This article aims at proofing empirically the influence of social interaction in knowledge sharing by focusing on key persons and the way the knowledge-sharing is spread in order to produce some outcome for the organization through individuals within it. The object of this study is employees of Post Offices in Central Java who frequently share information with their co-workers in accomplishing their jobs. The data is acquired from questionnaires distributed to managers and supervisor level of Post office. Based on purposive sampling method, 210 samples are obtained. The results indicate that the five hypotheseses built in this research are supported and only one hypothesis is not supported. The result shows that employees with specific, complicated, and challenging objective will be more willing to share their knowledge to other employees, particularly when facing new job and target. Furthermore, the result of the study explains that sharing idea of improvement will encourage more dynamic teamwork and help each other in solving any problems.

<p><em>This study is to determine what factors influencingthe performance of SMEs. The population in this study is SMEs in the Central Java. Sample collection was conducted with a purposive sampling method. Criteriaused to take into accountis the SMEs that are already running at leastfortwo years. The sample in this study is intended as the representative of total population,67 (sixty seven). The data were processed and analyzed by computer program of SPSS 20 for Windows. Based on the results of regression analysis, it can be concluded that competitiveness has positive and significant impact on marketing performance marketing access has positive and significant impact on marketing performance. It means that the higher competitiveness and marketing access, the higher its performance. Competitiveness and marketing access have influence on SMEs’ performance through network capability.   </em></p>

Pantai Karang Jahe merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata baru yang mulai  menjadi tujuan wisata  di Jawa Tengah. Sebagai tempat wisata  baru, Pantai Karang Jahe memerlukan pengembangan dalam upaya menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesesuaian dan daya dukung wisata  serta  mengkaji potensi daya tarik wisata Pantai Karang Jahe, Rembang, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2019. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dan penentuan lokasi dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling,. Pada Penelitian ini dilakukan analisa Indek Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW)  dan analisa Daya Dukung Kawasan (DKK).  analisis data kesesuaian kawasan menggunakan rumus IKW= [ Ni / Nmaks] x 100 % dan analisis daya dukung kawasan Bertdasarkan pengamatan diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai IKW untuk rekreasi pantai pada stasiun 1, 2 dan 3 tergolong sangat sesuai (S1) dengan nilai 88,88%; 91,94%; 84,72%.  Nilai Daya Dukung Kawasan (DDK) yaitu kegiatan rekreasi pantai dengan luas 1200 m2 sebesar 96 orang/ hari, kegiatan berenang dengan luas 1100 m2 dapat menampung 88 orang/ hari, dan kegiatan bermain dengan luas 1000 m2 dapat menampung 80 orang/ hari. Berdasarkan hasil  analisa IKW dan DDK dapat disimpulkan bahwa  Pantai Karang Jahe sangat sesuai untuk kegiatan wisata pantai. Karang Jahe Beach is one of the new tourist destinations that is starting to become a tourist destination in Central Java. As a new tourist spot, Karang Jahe Beach requires development in an effort to attract tourists to visit. This study aims to examine the suitability and carrying capacity of tourism and examine the potential of the tourist attraction of Karang Jahe Beach, Rembang, Central Java. The study was conducted in January-February 2019. The study used a survey method and the location was chosen using the purposive sampling method. In this study an analysis of the Tourism Suitability Index (IKW) and the Regional Carrying Capacity (DKK) analysis were conducted. Based on observations, the results show that the IKW value for beach recreation at stations 1, 2 and 3 is classified as very suitable (S1) with a value of 88.88%; 91.94%; 84.72%. The carrying capacity of the Region (DDK) is beach recreation activities with an area of 1200 m2 totaling 96 people / day, swimming activities with an area of 1100 m2 can accommodate 88 people / day, and play activities with an area of 1000 m2 can accommodate 80 people / day. Based on the results of IKW and DDK analysis, it can be concluded that Karang Ginger Beach is very suitable for beach tourism activities.

Pantai Seribu Ranting terletak di Desa Panggung, Kecamatan Kedung, Kabupaten Jepara, Jawa Tengah. Pantai Seribu Ranting memiliki potensi alam yang dapat dikembangkan untuk kegiatan pariwisata. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan fisik Pantai Seribu Ranting sebagai kawasan wisata pantai di Kabupaten Jepara dengan mengkaji parameter fisik pantai dan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini bermanfaat mengetahui kelayakan kawasan wisata Pantai Seribu Ranting sebagai kawasan wisata pantai. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2018 dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pantai Seribu Ranting sesuai untuk kegiatan wisata pantai karena hasil pengukuran di stasiun 1, stasiun 2, dan stasiun 3 menunjukkan nilai IKW diatas 80%. Nilai IKW yang diperoleh tergolong dalam tingkat kesesuaian S1, walaupun terdapat beberapa parameter yang kurang mendukung seperti perairan yang terlalu keruh. Akan tetapi hal itu dapat disiasati dengan menonjolkan kelebihannya seperti pasir putih, pantai yang landai, dan tidak adanya biota berbahaya. Analisis SWOT di Pantai Seribu Ranting menghasilkan tiga prioritas utama, yaitu: Memanfaatkan kondisi alam yang ada untuk menambah daya tarik wisata, membuat atraksi eduwisata tambak garam, dan membuat arena olahraga pantai. Seribu Ranting Beach is located in Panggung Village, Kedung Subdistrict, Jepara, Central Java. Seribu Ranting Beach have natural potential that can be developed for ecotourism. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the physical advisability of Seribu Ranting Beach as a beach tourism area in Jepara by studying the physical parameters of the beach and SWOT analysis. The advantage of this research is to know the advisability of ecotourism in Seribu Ranting Beach as beach tourism. The research has been carried out in December 2018 with a purposive sampling method. The results showed that Seribu Ranting Beach is suitable for beach tourism activities because the measurement results at station 1, 2, and 3 showed that IKW values are above 80%. The IKW values that have been obtained are classified as a level of S1 suitability, although there are some parameters that are less supportive like turbid water and a lot of garbage. However, this can be dealt by highlighting its advantages such as white sand, sloping beaches, and the absence of dangerous biota. The SWOT analysis on Seribu Ranting Beach produced three main priorities, namely: utilizing existing natural conditions to increase tourist attraction, making edutourism attractions of salt ponds, and creating a beach sports arena.

A survey study was carried out to investigate the kinds of forage and nutrient adequacy of Jawarandu goats in Brebes Regency, Central Java Province. The study was conducted in three sub-districts Tonjong, Bumiayu, and Paguyangan, involving 504 Jawarandu goats belonging to 45 farmers. Determination of the location, farmers and goat as samples was done by purposive sampling method. The results showed that feedstuffs of Jawarandu goat in Brebes Regency were Albasia (Albaziafalcataria), Mahogany (Swietenia mahogany), Suren (Toonasureni), Kaliandra (Calliandrahaematocephala), and Gamal (Glyricidiasepium). Nutrients consumed by Jawarandu goat in BrebesRgency exceeded the needs as recommended by Kearl (1982). It suggested that Jawarandu goat farmers in Brebes Regency be given counseling/training on feeding management for feed utilization being more efficient.Key words: forage, Jawarandu goat, nutrient adequacy

<em>The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of government internal auditor’s professional skepticism in fraud detection. The implementation of professional skepticism will be based on the characters stated by Hurtt et al., (2010): questioning mind</em>, <em>suspension on judgment</em>, <em>search for knowledge</em>, <em>interpesonal understanding</em>, <em>self-confidence</em>, and <em>self-determination</em>. <em>This is a qualitative research referring to theoretical proposition. </em><em>The data was collected by interviewing forensic auditors at each of functional position. The interviewees were determined by using purposive sampling method. They are forensic auditors claimed due to audit report. The result showed that forensic auditors in Representative Office of BPKP in Central Java implement professional skepticism in fraud detection. Auditor hold responsible of audit report proved by five of six claims received are rejected and one claim is still in litigation.</em><br /><p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p align="center"><strong> </strong></p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan skeptisisme profesional auditor internal pemerintah di Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Jawa Tengah dalam mendeteksi kecurangan. Penerapan skeptisisme profesional akan dipahami berdasarkan karakteristik sikap yang membentuknya sebagaimana dinyatakan oleh Hurtt et al., (2010) antara lain questioning mind, suspension on judgment, search for knowledge, interpesonal understanding, self-confidence, dan self-determination. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan mengacu pada proposisi teori. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara kepada auditor investigasi dari setiap jabatan fungsional tim audit. Responden wawancara ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu auditor investigasi yang pernah menerima gugatan terkait hasil audit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa auditor investigasi Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Jawa Tengah menerapkan skeptisisme profesional dalam mendeteksi kecurangan. Auditor mampu mempertanggungjawabkan kebenaran laporan hasil auditnya dengan ditolaknya lima gugatan dari enam gugatan yang diterima Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Sedangkan satu gugatan masih dalam proses pengadilan.

<p><em>This research aims to measure the disclosure level of local governments’ financial reports in Central Java Province. More importantly, we also investigate factors associated with the disclosure level. We measure the disclosure level using the Modified LGA Index. Meanwhile we use the local government’ dependence and government complexity as the independent variables. Using purposive sampling method, this research generates 32 local governments (districts/ municipals) as the final sample. The descriptive analysis suggests that the average value of the disclosure level is 58.46%. Meanwhile, local governments’ dependence on general allocation funds (DAU) and shared revenue funds (DBH) affect the disclosure level. However, we do not find significant effect between local governments’ dependence on special allocation funds (DAK) and government complexity on the disclosure level.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p align="center"><strong> </strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat pengungkapan dalam laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah di Jawa Tengah, serta menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Tingkat pengungkapan diukur dengan menggunakan Modified LGA Index, sedangkan sebagai variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah tingkat ketergantungan daerah, dan kompleksitas pemerintahan. Sampel penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling method, sehingga diperoleh ukuran sampel yaitu 32 laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengungkapan pada masing-masing sampel. Rata-rata nilai pengungkapan sebesar 58,46  persen. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ketergantungan terhadap Dana Alokasi Umum dan tingkat ketergantungan terhadap Dana Bagi Hasil berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengungkapan,  tingkat ketergantungan terhadap Dana Alokasi Khusus, dan kompleksitas pemerintah tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengungkapan dalam laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah.<em><br /></em></p>

 ABSTRAK Sungai Plumbon mempunyai potensi tingkat pencemaran yang cukup tinggi, dikarenakan berbagai aktivitas di sekitar sungai seperti rumah tangga, industri, dan tambak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi logam Pb dan Cd dalam sedimen, struktur komunitas makrozoobentos, hubungan antara konsentrasi logam dengan kelimpahan makrozoobentos dan mengetahui status pencemaran berdasarkan kurva ABC. Metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling pada 3 stasiun dengan 2 kali sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei – Juli 2015 di Sungai Plumbon, Mangkang, Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengukuran logam Pb stasiun I berkisar antara 6,55 – 6,89 mg/kg, stasiun II berkisar antara 3,92 – 7,34 mg/kg, dan stasiun III berkisar antara 4,77 – 5,85 mg/kg dan nilai konsentrasi logam Cd pada stasiun I berkisar antara 1,35 mg/kg, nilai Cd stasiun II berkisar antara 1,63 – 2,13 mg/kg, nilai Cd stasiun III berkisar antara 2,09 – 2,47 mg/kg. Hasil uji makrozoobentos menunjukkan hasil kelimpahan individu dengan pada stasiun I 258.04-774,12 ind/m3, stasiun II 129,02-903,14 ind/m3 dan stasiun III 129,02-903,14 ind/m3. Uji korelasi yang dilakukan antara logam Pb dengan kelimpahan individu menghasilkan korelasi positif lemah dan logam Cd dengan kelimpahan menghasilkan korelasi negatif kuat. Ditinjau dari kurva ABC maka sungai Plumbon masuk dalam kategori sungai tergolong tercemar ringan hingga berat. Kata kunci : Logam Berat (Pb dan Cd); Makrozoobentos; Sungai Plumbon ABSTRACT Plumbon river has high potential of pollution level, because various activities around the river like: homes, industry, and aquacultures. This research aimed to knows concentration of Pb and Cd in sediments, community structure of macrozoobenthos, relation between metals concentration and macrozoobenthos abundance. Beside to know state of pollution based on ABC curve. The sampling method used purposive sampling on 3 stations with 2 sampling times. This research was carried out in May – July 2015 in the river Plumbon, Mangkang, Semarang, Central Java. The results of measurements of heavy metals Pb on station I are 6.55-6.89 mg/kg, station II are 3.92-7.34 mg/kg, and station III are 4.77-5.85. The results of the measurement of metal Cd on station I are 1.63-2.13 mg/kg, station II are 1.63-2.13 mg/kg, and station III are 2.09-2.47 mg/kg. Test results showed the abundance of individuals on station I are 258.04-774,12 ind/m3, station II are 129,02-903,14 ind/m3 and station III are 129,02-903,14 ind/m3. Correlation test conducted between metal Pb with individual abundance show weak and positive correlation and metal Cd with individual abundance show strong and negative correlation. Segara Anakan merupakan laguna yang terletak di selatan Pulau Jawa tepatnya di perbatasan antara Jawa Barat dengan Jawa Tengah. Kawasan Segara Anakan merupakan tempat bertemunya sungai besar, sehingga mengalami perubahan penurunan kualitas perairan berupa penyempitan dan pedangkalan akibat proses sedimentasi yang tinggi. Hal ini dikhawatirkan dapat mengakibatkan menurunnya kualitas perairan yang dapat mengganggu pertumbuhan fitoplankton di perairan. Fitoplankton merupakan parameter biologi yang dapat dijadikan bioindikator untuk mengevaluasi kualitas dan tingkat kesuburan suatu perairan. Kondisi tentang lingkungan perairan diperkirakan berubah sepanjang waktu, maka perlu penelitian fitoplankton, untuk mengetahui tingkat kesuburan perairannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komposisi dan kelimpahan fitoplankton di Laguna Segara Anakan, Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif eksploratif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan purposive sampling method. Hasil menunjukkan ditemukan 34 genera yaitu Kelas Bacillariophyceae (21 genera), Kelas Cyanophyceae (4 genera), Dinophyceae (6 genera), Chlorophyceae (2 genera), dan Euglenophyceae (1 genus). Kelimpahan fitoplankton berkisar antara 12.945,8-38.194,1 sel/liter. Indeks Keanekaragaman termasuk kategori sedang dengan nilai berkisar 1,60 - 2,32. Indeks keseragaman termasuk kategori sedang hingga tinggi, dengan nilai berkisar 0,59 - 0,81. Indeks dominansi berkisar antara 0,18 - 0,44. menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada genus yang mendominasi. Segara Anakan is a lagoon located in the south of Java Island precisely on the border between West Java and Central Java. Segara Anakan area is the place where the big river meets. Water quality decrease because of narrowing the lagoon due to the high sedimentation process. This may affect the presence of phytoplankton in the water. The quality and the fertility level of aquatic can be evaluated through the phytoplankton existence since phytoplankton is used as a biological indicator for the marine environment. The condition of the aquatic environment is expected to change over time, so it is necessary to study phytoplankton. The purpose of this research is to know about the composition and abundance of phytoplankton in Segara Anakan Lagoon, Cilacap. This research used the descriptive explorative method by data sampling using purposive sampling method. The study showed 34 genera of Bacillariophyceae (21 genera), Cyanophyceae (4 genera), Dinophyceae (6 genera), Chlorophyceae (2 genera), and Euglenophyceae (1 genus). The abundance of phytoplankton ranging from 12.945,8-38.194,1 cells/liter. The Diversity Index is a medium category with values ranging from 1.60 to 2.32. The evenness index is moderate to high, with values ranging from 0.59 to 0.81. The Dominant index ranges from 0.18 to 0.44. The value indicates the category of no dominating genus.

AbstrakKabupaten Boyolali merupakan salah satu kawasan minapolitan yang ada di Jawa Tengah, yang ditetapkan melalui Keputusan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan RI Nomor KEP.32/MEN/2010 tentang Penetapan Kawasan Minapolitan. Berdasarkan keputusan tersebut, pengembangan usaha perikanan khususnya budidaya ikan lele (Clarias Sp) semakin gencar dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pola pengelolaan, permasalahan yang dihadapi, pemasaran hasil produksi, serta memberikan gambaran terhadap struktur biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan dan nilai R/C ratio. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, usaha budidaya ikan lele di Desa Tegal Rejo secara keseluruhan masih layak diusahakan karena memiliki nilai R/C ratio > 1. Permasalah usaha yang dihadapi oleh pembudidaya terkait dengan ketersediaan benih, kenaikan harga pakan, harga jual ikan lele dan serangan penyakit. Dalam menjaga keberlanjutan usaha budidaya ikan lele pada kawasan minapolitan ”Kampung Lele”  Desa Tegal Rejo, perlu diperhatikan daya dukung lingkungan serta pengelolaan usaha yang baik.Title: CATFISH AQUACULTURE BUSSINESS AT MINAPOLITAN AREA “KAMPUNG LELE” IN THE BOYOLALI DISTRICT                                              Abstract            Boyolali is the one of Minapolitan Area in Central Java, which are determined by the Minister of Marine and Fisheries Affairs, through by the minister decision KEP.32/MEN/2010. Based on these decision, the development of the fisheries, especially catfish (Clarias SP) aquaculture more improved conducted. This study aimed to know the description of management patterns, problems faced, the marketing of production, as well as give an illustrate of the cost structure, revenue, profits and the value of R/C ratio. Case study method were used in this research, sample selected by purposive sampling method. Based on the analysis, the aquaculture bussiness of catfish in Tegal Rejo  as a whole is still viable because it has a value of R/C ratio > 1. Business problems faced by farmers related to the availability of seed, feed price increases, prices of catfish and disease attack. In maintaining the sustainability of catfish farming in the region Minapolitan "Kampung Catfish" Tegal Rejo village, keep in mind the carrying capacity of the environment and good business management.

ABSTRAK : Fitoplankton merupakan dasar dari rantai makanan (primary producer) di perairan. Fitoplankton juga memiliki fungsi lain yaitu sebagai  bioindikator untuk mengevaluasi kualitas dan tingkat kesuburan perairan. Keberadaan fitoplankton sangat penting karena mendukung seluruh kehidupan biota laut lainya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas fitoplankton dan kualitas perairan di sekitar ekowisata “Dewi Mangrove sari” berdasarkan kelimpahan dan keanekargaman fitoplankton. Penelitian ini di laksanakan pada tanggal 26 Juni 2018 dan 7 November 2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan di  sekitar ekowisata mangrove “Dewi Mangrove Sari” Pandansari, Desa Kaliwlingi, Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa Tengah,  dengan 3 stasiun dan 3 pengulangan pengambilan sampel.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, sedangkan dalam penentuan titik lokasi pengambilan sampel fitoplankton menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan 4 dari 22 genus yaitu,  Bacillariophycea dengan 15 genus,  Dynophyceae dengan 5 genus, Cyanophyceae dengan1 genus dan Crysophyceae ditemukan 1 genus. kelimpahan fitoplankton sebesar 42.555,67 Ind/L pada Bulan Juni 2018 dan 44.072,17 Ind/L untuk bulan November termasuk dalam kondisi kesuburan tinggi (Eutrofik). Indeks keanekaragaman (H’) berkisar antara 1,91 - 2,57, indeks keseragaman (e) berkisar antara 0,65-0,84, indeks dominasi (C) berkisar antara 0,13 – 0,18. Dapat disimpulkan  bahwa indeks keanekaragaman di perairan sekitar ekowisata “Dewi Mangrove Sari” Pandansari, Desa kaliwlingi, Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa tengah termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dan tidak ada dominasi. Perairan sekitar ekowisata “Dewi Mangrove Sari” cukup stabil dan persebaran individu pada setiap genus cukup merata dan tidak ada jenis yang mendominasi. ABSTRACT: Phytoplankton are the basis of the food chain (primary producer) in water. Phytoplankton also has another function, namely as a bio-indicator to evaluate the quality and level of water fertility. The existence of phytoplankton is very important because it supports all other marine life. The purpose of this study was to determine the structure of the phytoplankton community and the quality of the waters around the ecotourism "Dewi Mangrove sari" based on the abundance and diversity of phytoplankton. This research was carried out on 26 June 2018 and 7 November 2018. The research was conducted around the Pandansari "Dewi Mangrove Sari" mangrove ecotourism, Kaliwlingi Village, Brebes Regency, Central Java, with 3 stations and 3 sampling repeats. The method used in this research is descriptive, while in determining the location of phytoplankton sampling locations using a purposive sampling method. The results of this study found 4 out of 22 genera namely, Bacillariophycea with 15 genera, Dynophyceae with 5 genera, Cyanophyceae with 1 genus and Crysophyceae found 1 genus. Phytoplankton abundance of 42,555.67 Ind / L in June 2018 and 44,072.17 Ind / L for November included in conditions of high fertility (Eutrophic). Diversity index (H ') ranged from 1.91 to 2.57, uniformity index (e) ranged from 0.65 to 0.84, dominance index (C) ranged from 0.13 to 0.18. It can be concluded that the diversity index in the waters around Pandansari's "Dewi Mangrove Sari" ecotourism, Kaliwlingi Village, Brebes Regency, Central Java is included in the high category and there is no dominance. The waters around the ecotourism "Dewi Mangrove Sari" are quite stable and the distribution of individuals in each genus is quite evenly distributed and no species dominates.
