With the popularity and development of the network, page layout and style become increasingly complex. The traditional web production technology has been unable to meet the needs of large e-commerce sites, so multimedia-based virtual web authoring technology become the mainstream of web design. This paper first analyzes the particularity of e-commerce web design and introduces key technologies of multimedia virtual. Then a well-established development process, namely content analysis, structural design, program design, performance design, is used to design the e-commerce website. Finally, the development process is well verified in practice.

This research is aimed at developing a document content analysis method to be applied in studies of standardization and technology development. The proposed method integrates two theoretical frameworks: the co-evolutionary technology development framework and the “D-N-S” (Design, Negotiation, Sense-making) framework for anticipatory standardizing. At the backdrop of complex and diversified landscape of science and R&D efforts in the technology domain, and the repeated criticism of the weak link between R&D initiatives and standardization, it is argued that the method offered in this work helps to better understand the internal dynamics of the technology development process at the early stage of standardization or pre-standardization, which, in turn, can help mobilize and direct the R&D initiatives. To demonstrate the practical usefulness of the proposed method, this paper conducts a content analysis of the research contributions presented in the COST Action IC0905 “Techno-Economic Regulatory Framework for Radio Spectrum Access for Cognitive Radio/ Software Defined Radio” (COST-TERRA).

The paper describes a method of incorporating knowledge and data of the production process into a concept design model in a way which provides a flexible and powerful structural design tool. Interactive graphics is shown to be a useful design aid when defining geometry and scantlings particularly when combined with a database of information on standardization, build methods and production technology. An effective method of assessing work content is presented in which man-hours are assessed for each phase in the construction process, that is, preparation, fabrication and erection. The total build cost, including labor, material and overhead, is used as the criterion in a series of studies which demonstrate the application of the method to concept design and which show the sensitivity of total cost to changes in various parameters of design and production.

This paper outlines the development process of the centrifugal compressor of the Nissan vehicular gas turbine YTP12 The compressor should provide a solid performance as a component of a vehicular prime mover. As we have managed to achieve the design performance by modifying the components of the compressor within the limited sphere permitted by the dimensions of a given engine, this paper will cover the key processes of improvement, as well as some additional information which may be applicable to future compressor designs.

A total of 52 schools participated in the experimental implementation phase of the project P.A.T.H.S. (Positive Adolescent Training through Holistic Social Programmes). After completion of the Tier 1 Program (Secondary 1 level), 344 teachers and social workers responded to the Subjective Outcome Evaluation Form (Form B), assessing their views of the program and their own performance. Qualitative data analyses based on the schools' evaluation reports showed that the program implementers had enhanced knowledge and skills, learned to establish instructor-student relationships and cooperate with colleagues, and fostered self-development. The workers also appreciated the program philosophy and values, program design and resources, process of implementation, interaction between instructors and students, and program effectiveness. The findings also revealed that the workers encountered difficulties in the program implementation and they also made suggestions on how the program design, program arrangement, manpower deployment, and support for the program implementation could be improved.

With the rapid development of society and computer technology, the combination of mathematics with computer technology is playing an increasingly important role in each field of society. In this paper, we mainly discusses the important role of MATLAB software in mathematical modeling, so as to raise the understanding of MATLAB and the efficiency of mathematical modeling with MATLAB software, and then improve the ability to solve practical problems. This paper explains the general process of mathematical modeling, studies the function and characteristic of MATLAB and its application in mathematical modeling. There are analysis of the key technologies and solutions required in the development process. Practice has proved that the MATLAB mathematical modeling can be used to improve the efficiency and quality of mathematical modeling, enriching the ways and means of mathematical modeling, and has great effect on the teaching of mathematical modeling course.

Layer-elastic, finite-element computer programs are available for performance-based structural design and analysis of railway trackbeds. This paper utilizes the KENTRACK design program. It is possible to consider the fatigue lives of the various layers relative to the imposed wheel loads, tonnages, environmental conditions and other factors. The service lives of the individual components of the trackbed are predicted by damage analysis for various combinations of traffic loadings, accumulated tonnages, subgrade support, and component layer properties and thicknesses. The results are presented graphically. The latest version, KENTRACK 3.0, is utilized. It is coded in C#.NET a popular computer language for achieving accuracy and efficiency. The graphical user interface in the KENTRACK 3.0 provides a technique to analyze trackbeds as structures. It is possible with KENTRACK 3.0 to select individual trackbed layers and associated thicknesses to satisfy roadbed and trackbed performance requirements. In addition, it is possible to performance-rank different track sectional designs based on the relative importance of the particular track section and track type. The types of roadbed and trackbed configurations are selected to meet each of the various performance ranks.

Due to the special nature of the fire at subway station, the traditional fire simulation and fire drills are difficult to carry out. It is difficult to obtain accurate data of fire, and emergency program design is also difficult to achieve the greatest degree of optimization. This paper discusses the advantage of virtual roaming technology, builds the model of subway station by 3Dmax. By webmax virtual roaming we can build the virtual tour system of subway station fire emergency, which provides the user with a fire simulation environment of metro station. At the same time, we also introduce the corresponding key technologies and the overall program system which we have designed. More methods for optimizing the fire emergency plan also have been provided.
