The purpose of this study was to determine the role of academic information systems in improving the quality of higher education implementation in PGRI STKIP Bangkalan, and the extent to which the policies of implementing higher education before and after the use of information systems and how satisfaction is felt by students towards academic information systems at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, named STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad. The study was conducted by conducting a survey of users of the internet-based academic information system (Siakad STKIP PGRI Bangkalan), namely lecturers, students and employees with the method of observation and conducting in-depth interviews to obtain as much information as possible from all respondents/informants. The number of informants was 5 people consisting of the chairman of STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, Vice Chairman I, Head of BAAK and two students who had experience in their respective fields of work, knew deeply and had many roles in the process of using information systems.Based on the results of the study, it was shown that with the use of the information system/ STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad which is one of the facilities for the smooth activities of the teaching and learning process, it proved to provide convenience, many benefits and benefits that greatly support the duties of serving lecturers, students and outsiders requiring. This is evidenced by the support of the support of lecturers and students, capacity, namely the ability of employees to process data and value, namely the benefits felt by lecturers, employees and students as well as outside parties in need.

In many large-scale enterprise information system solutions, process design, data modeling and software component design are performed relatively independently by different people using various tools and methodologies. This usually leads to gaps among business process modeling, component design and data modeling. Currently, these functional or non-functional disconnections are fixed manually, which increases the complexity and decrease the efficiency and quality of development. In this chapter, a pattern-based approach is proposed to bridge the gaps with automatically generated data access components. Data access rules and patterns are applied to optimize these data access components. In addition, the authors present the design of a toolkit that automatically applies these patterns to bridge the gaps to ensure reduced development time, and higher solution quality.

Clinical pathway is a management tool utilized in hospitals in order to reduce variation in medical care as well as control health quality. Poor adherence to the clinical pathway documents most probably leads to deficiency in quality of care. This paper presents the result of an investigation for the role of clinical pathway document component (design) on the use of the clinical pathway tool in practice. We checked the content of three clinical pathway designs using the Integrated Care Pathway Appraisal Tool (ICPAT). Negative correlation between the compliance to ICPAT indicators and the completeness of third clinical pathway design has been obtained. Standard criteria in designing clinical pathway shows discrepancy which might be due to reluctances among the users to follow the lengthy procedure. In conclusion, user’s preferences need to be considered for more practical use of clinical pathway beside the standard documentation perfection in order to achieve its objectives.

With the rapid development of networking progress in colleges and universities, examination system based on Internet has already become one of the hotspots of researching and developing electronization in colleges and universities. Thus, according to the current needs of the traditional examination process,it is important to design and development of a multi-course and questions and more intelligent enhanced online examination system for different courses’ teachers to facilitate the needs of the organization according to the teaching exam. The paper introduced the major phases of designing and developing online examination system, designed and developed intelligent and enhanced online examination system with multiple curriculums and patterns, described process design in subsystems of background resources and subsystems of foreground application, and realized this interactive system ultimately.

Online Examination Framework is Associate in Nursing programming arrangement, That which allows any Education system or institution to orchestrate, direct and superintend exams by suggests that of an internet domain. It may be done through the Web/Intranet and/Neighborhood System things. a little of the problems confronted amid manual examination frameworks ar the postponements occured in result handling, documenting represents a difficulty, separating of records is difficult . the chance of loss of records is high in addition record seeking is difficult . repairs of the framework is in addition exceptionally difficultand takes parcel of your time and labour. on-line examination is one in all the vital elements for on-line instruction framework. it's effective, sufficiently fast and reduces the intensive live of fabric plus. Associate in Nursing examination framework is formed in light-weight of the net. This paper depicts the quality of the framework, displays the basic parts of the framework, breaks down the auto-producing check paper calculation, and talks concerning the protection of the framework.

This study aims to obtain in-depth information related to the role of school principals in supervising teacher performance. Supervised performance is related to teaching and learning activities. The principal carries out supervision to improve the quality of teacher performance. This study used a qualitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis consists of the data reduction process, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and triangulation. The findings show that supervision activities by school principals have provided valuable input for teachers to improve the quality of education. The teacher has carried out teaching and learning activities that are adapted to current conditions. However, the identified shortcomings are in the mastery of digital technology devices as a tool that can support educational activities.

This article introduces Cognitive Health Counseling 40+ (CH.CO40+), an individualized intervention that is conceptually based on the orchestration model of quality-of-life management ( Martin & Kliegel, 2010 ) and aims at improving satisfaction with cognitive health in adults aged 40 years and older. We describe the theoretically deduced characteristics of CH.CO40+, its target group, its multifactorial nature, its individualization, the application of subjective and objective measures, the role of participants as agents of change, and the rationale for choosing participants’ satisfaction with their cognitive health as main outcome variable. A pilot phase with 15 middle-aged and six older adults suggests that CH.CO40+ attracts, and may be particularly suitable for, subjective memory complainers. Implications of the pilot data for the further development of the intervention are discussed.
