Programmable logic controller (PLC) is a microprocessor used to automate industry processes such as controlling a factory's engine. As a candidate in electrical engineering degree must be able to assemble and arrange PLC control program so that later can compete in industrial world. Therefore PLC is one of the compulsory courses that must be pursued. But in learning PLC encountered obstacles that students feel less interested in learning that they need to understand the language of logic, and require them to assemble the series of automation with inadequate equipment, so we think Simulation learning method is a learning method can improve the students' understanding of the situation or problem better. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of simulation learning method on students with high and low creativity level in PLC learning. The method used in this research is an experimental method. Result of this study is simulation learning method can improve learning result of PLC, but not maximal. PLC learning requires real work practices so as to provide accurate knowledge to every student.Based on these conclusions, the suggestion in PLC learning can use a learning method that uses work practices as a learning tool of PLC

This paper analyzes the control requirements of scutcher and introduces the control system scheme which is composed of programmable logic controller, touch panel and inverter. And it emphasizes the hardware constitution of S7-200 PLC control system, the pressure detection and display of cotton feeding pipeline, together with the principles of the beater speed test program and the control program of cotton feeding motor.The scutcher control system can feed cotton continuously and equably and ensure the pressure stability of the cotton feeding pipeline. In this way, it can adjust process conveniently, decrease fault rate and cut the design development cycle of new equipments to improve the control level of textile machinery.

Industrial manipulator has become an important and indispensable part of the modern industrial production, This paper studies the industrial manipulator control system based on programmable controller, This paper mainly introduces the software design of PLC control system, analyzes the various modules of the composition manipulator control system , Adopt Mitsubishi PLC design of manipulator system was put forward, the function and the control method of Mitsubishi PLC was studied; Experimental results show that the manipulator can eventually exercise according to the requirements of the control program ,and implement the monitoring system of this manipulator intuitive image observation, reached the design purpose and the requirements of this paper.

The main aim of this paper is to improve the control efficiency of the sewage treatment system, by analyzing the various control parameters of sewage treatment system and comparing different ways of automatic control, Siemens S7-200 Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) is applied to the system. We designed the control flow charts of coarse grid and dewatering system, compiled the total manual program and automatic control program of aerated grit chamber by using STEP 7-Micro/WIN 32 software, and realized the related equipment automatic control in the sewage treatment system which can run the coarse grid machine that runs for 20 minutes and stops for 2 hours alternately et cetera. The results show that the controllability of sewage treatment system is enhanced and the efficiency is improved.

The research population comprised semester VI students of the mathematics study program of STIT Palapa Nusantara. The sample was selected using the purposive random sampling in three steps: (1) randomly selecting 2 classes out of 5 available classes, (2) selecting 8 groups, each consisting of 4 students, from each selected class, and (3) randomly selecting the groups applying each learning model. The data were analyzed using the T2 Hotellings multivariate test at the significance level of 5% (0.05) for two-tailed testing and the univariate test at the significance level of 0.025. The results of the data analysis are as follows. (1) There are different effects of the STAD-type cooperative learning method and the simulation learning method on students’ abilities in theory and application of learning methods in the mathematics strategy learning course (Fobserved = 6.76 > Ftable = F0.05;(2;65) = 3.14). (2) Abilities in theory of learning methods through the STAD-type cooperative learning method are higher than those through the simulation learning method in the mathematics learning strategy course (tobserved = 2.28 > ttable(0.025) = 2.00). (3) Abilities in application of learning methods through the simulation learning method are higher than those through the STAD-type cooperative learning method in the mathematics learning strategy course (tobserved = 4.05 >t table(0.025) = 2.00).

The Dirosati method is the easiest method to apply to early childhood children. TPQ Nurul Falah is one of the Qur'an Education Parks located in Bringin Lawang Village, Jenggawah District, Jember Regency which uses the Dirosati learning method, using this method TPQ Nurul Falah has grown rapidly since 2002-now with approximately 500 students. The focus of the research studied in the Real Work Lecture from Home program is, 1) How is the implementation of the Dirosati method in improving the ability to read Quran in TPQ Nurul Falah, 2) How is the evaluation of the Dirosati learning method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an at TPQ Nurul Falah. The objectives in this program are 1) to describe the implementation of the Dirosati method in improving the ability to read the Quran in TPQ Nurul Falah, 2) to describe the evaluation of the Dirosati learning method in improving the ability to read the Quran in TPQ Nurul Falah. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach (Juridical Empirical) and will be developed by researchers with a case study design, namely analyzing the application of the Dirosati method in developing early reading skills in children at TPQ Nurul Falah Bringin Lawang Jenggawah, as for the type of approach using the Triangulation method (Observation, interviews and documentation). Keywords: Dirosati Method, TPQ Nurul Falah, Reading the Quran Ability, Santri. Abstrak Metode Dirosati merupakan metode yang paling mudah diterapkan kepada anak-anak usia dini. TPQ Nurul Falah adalah salah satu Taman Pendidikan al-Qur’an yang berada di Desa Bringin Lawang, Kecamatan Jenggawah, Kabupaten Jember, yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran Dirosati, dengan menggunakan metode ini TPQ Nurul Falah berkembang pesat sejak tahun 2002 hingga sekarang dengan jumlah santri kurang lebih 500 orang. Fokus penelitian yang diteliti dalam program Kuliah Kerja Nyata dari rumah ini adalah 1) Bagaimana pelaksanaan metode dirosati dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an di TPQ Nurul Falah; 2) Bagaimana evaluasi metode pembelajaran dirosati dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an di TPQ Nurul Falah. Tujuan dalam program ini: 1)untuk mendiskripsikan pelaksanaan metode dirosati dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an di TPQ Nurul Falah, 2)untuk mendiskripsikan evaluasi metode pembelajaran dirosati dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an di TPQ Nurul Falah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif (yuridis empiris) dan akan dikembangkan oleh peneliti dengan desain studi kasus yakni menganalisa penerapan metode Dirosati dalam mengembangkan kemampuan baca sejak dini pada anak di TPQ Nurul Falah Bringin Lawang, Jenggawah, adapun jenis pendekatan dengan metode triangulasi (observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi). This article takes the natural gas hot-dip galvanizing kiln as the research object, designing a set of networked control system based on PROFIBUS, introducing the combustion system design of the natural gas kiln and the general structure of control system, and developing PLC control program and human-computer interface of the upper computer, and realizing network monitoring. It has been found that the stably running system provides powerful tools for product quality control and optimal operation management.

The purpose of the implementation of community service activities is to prepare SMKN 2 Kediri students and millennials to better understand and master the Capital Market. The method of implementation uses the experiential learning method, which is a learning method from experience. The method used is the lecture method, the question and answer method and the simulation method. For simulation method by doing multiple choice questions, crossword simulation (TTS), kotak katik simulation, case debate simulation and stock treading simulation in Indonesia stock exchange using Reliance Securities and MNC Securities. The implementation of Community Service was held on October 1, 2019 until October 14, 2019 for a period of 10 days attended by 22 participants and carried out at the Indonesia Stock Exchange Politeknik Negeri Malang PSDKU Kediri.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pemrograman sistem kendali PLC antara siswa yang diajar dengan metode PBL dengan siswa yang diajar dengan metode demonstrasi, (2) pengaruh interaksi antara metode PBL dan metode demonstrasi dengan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (3) perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara siswa yang diajar dengan metode PBL dengan yang diajar dengan metode demonstrasi ditinjau dari motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain faktorial yang dilakukan dengan memberikan perlakuan metode pembelajaran. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t dan ANAVA dengan program SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajar dengan metode PBL dengan yang diajar dengan metode demonstrasi, (2) tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara metode PBL dan demonstrasi dengan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar, (3) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajar dengan metode PBL dengan yang diajar dengan metode demonstrasi ditinjau dari motivasi tinggi dan rendah. THE EFFECT OF PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING ON THE LEARNING OUTCOMES SEEN FROM MOTIVATION ON THE SUBJECT MATTER OF PLC IN SMKAbstractThis study aimed to determine: (1) the difference in learning outcomes in the subject of PLC control system programming between the students taught using the PBL method and those taught using the demonstration method, (2) the effect of the interaction among the PBL method and demonstration learning method with motivation on the learning outcomes, (3) difference in students’ learning outcomes between the students taught using the PBL method and those taught using the demonstration learning method in terms of motivation to learn. This study was a quasiexperimental study with a factorial design done by giving treatment in learning methods. The techniques of data analysis were T test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) with SPSS 16. The results show that: (1) there is a difference in learning outcomes between the students taught using the PBL method compared to those taught using the demonstration learning method, (2) there is no interactional effect between PBL and demonstration learning methods with motivation on the students’ learning outcome, (3) there is a difference in the learning outcome between students taught using the PBL method and those taught using the demonstration learning method in terms of students with high and low motivation.

The development of technology cannot be separated from the development of science, including the learning method. There is an elective course named Virtual Reality Architecture in Architecture Department of Petra Chrisitan University. This course focuses on the process of learning architecture at the stage of presenting and communicating ideas. The virtual technology used as a learning method includes three types of technology, animation, augmented reality and virtual reality. The three technologies are elaborated as a simulation method. The simplicity of its application can be seen in the support for hardware, software, and special devices used by students in their daily lives. This study aims to test the achievement of goals at the final level of learning. Students who have attended this lecture are then interviewed and observed, in relation to proving whether this simple virtual technology can be a supporter in the learning process in the architecture study program.

In order to improve the sealing quality and reduce the labor intensity of people, the stepping motors have been adopted in the salver mechanical transmission part and sealing part of the original sealing machine. In the paper, salver feeding and control system of sealing machine have been designed. The results have been obtained such as control principle diagram of the control system, equivalent circuit diagram and outer wiring diagram of PLC and PLC control program. It can realize the automatic control of the sealing machine. Improved sealing machine has the characteristic of simple mechanical transmission parts, advanced control system, small human error, low fault rate and easy operation.
