The right and appropriate system of receiving and transferring goods is needed by the company. In the process of receiving and transferring goods from the central warehouse to the branch warehouse at PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja, Tangerang Regency, which is currently done manually is still ineffective and inaccurate because the Head of Subdivision uses receipt documents, namely PPBP and mutation of goods, namely MPPW in the form of paper as a submission media. The Head of Subdivision enters the data of receipt and mutation of goods manually and requires a relatively long time because at the time of demand for the transfer of goods the Head of Subdivision must check the inventory of goods in the central warehouse first. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a design of information systems for the receipt and transfer of goods from the central warehouse to a web-based branch warehouse that is already database so that it is more effective, efficient and accurate. With the web-based system of receiving and transferring goods that are already datatabed, it can facilitate the Head of Subdivision in inputing data on the receipt and transfer of goods and control of stock inventory so that the Sub Head of Subdivision can do it periodically to make it more effective, efficient and accurate. The method of data collection is done by observing, interviewing and studying literature from various previous studies, while the system analysis method uses the Waterfall method which aims to solve a problem and uses design methods with visual modeling that is object oriented with UML while programming using PHP and MySQL as a database.

1. Intracellular recording from cat Betz cells in vitro revealed a strong correlation between the dominant effect of serotonin (5-HT) and the Betz cell subtype in which it occurred. In large Betz cells that show posthyperpolarization excitation (termed PHE cells), 5-HT evoked a long-lasting membrane depolarization, whereas 5-HT evoked an initial hyperpolarization of variable duration in smaller Betz cells that show posthyperpolorization inhibition (termed PHI cells). 2. Voltage-clamp studies revealed that 5-HT caused a depolarizing shift of activation of the cation current Ih, which resulted in the depolarization in PHE cells, whereas the hyperpolarization in PHI cells is caused by an increase in a resting potassium conductance. 3. The effect of 5-HT on firing properties during constant current stimulation also differed consistently in the two types of Betz cells. In PHE cells the initial firing rate increased after 5-HT application, but the steady firing was unaffected. The depolarizing shift of Ih activation caused the increase of initial firing rate. 4. In PHI cells 5-HT caused a decrease in spike frequency adaptation. The decrease in adaptation was caused by a combination of two conductance changes. First, 5-HT caused a slow afterdepolarization in PHI cells that could trigger repetitive firing in the absence of further stimulation. The sADP depended on calcium entry through voltage-gated channels and was associated with a decrease in membrane conductance. Second, 5-HT caused reduction of a slow calcium-dependent potassium current that normally contributes to slow adaptation. 5. In conclusion, the effect of 5-HT on excitability differs systematically in Betz cell subtypes in part because they have different dominant ionic mechanisms that are modulated. If we assume that PHE cells and PHI cells represent fast and slow pyramidal tract (PT) neurons respectively, 5-HT will cause early recruitment of fast PT cells and delay recruitment of slow PT cells during low levels of synaptic excitation.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of venture capital (X1)  and the long time at sea /time work hours (X2) for the offer price of fish (Y) in the tradisional sanggeng market manokwari, with 73 respondents chosen randomly and consisted of sellers and buyers in the sanggeng market. Data  collection  methods are done through interviews,  (primary data)  with a questionnaire and then  carried out  a questionnaire  test  and test the quality of the data, and then analyzed uiple linear regression. The result of research simultan eously or statistically partial variables X1 (venture capital) and variable X2 (long sea)  significantly influence the higt selling price of fish (variable y) in the manokwari sanggeng market  because the value of p. Value (0,000)<(0.05) sig (5%.) so it can be concluded that when fish traders increase capital by 1% the price of fish in the market rises by 13,5% and also when a long time to go to sea increases 1 day than the price of fish increases by  33.900,00. The government needs to control high (expensive) fish prices in the market by activating an inflation control team that continues to monitor the market price (specifically) of the fisheries sector.

Deformation is a ubiquitous phenomenon in nature. This process usually refers to the change in shape, size, and position of an object in the time and spatial domain under various loads. Under normal circumstances, during engineering construction, technicians are generally required to monitor the safe operation of structural facilities in the transportation field and the health of bridge, because monitoring in the engineering process plays an important role in construction safety. Considering the reliability risk of sensors after a long-time work period, such as signal drift, accurate measurement of strain gauges is inseparable from the value traceability system of high-precision strain gauges. In this study, two vibrating wire strain gauges with the same working principle were measured using the parallel method at similar positions. First, based on the principle of time series, the experiment used high-frequency dynamic acquisition to measure the thermometer strain of two vibrating wire strain gauges. Second, this experiment analyzed the correlation between strain and temperature measured separately. Under the condition of different prestress, this experiment studied the influencing relationship of temperature corresponding variable. In this experiment, the measurement repetitiveness was analyzed using the meteorology knowledge of single sensor data, focused on researching the influence of temperature and prestress effect on sensors by analyzing differences of their measurement results in a specified situation. Then, the reliability and stability of dynamic vibrating wire strain gauge were verified in the experiment. The final conclusion of the experiment is the actual engineering in the later stage. Onsite online meteorology in the application provides support.

Purpose of Study: The present study was designed to study possibilities, conditions, grounds and limitations regarding the use of technologies and units of artificial intelligence in public administration. Determinants of the need to use such technologies in public administration were also considered. In this study, directions of realizable engagement which is already implemented, as well as directions of the possible use of artificial intelligence units in the future for public administration were investigated to ensure the functioning of system of state executive bodies. Methodology: The present research carried out based on the application of research methods such as system analysis, synthesis, and classification. Using these research methods, the concepts of describing conditions, possibilities, modes and functional-target load of using technologies and units of artificial intelligence in public administration, as well as limitations of its application in public administration were developed. Results: It was found that the use of artificial intelligence by the state for performing its various own tasks is highly relevant as it might lead to finding many positive approbations. However, despite the fact that technologies and artificial intelligence units have been developed for a relatively long time, and some of them are already widely used, it is still impossible to talk about the integrated, fully tested and properly regulated implementation of this kind of technology and units for management, therefore, it is suggested to further investigate on this issue from a theoretical (prognostic) point of view, taking into account potential directions and possibilities regarding    the use of such technology and units. Implications/Applications: The use of technologies and units of artificial intelligence does not necessarily take into account as a panacea for solving the problems and may not lead to solving some systemic problems in public administration, but, on the contrary, may even aggravate some existing problems in public administration and contribute to the emergence of new problems and risks.

The effects of monopolar cathodal, monopolar anodal, and bipolar anodal polarizing currents on vagal A- and C-fiber activity were studied in anesthetized dogs. Monopolar cathodal polarization consistently produced excitation of spontaneous and evoked A- and C-fibers. Monopolar anodal and bipolar anodal polarizations differentially blocked A-fibers as a function of fiber diameter. The specific purpose of this study was to compare the effects of monopolar anodal and bipolar anodal currents on C-fiber excitability. Small fiber preparations were dissected from the vagal trunk, cut centrally, and placed on recording electrodes. A constant-current stimulus pulse was applied to the nerve at various distances from the blocking electrodes. The stimulus current strength was increased until an isolated C-fiber spike was observed. This value was defined as 100% of threshold. The stimulus current was then reduced to zero, the blocking current was increased slowly to 100 microA, and the procedure repeated. Threshold data obtained in this manner for each set of stimulation electrodes was plotted as a function of distance from the blocking electrode(s) for both modes of anodal blockade. No significant change in C-fiber excitability was observed with bipolar anodal blockade, whereas excitability was significantly (P less than or equal to 0.05) decreased using the monopolar technique. Thus, monopolar anodal block may reduce the possibility of asynchronous C-fiber discharge, which has been associated with a bipolar block of A-fibers.
