To survey the influence of ink fineness on the performance of the water-based cork paper bobbin gravure ink and improve the printing quality of ink, the water-based cork paper bobbin gravure inks with different pigment fineness were prepared and the viscosity of ink, glossiness of the printing proof, the abrasion resistance of ink film and other property parameters were tested. The research shows that the ink fineness has a great influence on the water-based cork paper bobbin gravure ink. If the ink fineness is bad, the ink would have a low viscosity. If the ink fineness is good, the glossiness of the printing proof and the abrasion resistance of ink film would be high.

The bonding mechanism between water-based UV curable ink and active groups on paper’s fiber during curing process was studied in this paper. Low viscosity water-based UV-cured resin was synthesized by epoxy resins, epoxy diluent, acrylic acid and maleic anhydride in the presence of catalyst. The viscosity of the synthesis system and synthetic products were significantly reduced when epoxy diluent was added to replace parts of the epoxy resin. Epoxy diluent was very useful in reducing the viscosity of the product, but over-dose would have negative effects on the quality of the cured film. The water-based epoxy acrylate prepolymer was used as the substitution for the ink to investigate the binding mechanism between the active groups of prepolymer and fiber under UV irradiation. The prepolymer and photoinitiator were mixed and the mixture was diluted to an appropriate viscosity by a small amount of water, then printed on the paper by the method of analog printing and curred by UV curing machine. The printed paper was used to extract lignin by enzymatic/mild acidolysis. FT-IR was used to characterize the changes of the active groups in lignin. The results showed that the changes of active groups in lignin were founded in the existence of ultraviolet and photoinitiator, which consistent with the change of double bonds in prepolymer. The free radicals produced by photoinitiator in curing process not only promoted the double bonds to polymerize, but also accelerated the active groups of lignin binding. Experiments show that chemical bonds exist between them.

In order to research and control the surface tension of the water-based ink-jet ink, and ensure the printing quality of the ink, water-based ink samples with different surface tension are prepared and the roundness, volume, speed and the tail length of the drop are measured in order to analyze the influence of surface tension to drop state. The influence of the main components to the surface tension is discussed through testing the surface tension of the water-based ink-jet ink which has different components. The result shows that the surface tension of the water-based ink-jet ink has big influence to the drop state, so the suitable surface tension is the key to guarantee the printing quality. And the kind of the resins influence the surface tension, the influence of adding different kinds and levels of surfactants to surface tension is different.

Edible inkjet ink is a new water-based green ink, all the raw materials are in line with food hygiene standards, it has the characteristics of edible, safe, environmentally friendly and its suiTab.for food packaging printing. In order to obtain good performance and printing quality of edible inkjet ink, food-grade raw materials were used to prepare inkjet ink. Then the formula was optimized according to the effect on droplet state of ink viscosity and surface tension. In the end, droplet state and printing quality of prepared ink was tested. The results show that the prepared edible inkjet ink has good droplet state and printing quality.

To improve scratch-resistance and abrasion-resistance of water-based varnish, change the type of water-based resin, the type and content of wax emulsion and flow agent, then test scratch-resistance and abrasion-resistance of water-based varnish. The results show that resin and wax emulsion has a great influence on the scratch-resistance and abrasion-resistance of water-based varnish. Adding appropriate amount of wax emulsion can improve scratch-resistance and abrasion-resistance to some extent. Adding flow agent has certain influence on scratch-resistance of water-based varnish.

To improve the dryness of the water-based plastic gravure ink and ensure their printing quality, by design the orthogonal experiment to compound the ink, to discussion the influencing factors of water-based plastic gravure ink initial dryness and full dryness, and discussion the major and minor of the factors. By using different types of resins, changing the content of alcohol in the dilution dissolvent and changing the content of dilution dissolvent, compound the water-based plastic gravure ink, to study these influencing factors of ink dryness and printing quality. The results show that, the content of the alcohol in the dilution dissolvent is the major effect on the water-based plastic gravure ink initial dryness; the content of dilution dissolvent is the major effect on the water-based plastic gravure ink full dryness; in addition the different types of resins and the proportion of alcohol and water have a great effect on ink performance and the printing quality.

Among the animals of different species chickens react in greater numbers and more noticeable to a va-riety of growth biostimulators. There are great improvements on their general state, growth spurts and development of internal organs is quicker when they are injected with small portions. Such stimulation has a great influence not only on growth and development of chickens in their first period of life but also on health and productivity later on. The most active peak of reaction is when chicken is two months old. Their internal organs, especially the digestive system, develop earlier, their genitals appear earlier and they begin egg-laying much earlier too, when chickens are being fed those biostimulants. Slaughter meat yield becomes more and quality of meat improves with the influence of stimulators. A major disease pre-vention and healing effect can be reached, since most of the biostimulants raise immune system and re-sistance of the organism. It can be the only thing to justify their usage on animals. Tests show that the most typical growth spurt of birds is from fifteen to twenty percent in normal conditions. Growth spurts are also accompanied with the rise of resistance to different infections and activation of different physio-logical processes. Growth spurts can be twice or more than written here, but those spurts are usually short-timed and often accompanied with the dysfunction of different organs

When wheat experiences a cold-temperature ‘shock’ during the late stage of grain filling, it triggers the abnormal synthesis of late-maturity α-amylase (LMA). This increases the enzyme content in affected grain, which can lead to a drastic reduction in falling number (FN). By commercial standards, a low FN is taken as an indication of inferior quality, deemed unsuitable for end-product usage. Hence, LMA-affected grains are either rejected or downgraded to feed grade at the grain receiving point. However, previous studies have found no substantial correlation between low FN-LMA and bread quality. The present study extends previous investigations to semi-solid food, evaluating the physical quality of fresh white sauce processed from LMA-affected flour. Results show that high-LMA flours had low FNs and exhibited poor pasting characteristics. However, gelation occurred in the presence of other components during fresh white sauce processing. This demonstrates that LMA-affected flours may have new applications in low-viscosity products.

Resistance spot welding (RSW) is an important welding process in modern industrial production, and the quality of welding nugget determines the strength of products to a large extent. Limited by the level of RSW quality monitor, however, RSW has rarely been applied to the fields with high welding quality requirements. Associated with the inversion theory, in this paper, an electromagnetic inverse model of RSW was established, and the analysis of influence factors, such as the layout of the probes, the discrete program and the regularization method, was implemented as well. The result shows that the layout of the probe and the regularization method has great influence on the model. When the probe is located at the y direction of x-axis or the x direction of y-axis and Conjugate Gradient method is selected, a much better outcome can be achieved.

Digital printing has been playing a more and more important role in printing industry for its convenient production and quick turnaround. By experimental method, the differences of digital prints with different paper were detail analyzed, includes different base weight papers of the same category, and different categories papers with the same base weight. Results showed that the printing quality of offset paper with 120 g/m2base weight was better than that of 100 g/m2, and that printing quality of art paper was better than matt art paper with the same base weight. Other characteristics of different papers were investigated too. The method and conclusion provides in this paper would be helpful for choosing appropriate material for production activities.
