Contrapose the disadvantages of the traditional fire water branch stents, the paper developed a simple structure, safe and reliable, low labor intensity, and can adapt to the complex fire environment of portable fire water branch stents.This paper introduces the structure and working principle of fire water branch stents, and simulates analysis of the motion trajectory of fire water branch through the Pro/E and ADAMS.The results show that the portable fire water branch stents safe and reliable, can meet the demand of fire control.

At present the hole digging pile is excavated in artificial by digging the hole .This method usually works in low efficiency, high labor intensity of workers and poor security situations. So through the analysis of the artificial excavating pile 's requirement, there is necessary to create a new structural of a machine with the help of pneumatic conveying system to dump soil. In this paper the authors introduce a hand-held excavator which has the above structure in excavating. This machine adopted a motor as a power device, used secondary gear reducer to achieve speed-down, and drill bit was driven by the transmission shaft to complete the excavation. The machine has the digging ability of 240mm excavation pit diameter, simple structure design. It can meet one man operation requirements, and can be carried easily.

This paper introduces the working principle and components structure of a new kind rotary refrigeration compressor which receives the merits of some existing rotary refrigeration compressors and discards some application limitation. The new type refrigeration compressor has the characteristics of fewer parts as well as simple structure, easy manufacturing, smooth operation and wide application capacity. In this paper the author puts emphasis on the discharge structure, capacity regulation mechanism, piston flexibleness and seal body.

The strapping machine for Paper Bills typically was designed to reduce labor intensity and enhance production automation level. The machines structure and working principle were described. There are three work posts in this equipment, they work continuously. This approach makes it very easy to split up a complex transformation into a series of simple transformations arranged in a loop line. The machine includes currency count/counterfeit distinguishing system, conveying system and strapping system. In the same time, the machine control system that adopts the PLC programmable controller can simplify the control system, and its reliability strengthens further. Practices show that the strapping machine has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency, low cost and small vibrating noise.

This paper introduces the working principle and structure of direct digital frequency synthesizer. This paper select the technology of lookup table to design DDS because it has many advantages such as less consumption hardware resources, simple structure, output only small delay and so on. As a result, signal generator can produce many waveforms with good stability and high frequency resolution. Finally, test showed that the output wave of triangular signal frequency is greater than 1MHz and the highest sine wave frequency is 30MHz, the value of peak to peak is continuously adjustable in 50mV ~ 4V range. The result of study will provide theoretical guidance for the design of DDS.

SIROX is a new heating and humidifying technology to substitute HT. It changes the heating insufficient and humidifying poor uniformity of tunnel HT. It uses locking air means in feeding and the steam is supplied through the rotary joint to the turning bars with steam orifice. So that the material will uniformly warm and humidify better and overcome the shortcomings of HT’s. SIROX has simple structure, low maintenance costs, easy to clean. This paper analyzes the composition and working principle of several heating and humidifying devices and their respective advantages and disadvantages, provides a reference for the heating and humidifying technology.

This paper presents a simple structure design for bilateral teleoperation systems with uncertainties in time delay in communication channel. The goal is to achieve complete transparency and robust stability for the closed-loop system. For transparency, two local controllers are designed for the bilateral teleoperation systems. One local controller is responsible for tracking the master commands, and the other one is in charge of force tracking as well as guaranteeing the stability of the closed-loop system in the presence of uncertainties in time delay. The stability analysis will be shown analytically for two cases: (I) the possibly stability and (II) the intrinsically stability. Moreover, in Case II, in order to generate the proper inputs for the master controller in the presence of uncertainties in time delay, an adaptive finite impulse response (FIR) filter is designed to estimate the time delay. The advantages of the proposed method are threefold: (1) stability of the closed-loop system is guaranteed under some mild conditions, (2) the whole system is transparent, and (3) design of the local controllers is simple. Simulation results show good performance of the proposed method.

In stamping production the traditional manual feeding and pick-up manner can lead to potential safety problem. The automatic feeding and automatic pick-up device can ensure the production safety and ease workers’ labor intensity. A kind of automatic feeding and automatic pick-up device and its control system are designed. The configuration, function and working principle of the mechanism were described. Hydraulic system was taken as power supply. Siemens S7-200 was adapted as the center of control system, Hall-effect switch sensor CS1020 was used to detect the position of components. Control theory was studied and programmed. The device described in this paper can realize stamping automatic. Adjusting the position and number of sensors can realize the feeding and pick-up automation of all kind of workpiece, make the system has flexibility and suit the change of production.

In view of the characteristic that the bottom pressure of Coalbed Methane Wells (CBM wells) is low and the structure of coal bed could be easily destructed, the author designed a kind of jet pump. The jet pump could improve efficiency of washing bottom-hole coal particle in condition of protecting the structure of coal reservoir. In this paper, we have analyzed the structure of jet pump and working principle; and given the method of calculation the basic parameters of jet pump on the basis of calculating the working efficiency of jet pump from the point of cavitation.

To solve the writing and reading operation conflict to RAM in LED/LCD display control system, a new RAM operation conflict arbiter IC was proposed. Comparing the traditional dual ports RAM, the IC has the advantages of low-cost and high stability. By analyzing the working principle and structure design, the IC was designed in pure digital way with Verilog HDL, and passed the simulation verify. Finally the IC was realized by Alter FPGA chip and passed the actual test.

The self-moving Silent Piler based on the pile reaction force is a new kind of construction equipment by static pressure hydraulic pressure, which utilizes reaction force derived from fully installed cement column to support the silent piler body. The construction characteristics and working principle of the silent piler have been discussed in this paper. The structure of the device has been designed. The FEA to the main stress components and force has been analyzed.
