Pristine is a new product that puts the target market from premium to premium consumer mess smaller than regular AMDK products. Pristine pH 8 + that can neutralize acid effluent bodies. This research focuses on analyzing brand awareness, customer Satisfaction and perceived quality against the brand loyalty of bottled water consumers in the package (AMDK) SINARMAS Pristine brand. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research using quantitative methods. The population in this research is the community in Jakarta and its surroundings with samples taken as many as 66 respondents. The collection of data on this research uses questionnaires distributed to respondents using incidental sampling techniques. The results of this study showed that Simultaneous analysis results showed that the variables of brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and perceived quality have a significant effect on the brand loyalty consumer AMDK brand Pristine

ABSTRACT  This article investigates the influence of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, brand loyalty, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy customer satisfaction. The population is the customer in BPR Meru Sankara, the sample is taken with convinience with slovin method. Using sample 96 and tested using SPSS software. The results of this study show Perception Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness and Empatimiliki influence and significant to Customer Satisfaction. Thus the proposed hypothesis proves true. As for Brand Awareness, Brand Associations, Brand Loyalty, Physical Evidence and Guarantee no effect on Customer Satisfaction so that the hypothesis proposed is not proven. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya persaingan di pasar ponsel cerdas. Terlepas dari popularitas iPhone ketika perusahaan memperkenalkan iPhone untuk pertama kalinya pada tahun 2007, iPhone telah mengalami persaingan ketat dari produsen smartphone lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekuitas merek dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap niat beli konsumen produk iPhone. Elemen ekuitas merek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kesadaran merek, kualitas persepsi, kepuasan pelanggan, dan loyalitas merek. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sembilan puluh enam responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Responden adalah orang yang saat ini menggunakan produk iPhone. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif terdiri dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F dan uji t, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas merek merupakan elemen utama konsumen membeli merek iphone. Sedangkan kesadaran merek dan kualitas persepsi tidak berpengaruh dalam faktor pembelian.  This research is motivated by the increasing competition in the smartphone market. Despite the popularity of the iPhone when the company introduced the iPhone for the first time in 2007, the iPhone has experienced stiff competition from other smartphone manufacturers. This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity and customer satisfaction on consumer purchase intentions of iPhone products. The elements of brand equity used in this study are brand awareness, perceived quality, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to ninety-six respondents using purposive sampling. Respondents are people who currently use iPhone products. Data were analyzed using quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis consists of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing with the F test and t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R). The results of research can be concluded that customer satisfaction and brand loyalty are the main elements of consumers buying the iPhone brand. Meanwhile, brand awareness and perceived quality has no effect on purchasing factors.

This study aims to explore the effects of some selected marketing mix elements on dimensions of brand equity. This isconducted on 10 beverage brands in Vietnam and employed both qualitative and quantitative methods, in which the former is used to develop items for measuring constructs while the latter is applied to verify scales, model and hypotheses. Result shows that model of brand equity consists of four components of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. In particular,brand awareness has a positive effect on perceived quality;brand association has a negative impact on perceived quality;perceived quality and brand association have a positive effect on brand loyalty; advertising has a positive impact on brand awareness and store image; advertising and sponsorship have a positive effect on the effectiveness of sales promotion; sales promotion, sponsorship and store image positively impact perceived quality; sales promotion negatively impact brand awareness; distribution intensity is positively related to brand awareness and brand loyalty but negatively affects store image. Also, product packaging is positively related to the effectiveness of advertising, sponsorship and distribution intensity. The result is believed to significantly contribute to marketing literature and benefit to brand makers.

<p>The government has emphasized the increasing number of the creative culinary industry in Indonesia to increase support in this area. One of the flourishing brands running a creative culinary business in Indonesia is Warunk Upnormal. The growth of the player in this industry has grown some concern about such business's sustainability since the related industry has low entry barriers. This research aims to know how well the known drivers of brand loyalty, including variables brand awareness, perceived quality, brand image, perceived value, pleasure, and customer satisfaction, affect brand loyalty in Warunk Upnormal. This research used a quantitative method in finding the relationships among variables and used primary data to be processed. The design and development of the questionnaire are based on the pretested model and distributed toward 208 respondents. The overall result of this research shows that perceived quality affects most toward pleasure, followed by perceived value, then brand awareness. This research also shows the positive and significant relationship of pleasure toward customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction toward brand loyalty.</p><p> </p>

Penelitian Ini bertujuan melakukan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor–faktor Ekuitas Merek(Brand Equity), yang terdiri dari Brand Awareness, Brand Association dan Perceived Quality – Marketing Mix,yang mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen (Brand Loyalty) didalam membeli suatu produk minuman teh rasa buahdalam kemasan, sehingga diketahui faktor faktor Brand Equity yang paling menentukan keunggulan dankelemahan produk merek Fruit Tea yang diproduksi oleh PT. Sinar Sosro dibandingkan dengan merek Fresteayang diproduksi oleh PT. Coca-Cola Indonesia, berdasarkan preferensi konsumen di didalam memilih merekminuman teh rasa buah dalam kemasan.Dua ratus Responden Mahasiswa Universitas Sumatera Utara dilibatkandalam penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan Teknik Non probability sampling, dimana pemilihan sampelditentukan dengan model Purposive dan Judgment sampling dengan pertimbangan tertentu yaitu pernahmengkonsumsi produk dengan merek Fruit Tea maupun produk merek Fres Tea kemasan apa saja. Pengumpulandata dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner, dan metode analisis data dilakukan dengan Analisis Regresi LinierBerganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Signifikansi Simultan (Uji F), Signifikansi Parsial (Uji T), PerbandinganBerpasangan (Paired – Samples t Test), Customer Satisfaction Index, Analisis Tingkat Kepentingan dan KinerjaAtribut Dimensi Kualitas Produk, dan Analisis Loyalitas Konsumen.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secaragaris besar dari 3 pembentuk variable Brand Equity, diketahui merek Fres Tea unggul pada Brand Awarenessdan Perceived Quality, sedangkan merek Fruit Tea unggul pada Brand Association. Secara keseluruhan atribut–atribut pembentuk Brand Equity produk merek Fres Tea lebih unggul dibanding dengan merek Fruit Teatermasuk tingkat Loyalitas Responden (Brand Loyalty) didalam membeli produk merek Frestea.

This research aims to determine how the influence of brand equity elements (brandawareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty) to purchase decision andtheir impact on consumer loyalty PT. Garuda Indonesia in Bogor City. This research usedexogenous variables (brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brandloyalty) and endogenous variables (purchase decision and costumer loyalty). The samplemethod that used in this research was Roscoe. With 100 respondents selected are people whohave been used the inflight services of Garuda Indonesia. This research data is processedusing AMOS 22 for structural equation modeling analysis.The results of this research showsthat brand awareness has a positive and significant influence to purchase decision, brandassociation has a positive and significant impact to purchase decision, perceived quality hasa positive and significant influence to purchasie decision, brand loyalty has a positive andsignificant influence to purchase decision, and purchase decision has a positive andsignificant impact on customer loyalty. Abstract- This study aims to determine the effect of brand popularity on brand loyalty, brand awareness, perceived quality and brand reputation among Etude House Indonesia users. Other objective of this study are to t he effect of brand loyalty, brand awareness, perceived quality and brand reputation on brand equity. The effect of brand equity on purchase intention To address the objectives of the study, a quantitative research design was implemented by distributing the questionaires to 360 Etude House Indonesia users and implementing the intruments that fulfilled the validity and reliability test requriements. The data were analyzed by SEM SmartPLS 3. The findings revealed that there was an effect of Brand popularity affects brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand reputation. Other results show that the counrry of brand origin affects brand loyalty, brand awareness and brand perceived quality. Also, Brand equity is determined by brand loyalty and brand reputation. While  Brand equity has a significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, brand equity also impacts on purchase intention. However, in this study the relationship of brand popularity to brand loyalty, the effect of country of brand origin on brand reputation, the effect of brand awareness on brand equity and the effect of perceived quality on brand equity is not supported in hypothesis testing. This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness (X1), brand loyalty (X2) and price (X3) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). The method used is the interactive-associative research. This research population is all of the PT. Jico Agung’s customer in East Jakarta. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling with certain criteria. The sample of the research are 30 respondents (PT. Jico Agung’s customer who live in RT.013 and 014, RW.07, North Utan Kayu, East Jakarta. Data collection is using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is quantitative analysis, including correlation analysis, determination analysis and multiple linear regression analysis (simultaneously), and hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test. The results of data processing performed with SPSS 25.0 for windows. The value of correlation coefficient (R) is 0,848. The value of determination coefficient (R2) is 0,687. It means that 68,7% variation of dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction) could be predicted from the combination of variables (brand awareness, brand loyalty and price) and the remaining 31,3% is influenced by other factors. The regression equation was obtained Ŷ = 0,26 + 0,360 X1+ 0,397X2 + 0,234X3. For the F test obtained F value is calculated at 22.266, greater than F-table (2,98) with α = 5%, so the conclusion: reject Ho and Ha is accepted. It means there is significant influence of brand awareness (X1), brand loyalty (X2) and price (X3) together on Customer Satisfaction (Y).

This study investigates the relationship between brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, brand loyalty and brand purchasing intention. A total of 99 students from Budi Luhur University was used as respondents in this study based on the convenience sampling method. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and SmartPLS 3.0 software. The analysis specifies that there is a significant positive relationship among brand awareness, brand association and perceived quality towards brand loyalty and brand purchasing intention. However, there is not a significant relationship between brand loyalty and brand purchasing intention. It indicates that consumers who are satisfied with Richeese Factory products and services do not always end up making purchases. The ability of managers to understand the factors which shape consumer brand behavior is required to develop and to maintain their brand position in high competitive fast food brand competition.
