This paper, based on a comprehensive consideration of features of the selection of service outsourcing suppliers, proposes the criteria for evaluating suppliers of service outsourcing by combining the traditional evaluation index system, and the criteria are determined as technical capability, responsiveness, quality, value-adding ability and cultural cooperation. In this paper, method of multi-criteria decision making, based on intuitionistic language fuzzy entropy, is adopted to evaluate and select suppliers of service outsourcing, and the scientific and feasible nature of this decision-making process is then verified through empirical studies. It is necessary to further enrich and improve the index system and methods of supplier selection in the future according to features of companies from different industries and with different background.

It’s important to make the suitable energy alternatives with the comprehensive technical and economic indicators for energy-saving, emissions reduction and energy comprehensive utilization under the condition of the optimal comprehensive technology and economy index. A new fuzzy multi-attribute decision making method based on expectation is proposed to construct optimal evaluation index system for electric energy alternatives in the case that the weight information is completely unknown or only partially available. The quantitative analysis of attribute value is carried out, and the weight of each layer in the index system is determined by weighting and comparing with each other. Then, the optimization of power alternatives is achieved. The simulation results prove that the proposed method can not only make full use of the objective fuzzy information, but also achieve the interests of all parties with the advantages of practicability, efficiency and easy operation.

The development of e-commerce has had a significant influence on the index system, methods and process of supplier selection for companies. By considering comprehensively the features of supplier selection in the e-commerce environment as well as the traditional index system, the indices for supplier selection can be determined as supplier flexibility, supplier credit, product quality, informatization degree and supply ability.Based on intuitionistic language aggregation operators, the intuitionistic language sets are applied for selecting and evaluating suppliers, and the scientific nature of this decision-making process of selection of suppliers is then verified through empirical studies. It is necessary to further enrich and improve the index system and methods of supplier selection in the future according to features of companies from different industries and with different background.

According to China’s economic green ecological sustainability development requirement, the energy reform of China is mainly increasing the proportion of renewable energy, and reducing the proportion of fossil energy. It will continue to force China’s thermal power units, especially coal-fired thermal power units, to carry out the flexibility transformation and upgrading of deep peak shaving ability. Due to the different characteristics of coal-fired thermal power units, it is necessary to make flexible transformation decisions by a scientific and reasonable decision-making evaluation method, so as to provide references for the one machine-one policy flexibility transformation of thermal power units. In this paper, a decision-making evaluation index system for the flexibility transformation of coal-fired thermal power units under the demand of deep peak shaving is established. The index system considers the impact of deep peak shaving on the boilers, steam turbines, and auxiliary equipment of coal-fired thermal power units, as well as the effects of the peak shaving. A hybrid evaluation method combined set-valued iteration and GRA-TOPSIS is employed to obtain the weight of the indexes. Finally, an empirical research was conducted based on the index system and the hybrid evaluation method and targeted “one machine, one policy” recommendations were put forward for the flexibility transformation of the coal-fired thermal power units.

Effectiveness evaluations are one of the important ways to guide grid investment and to improve investment efficiency. Improving the effectiveness of grid investment evaluations is studied based on the optimization of the investment evaluation index system and the utility evaluation model. The index system is optimized by establishing an evaluation index system of grid investment effectiveness, considering the redundancy between the indices, and constructing an ISM-DEA model. The utility function model was introduced to fully consider the different risk appetites of decision-makers, and a utility evaluation model that takes risk appetite into account was established. An improved weight integration model based on multiobjective optimization was established by considering the minimum deviation and the trend-optimal objective function when setting the index weights. The calculation results show that the feasibility of the index system optimization model and utility evaluation model constructed in this study is verified under the premise of satisfying the assumptions. By adjusting the risk preference coefficient of decision-makers, the dynamic optimization of the grid investment utility evaluation results can be realized.

According to the physical and chemical indexes of different periods, different storage containers and different storage sites, a two overall T test was used to show that there were significant differences in physical and chemical indexes of liquor body in different detection sites. Correlation analysis of wine storage in different storage methods by Spearman correlation coefficient. By using the principal component analysis method, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the quality of the wine body was constructed, and the classification model of the detection location based on the comprehensive evaluation was established by using the index system. The detection sites were classified, and the results showed that the detection sites were divided into four grades.

Efforts to develop evaluation of networking emergency have been hampered by many obstacles. With the observation of network users’ browsing actions, the implicit feedback of the online people can be obtained based on the Web information. With the analysis of the formation of network emergency and users’ Web browsing actions, the users’ feedback information can be gotten. Based on the classification and summary of the feedback, the monitoring and evaluation index system of network emergency is set up. Furthermore, the structural model of variables effect network emergency for the emergency evaluation is established, and the empirical method for monitoring and evaluation network emergency is put forward. Empirical analysis shows that the index system and the model are reasonable. The work is of important meaning to the realization of monitoring online public security management and network emergency early warning.

Based on four categories of indexes including intensity indexes, system indexes, supporting indexes and characteristic indexes, this paper combines with actual characteristics of Chinese ports, discusses about and builds a green and low-carbon port evaluation index system, and puts forward a set of simple and practical evaluation methods and standards. With case study of Guangzhou Port, this paper also conducts empirical evaluation of current development level in 2013 and planning level in 2020 respectively, and verifies scientific validity of the index system.
