a significant influence between driver performance and facilities simultaneously on customer satisfaction) Gojek; There is a significant influence between driver performance on customer loyalty Gojek; The existence of insignificant influence between facilities on customer loyalty Gojek; There is a significant influence between satisfaction on customer loyalty Gojek; and the existence of significant influence between the effect of driver performance, facilities, and satisfaction simultaneously on Gojek customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to explain customer satisfaction and prices as predictors of consumer loyalty in shopping for clothing online in the city of Denpasar. This data collection uses a questionnaire with purposive sampling technique on 88 respondents in Denpasar City, there are 11 indicators and use the Path analysis method. The results show that prices have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty to clothing online, customer satisfaction is able to mediate. Respondent data that can be directly seen is that prices have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, prices have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction acts as an intervening variable between price and customer loyalty . This study aims to analyze the influence of: (1) brand image, consisting of corporate image, customer image, and product image on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu. (2) corporate image on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu. (3) customer image on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu. (4) product image on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu. Type of study is causal descriptive. Population includes customers at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu. Sampling technique is purposive sampling, with 100 respondents as samples. Method of analysis is multiple regression analysis. The results show that (1) brand image consisting of corporate image, customer image, and product image simultaneously have significant influence on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu (2) Corporate image has a significant influence on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu, (3) customer image has a significant influence on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu, (4) product image significantly influences customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa: (1) pengaruh citra merek yang terdiri dari citra perusahaan, citra konsumen, dan citra produk terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu. (2) pengaruh citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu. (3) pengaruh citra konsumen terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu. (4) pengaruh citra produk terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Palu yang merupakan nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Citra merek yang terdiri dari citra perusahaan, citra konsumen, dan citra produk, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu (2) Citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu, (3) Citra kosumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu, (4) Citra produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of trust, satisfaction, and commitment to customer loyalty of Taplus savings at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Rengat. Population in this research is all customer of Taplus at PT. Bank BNI Branch Rengat Riau which amounted to 15,173 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling, while the number of samples used for the analysis is 100 people. Data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. As for hypothesis testing using statistical t test. The results showed that the variable of trust does not have influence on customer loyalty of Taplus savings at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Rengat. While the variable satisfaction and commitment have a significant influence on the loyalty of customers of Taplus savings at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Rengat.

<p><em>This research strives to empirically examine and analyze the influence of syariah marketing and service quality on BMT customer loyalty and satisfaction in Kudus Regency. </em><em>This study was a survey research that used a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained from 250 BMT customers within Kudus Regency by using an accidental sampling technique. Meanwhile, the data analysis used a path analysis technique. The research findings revealed that: first, sharia marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction; second, service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction; third, sharia marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty; fourth, service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty; and fifth, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. </em></p>

Purpose from this study was to determine the effect of attractiveness reward on experiential benefit, knowledge benefit on experiential benefit, required effort on experiential benefits, group belongingness to customer satisfaction, disclosure closure to customer satisfaction, group belongingness to customer loyalty, disclosure comfort to customer loyalty, experiential benefits to customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty. The population used in this study is all Excelso customers who have amember card coffee shop Excelso. The number of samples in this study were 178 respondents. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the AMOS 16.0 program. The results showed a significant influence between variable reward attractiveness on experiential benefit, knowledge benefit on experiential benefit, required effort on experiential benefits, group belongingness to customer satisfaction, disclosure closure on customer satisfaction, experiential benefits for customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction for customer loyalty. Whereas variables that have no effect between variables group belongingness to customer loyalty and disclosure comfort to customer loyalty due to loyalty are influenced by satisfaction. Customers will be loyal when they are satisfied with the products or services offered by the company.

The online deposit service implemented by BMT UGT Sidogiri Klampis Bangkalan Branch is an effort or strategic steps carried out by BMT UGT Sidogiri to attract customers and provide satisfaction and create customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing online deposit services on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The design of this study is quantitative research with data collection methods through questionnaire surveys or questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling method with a total sample of 88 people who use online deposit services. Analysis using simple linear regression, the data is processed using the SPSS 19.0 program. The results of the study show that: (1) the description of quality online deposit services with a percentage of 87%. (2) An overview of customer satisfaction with online deposit services is quite good with a percentage of 84% (3) An overview of customer loyalty to online deposit services by 85% (4) There is a significant influence between online deposit services on customer satisfaction (5) There is a significant influence between online deposit services to customer loyalty. So based on these results, this deposit service should continue to be run and developed in order to continue to provide satisfaction and create customer loyalty that has a positive impact on the existence and progress of the company.
