Inducing more and higher-quality answers to questions is essential to sustainable development of Social Question-and-Answer (SQA) websites. Previous research has studied factors affecting question success and user motivation in answering questions, but how a question’s own characteristics affect the question’s answer outcome on SQA websites remains unknown. This study examines the impact of the characteristics of a question, namely readability, emotionality, additional descriptions, and question type, on the question’s answer outcome as measured by number of answers, average answer length, and number of “likes” received by answers to the question. Regression analyses reveal that readability, additional descriptions, and question type have significant impact on multiple measurements of answer outcome, while emotionality only affects the average answer length. This study provides insights to SQA website builders as they instruct users on question construction. It also provides insights to SQA website users on how to induce more and higher-quality answers to their questions.

This chapter is devoted to the study of the role of ecological subsystem in the structure of the sustainable development program of smart city. The author suggests the logic of building the environmental strategy of the city as a long-term landmark of its sustainable development including the environmental mission, vision of the future, goals and priorities, programs and their implementation, target indicators for assessing results, and consequences of realization programs. Certain attention is paid to the city as an object of research with a focus on environmental problems. The characteristics of the factors affecting the development of the ecological situation in the city are shown. A system of criteria and indicators that can be used to assess the impact of the planned environmental activities is proposed.

Multiple regression and simple regression analyses were conducted to test the research hypotheses. This study identified knowledge acquisition and knowledge documentation are the most important factors affecting the accumulation of human capital. The results indicated that knowledge acquisition process and knowledge documentation process positively and significantly affect human capital. However, organizational culture did not prove to be positively related to knowledge documentation process. Moreover, knowledge documentation process positively and significantly mediated the relationship between knowledge acquisition process and human capital. The results have enormous implication for the government sector in Jordan.

An issue of Sustainable Environmental Development has occupied a wide range of interests of researchers and economists in some developing countries. The environmental issues are tightly linked to the development policies and the environmental grasp is no longer a matter of social welfare, but rather is a matter of economical; social and human dimensions. The research displays a concept of sustainable development, then estimating the impact of two variables: the economic development and the bio-ecological system on the sustainable development of some countries, including Iraq according to the fact that “increasing demand for foods and products in these countries has led them towards the intensive usage of natural resources which has, eventually, impairs the rates of development and contributes in the deterioration of bio-ecological system and impairs the sustainable development. The results of the analysis showed that the environmental ecosystem variable has a greater impact on sustainable environmental development than the economic development variable, which means that the environmental situation of some countries, especially the developing countries, continue to deteriorate, requiring all specialists and governments to make efforts to preserve the ecosystem for future generations.

Digitalization affects many industries, including the service sector. In this area, under the influence of the “digitalization” of the economy, there is a tendency to transfer consumer demand to the Internet. The processes of digitalization of retail trade began several years ago, but during the coronavirus pandemic, they accelerated several times, as evidenced by the growth of turnover of Internet companies. The aim of the study is to predict the share of e-commerce in the structure of retail trade. Research methods: description, comparison, analogy, generalization and analysis. In the course of the study, the dynamics of retail trade, including Internet trade, was analysed, the impact of the pandemic on retail trade was analysed, and factors affecting structural changes in retail trade were identified. On the basis of linear regression, a model of the influence of the growth rate of e-commerce volumes on the growth rate of offline turnover is constructed. The forecast showed an increase in e-trade turnover, therefore, an increase in its share in the overall structure of retail trade. The pandemic accelerated the increase in the share of Internet trade in 2020 and adjusted forecasts for the following periods. The significant growth of ecommerce caused by the pandemic will slow down in the coming years, but the trend of buyer and seller switching to the Internet will continue, which will lead to structural changes in retail.

In recent year, the issues of sustainable development in general and enterprise's sustainable development have always been given special attention by government management agency, including small and medium-size industrial enterprises. The study conducted a survey of 316 industrial SMEs in three regions of the North, Central and South of Vietnam with the main survey subjects being managers in enterprises. The main purpose of the study is to assess the impact of the goverment support policies compared to other factors developed in the research model affecting the sustainable development of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam. In this research, the authors employed exploratory factor analysis to identify 4 factors affecting the sustainable development of SMEs. The research results show that the government support policies have an important role but not strongly influence human resource factors, financial factor and social responsibility (SR) policies of enterprises in their sustainable development for industrial SMEs in Vietnam.

The data used in this study were pooled 2005-2013 data in the aggregate. Econometric model the impact of fiscal policy on the performance of the agricultural sector is built in the form of simultaneous equations, consisting of 7 equations with 25 total variables in the model, 7 endogenous variables, 12 exogenous variables, and 6 variables lag. The model is estimated by 2SLS method SYSLIN procedures and historical simulation with SIMNLIN procedure. The results showed that: (1) The development of fiscal policy in Southeast Sulawesi from year to year tends to increase, (2) The performance of the agricultural sector from the aspect of GDP has decreased, from the aspect of labor is still consistent, in terms of investment to grow positively, and assign roles which means to decrease the number of poor people, (3) factors affecting fiscal policy is local revenues, equalization funds, other revenues, as well as the lag fiscal policy, (4) the factors that affect the performance of the agricultural sector from the aspect GDP is labor, direct expenditure and GDP lag; from the aspect of labor is the total labor force, investment, land area, direct expenditure, as well as the lag of labor; from the aspect of investment is influenced by GDP per capita, land area, interest rates and investment lag; as well as from the aspect of poor people, are affected by population, investments, direct expenditure and poverty lag, (5).
