This paper is behind the concept of innovation that became one of the universal and fundamental strategies. The substance of innovation in education has the purpose of improving and updating the context of human development and educational institutions. Reference and inspiration of Islamic principles into modern theoretical problematic have a significant impact as the basic foundation of management science study in the future. Planning is part of a management science resulting from the process of human innovation as the object of education. This paper uses a method of commentary maudu'I or thematic interpretive analysis, which refers to a unity of certain themes in the verses of the Qur'an, as well as analyze the innovative part of planning in the perspective of Al-Quran. The study of educational innovation embodied in the Qur'an has implications for the human mindset to be able to plan the educational process systematically, objectively and dynamically. Planning human resources in the stage of management is a manifestation of human success to improve the paradigm of innovation that entered the world of education.

There is a gap between the outcomes of higher education and the demands of competence in the workplace (Observation Teichler, 1997, 1999; Yorke and Knight, 2006). It is necessary to anticipate and evaluation conducted by the universities to the needs of the working world of the competence of its graduates. For this reason, preaches study program of Healing and Counseling at University of Al Azhar Indonesia needs to put through research, whether Healing and Counseling Program will be able to achieve the vision of its mission into educational institutions that can print a preacher who can do the required counseling Islam in society and the world of work today . This study aims for Healing and Counseling Studies Program to conduct an evaluation of the competencies needed by the real world of work in society and to adapt appropriate teaching curriculum. The results showed that the competence of graduates of Healing and Counseling Program UAI was needed in the world of work and competence in the appropriate field for Healing and Counseling is generally associated with human resources (HR) or Human Resources Department, namely as a counselor, therapist, spiritual counselor / preachers, volunteers for various family problems, physical, educational, religious, Islamic law, and violence.

This paper analyzes the world sources and considers the evolution of the e-learning system in the world, which are necessary for the formation of the e-learning system of the educational institution. The object of research is modern information pedagogical technologies that change the educational process. Subject of research – various educational technologies (distance, mixed, mobile, micro-) learning that influence the effectiveness of the educational process. The purpose is to identify the main elements that create the global e-learning system and to define the structure of the system for use in educational institutions. It is shown that in the first stage distance courses played the role of delivery of educational materials to the student. The development of web 2.0 technology and the advent of LMS have changed the way we learn. Pedagogical theories, the pedagogical instructional model ADDIE, and the use of Bloom's taxonomy allowed for student collaboration and active communication. The distance learning course is focused on achieving and measuring learning outcomes. In the third stage, all components of the world eLearning system are present: methodical, informational, technological, software and technical, personnel, regulatory, planning and development, monitoring and control. The components of the subsystems are variable in nature. Such a system is the basis for the strategy and tactics of the development of the e-learning system in the educational organization and its structural units. The most important is the planning and development subsystem, which defines the ways of development of the educational organization, the strategy and tactics of development of the e-learning system of the university, the required staff potential and the system of professional development of teachers. For its effective work it is necessary to have trained content curators who follow the most influential content curators of the world. Members of this team provide certification for distance courses in accordance with the organization standard. National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" conducts systematic work in this area, conducts open distance courses for developers, tutors, content curators and experts for teachers of educational institutions of Ukraine. Developed distance courses that measure the competence of trained professionals ensure high efficiency of dual learning. More than 2,100 teachers of educational establishments of Ukraine have enrolled in the open distance courses, more than 320 teachers have successfully completed the courses.

Subject. Practiced involuntarily to counteract the spread of the coronavirus in educational institutions, online learning turned to be the only effective solution ensuring the sustainable and uninterrupted educational process in the highly uncertain circumstances the world faced. The managerial decision on online learning induces many implications for everyone involved into the educational process and the educational system. Thus, it can be undertaken again in similar situations in the future. So, we need to have the profound understanding of the mechanism. Objectives. We study what students think about their educational process when they have to learn remotely. Therefore, we identify strengths and weaknesses of online learning. Methods. The methodological framework relies upon proceedings on remote learning and the impact of the digitalization on the educational process. The study involves methods of generalization, comparative analysis, sociological survey. Results. As the sociological survey reveals, students tend to new formats of learning during the pandemic. This is due to a lack of personal communication with teachers and their classmates. Conclusions and Relevance. Referring to most of the respondents, we conclude that the new form of learning proved to be rather effective in the current situation when people have to work and learn remotely during the coronavirus pandemic.

Human resources of Islamic education should be demanded continuously to be able to develop themselves actively and have the initiative to continue to think more advanced. The human resources of Islamic education here, must really be the human resources of Islamic education who have a high commitment to learning, have a strong willingness to guard the change towards the better, they must have a high work ethic and full of spirit without stopping to learn, so that their potential can be developed and can be felt by himself, especially Islamic educational institutions that desperately need their fighting spirit, in developing and advancing the institution in globalization era.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">Technology and science have developed rapidly by following the times that exist so as to provide changes to the world, especially the world of education. With this change, an innovation is needed in order to improve character education, especially in the Islamic Religious Education system at MTs Darussalam Jetak Demak. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing that basically in educational institutions it certainly requires an educational innovation so that the desired goals can be achieved by solving problems that exist in education. In addition, if there is innovation in the education system, it will be able to produce a generation who is intelligent in reason and has a good spiritual attitude. That way, to realize good and qualified student character education, it must provide an innovation in education, especially by optimizing the learning material of Islamic Religious Education at MTs Darussalam Jetak Demak. The method used in this research is a type of qualitative research which is carried out using ethnographic methods, namely research which is carried out by solving a problem such as conducting interviews and extracting information so that it is collected into effective and efficient data. Therefore, the results of this study are the innovation of the Islamic Religious Education system greatly influences the development of students at MTs Darussalam Jetak Demak, especially on improving the quality of student character education, so as to realize a learning system in accordance with the plan that has been designed through various techniques and methods. learning provided by educators.</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan berkembang pesat mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang ada sehingga memberikan perubahan pada dunia khususnya dunia pendidikan. Dengan adanya perubahan tersebut maka diperlukan suatu inovasi dalam rangka meningkatkan pendidikan karakter khususnya pada sistem Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTs Darussalam Jetak Demak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa pada dasarnya dalam lembaga pendidikan tentunya membutuhkan suatu inovasi pendidikan agar tujuan yang diinginkan dapat tercapai dengan pemecahan masalah yang ada dalam pendidikan. Selain itu, jika ada inovasi dalam sistem pendidikan akan mampu menghasilkan generasi yang cerdas akal dan memiliki sikap spiritual yang baik. Dengan begitu, untuk mewujudkan pendidikan karakter siswa yang baik dan berkualitas maka harus memberikan suatu inovasi dalam pendidikan khususnya dengan mengoptimalkan materi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTs Darussalam Jetak Demak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode etnografi, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara memecahkan suatu masalah seperti melakukan wawancara dan penggalian informasi sehingga terkumpul menjadi data yang efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah inovasi sistem Pendidikan Agama Islam sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan siswa di MTs Darussalam Jetak Demak khususnya terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan karakter siswa, sehingga dapat mewujudkan sistem pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan rencana. yang telah dirancang melalui berbagai teknik dan metode. pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh pendidik.</p>

RESUMO   O presente texto contempla uma reflexão acerca da educação de jovens, adultos e idosos, tomando como foco a formação docente e as experiências vividas no âmbito escolar como pressuposto para formação humana. O objetivo é dialogar sobre a conscientização, enquanto categoria freiriana, indispensável a formação humana, entendendo que os processos de formação docente não acontecem apenas no âmbito das instituições formadoras, mas nas relações que se estabelecem entre os sujeitos do processo educativo (docente e discente), enquanto vivenciam suas experiências. Foi realizada uma abordagem teórica, tomando como base a pesquisa qualitativa. Esta reflexão se faz a partir dos aportes teóricos de Nóvoa (1995); Brandão (2003), Freire (1997, 2001, 2005) em seu vasto estudo, dentre outros e demais autores de relevante contribuição, bem como documentos legais como indicativos de informações pertinentes. O processo de formação contínua acontece como uma necessidade do ser comprometido com a sua própria vida, comprometido com o mundo do qual faz parte. É uma incessante busca do vir a ser, comprometido com o fazer ético, refletindo a sua própria prática como sistematização do conhecimento e intervenção da sua própria realidade.   Palavras-chave: Consciência. Libertação.     ABSTRACT   This text contemplates a reflection on the education of young people, adults and the elderly, focusing on teacher training and the experiences lived at school as a precondition for human training. The objective is to dialogue about awareness, as a Freirian category, which is essential to human formation, understanding that the processes of teacher education do not happen only within the scope of educational institutions, but in the relationships that are established between the subjects of the educational process (teacher and student) , while experiencing their experiences. A theoretical approach was carried out, based on qualitative research. This reflection is based on the theoretical contributions of Nóvoa (1995); Brandão (2003), Freire (1997, 2001, 2005) in their vast study, among others and other authors of relevant contribution, as well as legal documents as indicative of pertinent information. The process of continuous formation happens as a need to be committed to your own life, committed to the world of which you are a part. It is an unceasing pursuit of becoming, committed to ethical doing, reflecting its own practice as a systematization of knowledge and intervention of its own reality.   Keywords: Consciousness. The analysis of foreign and Russian publications on the emergence and use of artificial intelligence (AI) has shown how modern technological advances are being introduced into the educational process of higher educational institutions, including the for-eign languages teaching. This paper defines artificial intelligence as an educational technology, studies this process in order to predict the future nature of the higher education system in the world, where AI is becoming a part of the structure and not only of education, but our entire society. Some of the ad-vantages and disadvantages that can be encoun-tered both by higher educational institutions and students in the study of foreign languages are iden-tified and analyzed. The specific areas of work with AI, which can increase the efficiency of foreign lan-guages teaching, are described.

The realignment of the Islamic education system is not just modification or patchwork. Still, it requires reconstruction, reconciliation, and reorientation so that Islamic education can make a significant contribution to the achievement of the take-off stage. In this paper, the author tries to offer several solutive arguments as well as to become a plan for Islamic education. First, it needs a review of the Islamic education system that is currently running while still promoting the spirit of Islamic teachings. The vision is manifest in the form of an attempt to re-dialogue religious texts against every reality that occurs. Second, prepare more mature and quality human resources armed with comprehensive capabilities. Third, reaffirming the role of all elements in education, namely, individuals, families, communities, educational institutions, and the state. Fourth, to unite Islamic spirituality with science and technology as a strong basis for increasingly pressing challenges, Islamic intellectual tradition, is a hierarchy and interconnection between various scientific disciplines that enable the realization of unity (oneness) in diversity, not just in the realm of faith and religious experience, but also in the world of knowledge.
