Product customization is an important facility that e-commerce offers to its users. On the Web, choiceboard systems have become quite prevalent as the means by which users are able to customize their products. These systems allow customers to configure products and services by choosing from a menu of attributes, components, delivery options, and prices. In the context of a choiceboard environment, this research examines the impact of system and information quality and information presentation on interface satisfaction and decision satisfaction. Further, it examines the impact of the latter two satisfaction factors on overall user satisfaction and intention to use. The research reveals that improved system quality, vis-à-vis choiceboards, leads to better information and decision satisfaction on the part of the users. This in turn leads to higher overall satisfaction and intention to use. The research uses an experiment for data collection and examines these relationships using the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach.

The authors examined the impact of perceived usability of websites of commercial service vendors on consumer’s affective, intentional, and behavioral variables. Reflective and formative usability measures were used within a nomological network of predictors (trust, reputation, and perceived fun), mediators (user satisfaction, and intention to use), decision to choose as the criteria, product involvement as a moderator, and controls. Results from structural equation modeling revealed that usability holds both direct and indirect paths, via trust and perceived fun, to user satisfaction. User satisfaction was positively related to the intention to use and partially mediated the relation between usability and intention to use. Furthermore, product involvement does not moderate the relation between usability and intention to use and the relation between user satisfaction and intention to use. Finally, intention to use provided an excellent prediction of the decision to choose. Limitations and suggestions for future research are discussed.

As time goes by and technology advances, any information can be easily obtained from many media, both from various print media or digital electronic media. One of the fastest growing digital media and the main choice for individuals or agencies to get fast and accurate information is the website. One of the benefits of the website is that it can be used as an effective promotional media because it can be accessed by anyone and at any time. This study discusses the evaluation of school websites with a case study at the SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarmasin using the WebQual 4.0 and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. This study aims to measure user ratings of performance and expectations of users/visitors to the website of the SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarmasin. The data in this study were obtained from the questionnaire using a sample of web visitors themselves, both through online based questionnaires and offline questionnaires with paper. This study uses data processing software, namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) 2.0. It can be concluded that in this study the results are measured by the level of performance (actual) and the level of importance (expectations) which shows that there is an overall gap for all dimensions -0.38 ie the website needs improvement and tends to still not be as expected. The biggest gap is in the Usability dimension with the largest value being -1.07 on USE5 variables, which means that the appearance of this website tends to be unattractive, not in line with expectations, and needs improvement. Then the acquisition of the value of R Square for the variable user satisfaction is 0.61, which means that the value indicates that the variable user satisfaction can be explained by usability, information quality, and service interaction with a value of 67.7%, while the remaining 32.3% is influenced by variables others not found in the research model.

Agricultural E-Commerce with a retail business model has a big challenge to become an alternative sales distribution of agricultural products. Consumer satisfaction and loyalty can be a strategy for companies to maintain and increase sales. The purpose of this study was to analyze the users of agricultural e-commerce application characteristics and variables that affect customer satisfaction and loyalty. It was conducted by a survey in the Greater Jakarta area, Indonesia. Research data were collected using a questionnaire with a convenience sampling method to 170 respondents. The majorities of respondents were women with an age range of 20-30 years. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) results show that there is a significant influence between information quality, design, response, security, delivery on satisfaction, and satisfaction with loyalty. On the other hand, there is no significant difference between ability, payment, user service, and satisfaction. Companies can create loyalty programs to increase product purchase retention in agricultural e-commerce.

Choiceboards are Web-based systems that allow consumers to customize their orders. The study investigated factors that affect consumers’ intention to use choiceboards. The research is based on Masons’ theory and DeLone and McLean’s model of information system use. It was found that intention to use is affected by overall satisfaction. In turn, these two factors are positively impacted by factors such as system quality and information quality. In spite of support from theory, the evidence for the factor, information presentation was weak.

This research mainly aims to explore the factors that influence users' continuous use of mobile libraries. The findings of this study will provide empirical evidence to help improve the service and information quality of mobile libraries. Moreover, suggestions for optimization are provided with the objective of meeting user demands at its maximum. A theoretical model is constructed to reveal the impact of 11 influencing factors on users' continuous use of mobile libraries. Structural equation modeling is adopted to verify the theoretical model and research hypothesis based on the valid data obtained from a questionnaire survey. The study found that personalized services and information availability have positive impacts on the service quality of mobile libraries. Moreover, perceived mobility and information quality have positive impacts on the perceived usability of mobile libraries. Finally, perceived usability, service quality, and platform stability have significantly positive impacts on the willingness of users to continue usage of mobile libraries.

There have been many attempts to understand the role of trust in the success of Information Systems (IS), but they have mainly studied users’ trust in IS themselves in online contexts, with little attention being paid to other possible trust types and organizational IS contexts. Also, there is a dearth of research on the topic in relation to tourism context and developing countries in general. This study examines the mediating role of three types of trust (management-based, provider-based, and system-based trust) in the relationship between tourism IS qualities (system, information, and service quality) with employees’ satisfaction and the intention to and actual use of a system. Perceptions were tested with data from 200 employees in the public sector of the Egyptian tourism industry using structural equation modeling. The results revealed that trust directly affects intention to use/use and user satisfaction, and it completely mediates the effect of the IS qualities on the intention to use/use and user satisfaction. This study draws attention to the requirement of investigating different types of trust to better understand its impact on tourism IS adaptation in developing countries.

As a service provider, PT. Telkom, Tbk is required to be able to provide service, a fast respons, precise and accurate to customers. Even though it has several facilities to accommodate all customer complaints in Indonesia, but in reality there are still many customer complaints that have not been resolved properly which need attention. In this study, measurement of user satisfaction toward service responsiveness uses a combination of ServQual method and WebQual method. The combination of both theories, effectively addresses multicollinearity (if many variables are highly correlated). In connection with that condition, based on the theory of service quality (ServQual) is used to determine satisfaction with the application, is there an influence of variables of reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangible toward user satisfaction both individuals and groups. The universities in Pakistan have recently started replacing their old legacy systems with ERP systems which are commonly used in business organizations to gain a competitive edge over competitors. The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has implemented ERPs systems at eight different Universities in Pakistan. HEC has invested a huge amount of money to facilitate the integration, customization, and implementation of ERP systems in these universities. Previous studies have mainly focused on Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and risk factors of ERP systems. This study intends to empirically measure the support of ERP systems in teaching processes. DeLone and McLean model of Information Systems (IS) success is one of the most commonly used models cited in IS literature. In this study, the DeLone and McLean model was applied at a University level analysis to access the impact of ERP in higher educational institutions and their support in the improvement of academic processes. Hypotheses were tested on the research model using empirical data collected from 230 respondents, including students and faculty at two selected universities, with the use of a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling. The model was empirically tested and the findings showed that use and user satisfaction affected most net benefits. Information quality, system quality, and service quality accounted for 42.6% effect in use. Whereas, information quality, system quality, service quality, and use accounted for 46.5% variance in user satisfaction.
