Hydraulic technology is one of the key techniques of modern transmission and control. Closed type hydraulic power transmission system is weight ratio, fast action, easy to realize the advantages of flexible stepless speed regulation, flexible power transmission. In this paper, the closed hydraulic system of double bidirectional variable hydraulic pump and the bidirectional quantitative motor, the drive system for crawler type machinery, advantages, in the walking system design process can reasonable calculation and power matching, reasonable selection of power components, the universal value of engineering application.

Crawler combine harvester walking system is various transmission technology are organic and reasonable matching, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, complementary drive system so as to achieve the best overall. As the power source of an aircraft, aero-engine tends to meet many rigorous requirements for high thrust-weight ratio and reliability with the continuous improvement of aero-engine performance. In this paper, based on the order statistics and stochastic process theory, an improved dynamic load-strength interference (LSI) model was proposed for the reliability analysis of aero-engine rotor blade system, with strength degradation and catastrophic failure involved. In presented model, the “unconventional active” characteristic of rotor blade system, changeable functioning relationships and system-component configurations, was fully considered, which is necessary for both theoretical analysis and engineering application. In addition, to reduce the computation cost, a simplified form of the improved LSI model was also built for convenience of engineering application. To verify the effectiveness of the improved model, reliability of turbojet 7 engine rotor blade system was calculated by the improved LSI model based on the results of static finite element analysis. Compared with the traditional LSI model, the result showed that there were significant differences between the calculation results of the two models, in which the improved model was more appropriate to the practical condition.

1. The effect in the rat of salbutamol infusion (1 μg min−1 kg−1) on acid-induced lung injury has been determined. Severity of lung injury was assessed by two techniques: the pulmonary clearance of 99mTc-diethylenetriaminepenta-acetate (99mTc-DTPA) and the lung wet/dry weight ratio, giving indices of alveolar epithelial permeability and transendothelial water filtration respectively. 2. Mean half-time of clearance of 99mTc-DTPA was increased significantly in rats who had intratracheal acid-induced injury and control (saline) intravenous infusion (19.4 ± 2.6 min) compared with non-acid-treated rats (98.1 ± 7.2) (P < 0.0001). However, those animals who had intratracheal acid injury and subsequent salbutamol intravenous infusion had significantly faster clearance (11.5 ± 1.9) than the acid and control infusion group (P < 0.05). 3. Gravimetric lung water in the acid-only rats (expressed as wet/dry weight ratio) was increased significantly (6.4 ± 0.3) compared with the non-acid-treated controls (5.4 ± 0.2) (P < 0.01). Acid-treated rats who had salbutamol infused had dramatically increased lung water (10.0 ± 0.6) (P < 0.001 vs acid and control infusion). 4. Intravenous salbutamol infusion itself produced no significant difference in the results for both techniques, compared with the non-acid-treated time-course controls. 5. Infused salbutamol accentuates acid-induced lung injury in the rat. Possible factors responsible for these findings include β2-adrenergic agonist mediated inhibition of hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction (HPV) and a predominant β1-adrenergic agonist inotropic effect of salbutamol with resultant rise in pulmonary artery pressure.

Harvesting speed is a key factor that influences working quality, utilization and harvest efficiency of the working process of grain combine harvester. In order to solve multi-objective control and poor anti-interference ability of measurement system in combine harvester, this paper uses optimization theory and error analysis theory to integrate analyze multi-source disturbance of data which is acquired in measurement and control system. The optimum working state control algorithm which proposes by this paper has better robust and anti-interference features, and what is more, it can be targeted by low yield loss, high productivity and low power cost. It provides theoretical basis and data support for the domestic agricultural harvesting machine, which also is an effective means to heighten the automatic level of the agricultural information technology. The issues of prospective operation of the city electric networks in the conditions of the MART GRID, which will be quite different as compared to the traditional understanding and approaches, are under consideration. This requires the selection and application of appropriate analytical criteria and approaches to assessment, analysis and control of the networks. With this regard the following criteria are recommended: in a particular case – the optimal (minimal) technological electric power consumption (losses), while in general – economically reasonable (minimal) cost value of electric power transmission. It should be also borne in mind that contemporary urban networks are actively saturated with distributed sources of small generation that have radically changed the structure of electrical networks; therefore, account for such sources is an absolutely necessary objective of management regimes of urban electric networks, both traditional and in associated with the SMART GRID. A case of the analysis and control of urban electric 10 kV networks with distributed small sources of generation has been developed and presented according to the theoretical criterion of minimum relative active power losses in the circuit as a control case. The conducted research makes it possible to determine the magnitude of the tolerance network mode from the point of the theoretical minimum.
