At present, while pursuit the spiritual enjoyment, attention has gradually paid to the tourism and tourism industry has developed very rapidly. But at the same time, the rapid development of the tourism industry also brings the problem of ecological environment protection, which is become increasingly outstanding contradiction. All sectors of the community is generally pay close attention to the tourism environment problems, and regard it as a hot spot for research. However, low-carbon tourism concept, the interaction principle of development of tourism activities and tourism environment protection, need from a holistic perspective to do the evaluation research. This paper based on DPSIR model, introduced low-carbon concept into the development of tourism industry, combined with the basic theory of low-carbon tourism, and constructed the development model of low-carbon tourism industry, combined with the actual tourist attractions for empirical research, to make more favorable exploration on direction and way of tourism to achieve low-carbon sustainable development.

AbstractProcess-based integrated assessment models (IAMs) project long-term transformation pathways in energy and land-use systems under what-if assumptions. IAM evaluation is necessary to improve the models’ usefulness as scientific tools applicable in the complex and contested domain of climate change mitigation. We contribute the first comprehensive synthesis of process-based IAM evaluation research, drawing on a wide range of examples across six different evaluation methods including historical simulations, stylised facts, and model diagnostics. For each evaluation method, we identify progress and milestones to date, and draw out lessons learnt as well as challenges remaining. We find that each evaluation method has distinctive strengths, as well as constraints on its application. We use these insights to propose a systematic evaluation framework combining multiple methods to establish the appropriateness, interpretability, credibility, and relevance of process-based IAMs as useful scientific tools for informing climate policy. We also set out a programme of evaluation research to be mainstreamed both within and outside the IAM community.

With the rapid development of electric power construction , transmission lines and the surrounding geological environment influence each other that has become increasingly serious, however, there is not formed yet a set of complete and more scientific geological environmental evaluation system in transmission lines at present. In this paper, on the basis of using the experience of other industries of geological environmental evaluation research , study and put forward the geological environmental evaluation method specifically for transmission lines. Evaluation system is established for transmission lines in planning period and construction period , and also put forward the corresponding evaluation index. The research conclusion can provides theoretical support and maintenance for transmission lines of the whole life cycle design, and it also provides reference in designing transmission lines plan and preventing, and controlling geological environmental problems of transmission lines for the decision-making department.

Complex welded structures such as bridges are very often designed with the help of FE analysis. However, one should remain cautious when using such an analysis, since the results are mesh sensitive, with especially the mesh density and the element type influencing the results. In addition, these results are in most cases retrieved in hot spot areas with high stress gradients, where the maximum stress even cannot be correctly determined with linear elastic finite element analysis. For that reason, a stress evaluation method is required to obtain relevant stress levels that can be directly related to fatigue detailing. The most complete set of stress evaluation recommendations is given in the Recommendations for Fatigue Design of Welded Joints and Components from the International Institute of Welding. Nevertheless, several authors have recently commented on the difficulties regarding the application of these methods for the rib to floorbeam welds in orthotropic bridge decks. This paper provides findings for this type of connections based on both shell and solid model analysis and relates these findings to work from other authors.

An index evaluation method is discussed in this paper. It can also serve as the basis of a procedure to locate all the zeros of a vector function. An application of the procedure is made to a strongly nonlinear point-mapping dynamical system in order to locate all the periodic solutions of period one and period two, 41 in total number.

There exist many dangerous and harmful factors in by-product steel gas power generation process and which easily caused casualties and the pollution of the environment. The study on risk analysis and evaluation are still relatively dearth about the by-product gas generating process of domestic steel enterprises. The boiler system on a Combined Cycle Power Plant was analyzed and evaluation by Dow chemical fires and explosive hazard index evaluation method and the method of fault tree analysis, which combined with the actual situation of steel plant Combined Cycle Power Plant. The results show that the fire and explosion hazard of gas boiler is very dangerous, but the hazard levels are reduced to lower level after safety compensatory measures, so the safety of the device is reliable, and immediately pay is the main reason leading to the explosion of the boiler. According to the analysis some feasible measures was put forward. The study has positive guiding significance for risk management and safety administration decision of the Combined Cycle Power Plant.

Abstract Objective: The Carney Complex (CNC) is a multiple endocrine and non endocrine neoplasia, mostly due to PRKAR1A mutations. The PRKAR1A mutation c.709(-7-2)del located in the intron 7 is one of the three known hot spot. The objective of this study is to described the CNC manifestations presented by patients harboring the c.709(-7-2)del. Methods: This study is a multicenter retrospective longitudinal study. Patients data have been collected from medical files. Multicenter retrospective study. Age at the diagnosis or at the screening of the different CNC manifestations is described by mean +/- standard deviation or median (interquartile) according to the distribution. Results: 41 patients [14 index cases and 37 relatives, 29 females, 43.6 ±14.3 years old (yo)] from 15 families have been included. 58% of the cohort including the 14 index cases presented with a primary pigmented adrenal disease (PPNAD) at 24-yo (18-40). For the remaining 17 patients, only 3 patients had normal glucocorticoid biological evaluation while others presented with subclinical hypercortisolism diagnosed at 35-yo (22-50). 7% of the cohort had an abnormal IGF1 and/or GH after oral glucose tolerance test while other patients had normal evaluation with a last test performed at 41 ±15yo. 22% of patients presented with lentigines diagnosed at 43yo (24-51) while others had no dermatological lesions at the last examination performed at 37 ±14yo. 13% of patients had thyroid nodules or papillary carcinoma diagnosed at 46 ±15yo (normal ultrasound for others at 37 ±15yo). At the last cardiac ultrasound, pituitary magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), spine MRI, testicular ultrasound, mammography performed at 40±15yo, 37.9±14.3yo, 46±12yo, 35±13yo and 48±12yo, no patient had cardiac myxoma, pituitary adenoma, schwannoma, testicular calcifying tumor or breast myxoma. Overall, 52% of the relatives did not have any manifestations of the disease. Penetrance of the disease is 65%. Conclusion: The phenotype of patients carrying the c.709(-7-2)del PRKAR1A mutation is restricted to PPNAD, lentigines, fluctuating somatotroph anomalies and thyroid tumors. Follow-up of these patients should also be individualized from other CNC patients. Imaging, especially repeated cardiac ultrasound may not be needed to follow these patients The results of this real life study will be useful to elaborate further recommendation for follow-up of CNC patients.

The Internet, World Wide Web (WWW) and e-learning are contributing to new forms of teaching and learning. Such environments should be designed and evaluated in effective ways, considering both usability- and pedagogical issues. The selection of usability evaluation methods (UEMs) is influenced by the cost of a methods and its effectiveness in addressing users’ issues. The issue of usability is vital in e-learning, where students cannot begin to learn unless they can first use the application. Heuristic evaluation (HE) remains the most widely-used usability evaluation method. This paper describes meta-evaluation research that investigated an HE of a web-based learning (WBL) application. The evaluations were based on a synthesised framework of criteria, related to usability and learning within WBL environments. HE was found to be effective in terms of the number and nature of problems identified in the target application by a complementary team of experienced experts. The findings correspond closely with those of a survey among learners.
