The purpose of this research is to know how much the significance of the price, facilities and services have been conducted, influence consumer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. Research using quantitative descriptive approaches, and rules for collecting information on poll use, where data analysis techniques with multiple regression analysis methods. Sample size in research of 80 respondents, with sampling method using probability sampling ordinance. The results found that prices, facilities and services are partially and simultaneously have significance to consumer satisfaction, during the Covid-19 pandemic. These results show that Hotel management needs to consider how facilities and employee interactions with Hotel consumers can be managed to satisfy consumer satisfaction, which will take them to receive premium prices charged by the Hotel. This study will allow the Lotus Garden Hotel Resort to be even better.

ABSTRAKSitus Tumbasin.id adalah salah satu situs berbasis online yang bergerak dibidang penjualan kebutuhan pasar yang berada di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2019 dan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh harga, promosi, kepercayaan, dan kemudahan penggunaan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen di situs Tumbasin.id. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Sampel yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 60 responden yang pernah berbelanja kebutuhan pasar secara online di situs Tumbasin.id, setidaknya pernah berbelanja minimal satu kali. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda yang meliputi uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji t, uji F dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa promosi dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen.ABSTRACTTumbasin.id site is one of the sites online based engaged in the sale of market needs in the city of Semarang. This research was conducted in March-April 2019. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. This study analyzes the effect of price, promotion, trust and ease of use on consumer repurchase interests in Tumbasin.id site The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling. Samples collected as many as 60 respondents who have shopped online market needs on the Tumbasin.id site have shopped at least once. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis techniques which include validity, reliability, normality, t-test, F-test and determination test. The results showed that promotion and trust significantly influence consumer repurchase interests.

The study aims to examine the effect of academic self-efficacy and academic procrastination on plagiarism behavior in students. The population of this research is the students of Walisongo State Islamic University Semarang from 2nd to 12th semester. Sampling was carried out by using the stratified sampling method, and 388 students were obtained. Data were collected using three scales: the plagiarism behavior scale, the academic self-efficacy scale, and the academic procrastination scale. Moreover, the data collected was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The result of the data analysis showed that academic self-efficacy and academic procrastination simultaneously influence the behavior of plagiarism. The higher the academic self-efficacy and the lower the academic procrastination, the lower the plagiarism behavior, conversely the lower the academic self-efficacy and the higher the academic procrastination, the higher the plagiarism behavior. The contribution of academic self-efficacy variables and academic procrastination simultaneously in explaining plagiarism variables was 13%.

This study aims to know and prove how much influence theservicescape to consumer satisfactions cafe uda fes kuliner’s branch Juanda in Padang City.This type of research is causal assosiative. The population in this study consumer uda fes kuliner’s branch Juanda in Padang City with the sampling technique used perposive sampling. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 21.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Ambient conditions has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (0,035<0,05), 2) Spatial Layout and Functionshas a positive significant effect on consumer satisfaction(0,008>0,05), 3) Signs, Symbols, and Artifact has a positive significant effect on consumer satisfaction (0,018<0,05). Keywords: ambient conditions, spatial layout and functions, signs symbols and artifact, consumer satisfaction

In this research there is a quantitative descriptive methods were used with respondents, namely consumers of Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope. This coffee shop has employees with disabilities. In this research aims to determine the condition of consumer satisfaction Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope is influenced by the service quality, location and facilities. The population in this study are customers of Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents by random sampling method. Data collection was done through the distribution of questionnaires with descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that 1). Has led to customer satisfaction Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope, 2). Service quality has been done well, 3). The location offered received very high attention, 4). This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits of hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The number of samples used is 96 hotel taxpayers in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis techniques namely multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was determined by the nonprobability sampling method, namely incidental sampling. Based on the results of this study it was found that variable awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. That is, the better awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits will encourage hotel taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations. <em>This study aims to find empirical evidence related to the influence of leverage, auditor reputation, efficiency, growth, internationalization and board of commissioner's level of Internet Financial Reporting. The population in this study are all sharia-based companies in Indonesia and Malaysia. Sampling using purposive sampling method and obtained sample of 66 company data in Indonesia and 73 company data in Malaysia. Data analyzed in this research is processed from annual report and company financial statements and analysis techniques used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that in Indonesia, the reputation of auditors and internationalization has a positive and significant impact on Internet Financial Reporting while leverage, efficiency, growth and education level of board of commissioners have no significant effect on internet financial reporting. In Malaysia the reputation of auditors, growth and internationalization have a positive and significant impact on internet financial reporting while leverage, efficiency and education level of board of commissioner have no significant effect to internet financial reporting.</em>

The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. This study aims to determine the effect of prices and services on consumer decisions in an online shop. Study on Islamic Economics and Business Faculty IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo Students. The sample selection method is done by using accidental sampling method. The number of samples chosen was 100 students. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the respondent. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis tools. The type of data used is perimer data. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to those who are randomly responded. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The result of this study find out that the prices and services of online transactions together and partially positive and significant towards consumer decisions in conducting online purchase and purchase transactions at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business Sultan Amai Gorontalo IAIN, namely price variables with an exchange rate of 0.356 with a significant 0.034. Service variable with a coefficient of 2.423 with a significant value of 0.010. Then, together prices and services have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions with the calculated F value = 5.930 significance 0.004 greater than F table = 3.590.

This study studies any factors that can improve the low performance of employees either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, discussed work Performance (X1), and seniority (X2). The object of this research is the company employees of PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama, which gathered 60 people. The sampling method in this study is total sampling by taking an object or participating to take a sample. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by observation and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the work performance reward and seniority variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama.
