Nurses care for people each day in many settings such as hospitals, physician offices, schools, and public health facilities. Such positions often require nurses to work variable and long hours, exposing them to the stressors of caring for people who are ill. These stressors can support poor food choices that adversely affect the health and well-being of the nurse. Nurses are also an integral part of providing nutrition related information to patients. As such, patients may be very cognizant of the health habits of their nurses. Eating for good health is one way that nurses can reduce the impact of stressors on the body and positively influence their health, allowing them to better care for patients and themselves. This article reviews two common nutrition related areas of concern to nurses, stressors, inflammation, and nutrition and sleep and eating patterns, that can lead to obesity. Knowledge and attitudes about nutrition education are also discussed briefly. Finally, the article offers a review of nutrition basics for nurses and suggestions to avoid potential food pitfalls common for nurses.

Introduction. The main priorities for the development and reform of the health care system are to create conditions for improving the quality, life expectancy and efficiency of citizens by increasing the availability of medical services and medical care, improving the quality of medical services, early prevention and prevention of timely medical care. The aim of the article is to develop recommendations for ensuring the availability of medical care as a basic basis for the formation of good health and well-being of the population on the way to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Methods (methodology). The general scientific methods, in particular theoretical generalization - for research of theoretical bases of maintenance of availability of medical care are applied in research; system economic analysis - for correlation-regression analysis of the relationship between morbidity, mortality and economic affordability of medical services in Ukraine. Results. The impact of public and private sector expenditures on the level of morbidity was analyzed and compared, which showed that both factors have a positive impact on reducing the incidence rate. At the same time, there is a tendency to increase household spending on health care and the purchase of medicines much faster than at the state level, which confirms the targeted trends in health care reform to significantly reduce the number of free medical services. To a certain extent, these trends are positive, but in the event of a significant deterioration in the situation with the level of morbidity, this financial policy should be revised.

Good health is one’s greatest asset. There are many software solutions, developed to help improve the health, and well-being of people, along with them gamified software solutions are popular with their greatest effectiveness and experience compared to physical medication. While there are solutions, developed with the proper understanding of the scientific effect of such solutions to people, some are developed without any scientific analysis or proved results. This paper discusses the main health issues of humans identified within the past decade and what gamification solutions have been implemented to mitigate them and how feasible they have been. Moreover, this article discusses the future development and trends of such gamified solutions for healthcare. Compared to physical treatments and medication, gamification provides an immersive experience with the user’s mind strongly connected with the game play, which is a great place to improve the health of a person using psychology. Many people enjoy games in their leisure time, and some use them to kill time, but games can be used for much more significant purposes connected with psychology and various functions of the human brain. Some health issues can be cured just by the perception of a person’s mind since there are many hormones in the body, which reacts to countless feelings, thoughts, and sensations, that could even cure a person without medicine.

An integrative nursing approach to nutrition respects the beauty with which nature has designed whole foods to deliver nutrients to the body and the way with which the body is designed to accept and utilize those nutrients. Food today is highly processed, genetically modified and contains additives previously unknown to human physiology. A return to eating whole foods found in nature offers potential to decrease rising rates of human disease such as cancer and type 2 diabetes. The impact of assisting individuals to optimize well-being through healthy food choices must be realized. Nutrition from an integrative nursing perspective supports this realization.

Nutrition of the employee at work has a huge impact both on his health and labor productivity, and therefore on the financial well-being of the enterprise. But today it is wrong to limit ourselves to these factors. In today's world, it is impossible to separate human health or the well-being of an enterprise from the environmental component. Therefore the eco-consciousness and eco-choice of the worker, including in nutrition as well as carrying out the eco-policy at production is very important. The modern man spends a lot of time at work, so a healthy diet plays an important role for his health. Today healthy nutrition means ecologically conscious or in another way - sustainable. Sustainable healthy eating in the workplace should be seen as a comprehensive initiative. In today's global climate imbalance, it is nutrition awareness and sustainability that will not only improve health and business performance, but also have an impact on mitigating environmental problems. Awareness of sustainable diets and common dietary practices in the workplace are investigated. The impact of nutritional-ergonomic strategies on physical employment standards, workplace safety and productivity is analyzed. A contemporary approach to nutrition based on informed employer choices in the context of nutra-ergonomics adjusted for environmental sustainability is discussed, helping to optimize employee health and well-being. Recommendations for workplace nutrition interventions to normalize weight and improve employee health are discussed, taking into account the current requirements of the sustainability goals. Practical intra-ergonomic sustainable strategies and recommendations for employee workplace nutrition are offered. The company's eco-initiatives in sustainable nutrition for its employees help not only to show concern within the framework of production activities, but also increase the education of citizens in the issues of eco-sustainability in everyday life. This increases the eco-education of the individual, which creates conscious consumption and minimalist views in all areas of life, both for the employee and possibly for his or her environment - family and friends. Investing in nutrition in the workplace is a high return on investment for the employer, which can improve the health of workers, create comfortable working conditions, increase efficiency and productivity in the workplace. It is a direct pathway to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in particular SDG 3 (good health and well-being), SDG 8 (decent work and economic growth), SDG 12 (responsible consumption and production).

Abstract Advertising helps to establish a set of assumptions that the consumer will bring to all other aspects of their engagement with a given brand. Advertising provides tangible evidence of the financial credibility and competitive presence of an organization. Persuasion is becoming more important in advertising. In marketing, persuasive advertising acts to establish wants/motivations and beliefs/attitudes by helping to formulate a conception of the brand as being one which people like those in the target audience would or should prefer. Considering the changes in lifestyle and eating habits of a significant part of the population in urban areas in Romania, the paper aims to analyse how brands manage to differentiate themselves from competitors, to reposition themselves on the market and influence consumers, meeting their increasingly varied needs. Food brands on the Romanian market are trying, lately, to identify new methods of differentiation and new benefits for their buyers. Given that more and more consumers are becoming increasingly concerned about what they eat and the products’ health effects, brands struggle to highlight the fact that their products offer real benefits for the body. The advertisements have become more diversified and underline the positive effects, from the health and well - being point of view, that those foods offer (no additives and preservatives, use of natural ingredients, various vitamins and minerals or the fact that they are dietary). Advertising messages’ diversification is obvious on the Romanian market, in the context of an increasing concern of the population for the growing level of information of some major consumer segments.
