Background   In Australia, the Socio-Economic Indexes for Areas (SEIFA), which includes the Index of Relative Socioeconomic Disadvantage (IRSD), captures the socioeconomic characteristics of areas. Because SEIFA rankings are relative to the country or state, the decile categorisations may not reflect an area’s socioeconomic standing relative to areas nearby. Aims   The aim of the research was to explore whether IRSD rankings could be re-ranked to become locally sensitive. Data and methods   Using existing SEIFA data to redistribute the membership of current decile IRSD groups, we tested three methods to re-rank all SA1 areas relative to the nearest areas capped at: (1) the nearest 99 neighbours, (2) a population threshold of 50,000 (3) a distance threshold of 10 km. Results   The reclassification of SEIFA IRSD deciles was largest (up to 8 decile points of change) when comparing the nearest neighbour and population threshold local methods to current state-based rankings. Moreover, compared to using current national and state SEIFA IRSD rankings, the use of local rankings resulted in more evenly distributed deciles between cities, regional, and remote areas. Conclusions   Because SEIFA IRSD rankings are used to allocate resources and health services, we encourage the combined use of a state and local ranking to refine areas considered the most disadvantaged.

Current state and local investigative methods are largely inef fective against the actual operators of organized crime syndicates. What this means for the sentencing judge is that the higher-ups in the rackets rarely come before him for sentence. The problem is further complicated by the limitations of the existing statutes, which are generally aimed at the operation, rather than the organization, of organized crime.

Purpose. The aim of the article is substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and development of practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of innovative technologies in the production of agricultural enterprises. Methodology of research. General-scientific and special research methods are used in the process of research, in particular methods: dialectics and scientific abstraction – in determining the essence of the innovative model of development of the agricultural sector of the economy; economic and statistical – when analysing the current state of implementation of innovative technologies in the agricultural sector of Ukraine; monographic – used in presenting the results of the study. Findings. Theoretical bases of formation of innovative mechanisms and their introduction in agrarian sector are covered. Theoretical and methodological approaches to the management of innovative technologies in the production of agricultural enterprises have been formed. Organizational and economic measures for the introduction of innovative technologies in the production of agricultural enterprises are substantiated. Originality. The mechanism of introduction of innovative technologies in agricultural production in the conditions of unfavourable investment environment in Ukraine is improved, which in contrast to the existing mechanisms provides integration of state instruments of support and regulation of the industry and implementation of state and regional programs at the expense of state and local budgets. In the paper it is offered to allocate production-technological, organizational-administrative, selection genetic, economic and social-ecological mechanisms of integration of innovation in various subsystems of agricultural sector. The production and technological mechanism is a priority in providing state support for the development of animal husbandry and processing of agricultural products. Practical value. Scientific developments will allow to form in Ukraine an effectively functioning agro-industrial complex with optimal financing based on the introduction of innovative technologies in the production of agricultural enterprises. Key words: innovation, methodical approaches, agricultural sector, advantages, technologies, production.

Among the variety of oil spill response countermeasures, including mechanical, chemical, in-situ burning and bioremediation, deployment of chemical dispersants has been successfully utilized in numerous oil spills. This paper will review the history of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) C-130 Air Dispersant Delivery System (ADDS) capability, deployment in remote areas, and associated challenges. ADDS consists of a large tank with dispersant(e.g., 51,000 pounds), owned and operated by an industry partner, used aboard USCG C-130 aircraft designed to be ADDS capable as specified in various agreements for marine environmental protection missions. ADDS is a highly complex tool to utilize, requiring extensive training by air crews and industry equipment technicians to safely and properly deploy during an oil spill response. In 2011, the Commandant of the USCG, Admiral Papp reaffirmed the USCG's C-130 ADDS capability during a hearing before the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, Subcommittee on Oceans, Atmosphere, Fisheries and the Coast Guard. The use of ADDS in remote areas creates unique challenges, such as logistical coordination between the USCG and spill response industry partners and maintaining proficiency with personnel. It is critical for federal, state, and local agencies, industry, and academia to understand the history and challenges of ADDS to ensure the successful utilization of this response tool in an actual oil spill incident.

The aim of this paper is to give a review on the car covers from distant areas to provide protection to car from rain and hailing. Here, we mentioned many technologies used till now for protection and how we have taken an automation system to protect car by using IOT based system attached with a mobile application which will operate the whole system. The sheet will cover the whole car within seconds after having the command from remote areas. The cover is attached with the car itself. Construction of this automation has been described as the combined use of mechanical and electronic systems to achieve automatic operation or control to reduce problems . This paper briefly describes the problem observed during night when people forgot to cover their cars and how our device would help them to solve these problems

Purpose. The aim of the article is to research the theoretical and practical aspects of the current state and prospects of development and regulation of the agricultural land market in Ukraine. Methodology of research. The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge. General scientific and special methods are used in the course of the research, namely deductive, abstract and logical – in the study of problems of the agricultural land market in Ukraine, in assessing the current state of its functioning. Findings. The importance of the Ukrainian land as the main national wealth of the Ukrainian people is proved. Aspects of functioning of the land market in Ukraine at the present stage are described. The risks of launching the land market in times of war and imperfect legislation are considered. The expediency of sale of land to legal entities and concentration of one natural person not more than 200 hectares is substantiated; if business needs more than 200 hectares of land, then it is worth creating cooperatives and more citizens or families will be able to make a profit from joint business. A special mechanism for taxation of agricultural land sales is proposed. The expediency of free sale of land in Ukraine till 2025 is proved. It is substantiated that a tax equivalent to at least five thousand euros per hectare will provide significant revenue to the budget, prevent large-scale speculation in the land market, ensure high value of land and make it possible to use it as the expensive collateral for the purchase of agricultural machinery. Originality. It is established that the free sale of agricultural land in Ukraine to legal entities and individuals is ineffective, and it is advisable to sell only to the state and local communities. It is proved that the increase in the value of agricultural land in Ukraine and the reduction of possible speculation on the land market will be positively influenced by the taxation of land sales operations. Practical value. The obtained results of the study, which are expressed in the conclusions and proposals, contribute to solving problems of ensuring the effective functioning of the agricultural land market in Ukraine. Key words: land; land market; land price; agricultural land; taxation.

Although intraoperative radioimmunolocalization (IORIL) is gaining wider acceptance, several limits inhibit a more extensive clinical use. In this paper the following topics will be discussed: 1) the clinical approach, that is, the combined use of immunoscintigraphy and IORIL after a single MAb administration or the use of non-imaging 125 I MAb; 2) the detector type and its collimation and shielding; 3) the nuclides employed, and 4) the background problem. The clinical results of our and other groups show a sensitivity that is generally higher than 0.75 with a high positive predictive value. The detection rate of occult lesions is in the order of 20% of all explored sites. However, the current state of detector and MAb technology do not allow to achieve better results; probably the results can be improved by the use of bispecific MAb or the avidin-biotin system.
