For this, this paper takes agricultural engineering information system as the object, analyzes the agricultural engineering information system by SWOT analysis method. Then proposed the countermeasure of establish agricultural engineering information system operation mechanism.

The paper will study on the reality of the policies for development for technology and science information system in the world, the necessary discussion before the development of S&T. The author had in-depth assessment of the macroeconomic policy-oriented goals for the development of S&T information in the maritime sector and the development of Vietnamese science and technology information sources. A number of typical policies have been analyzed in the direction of practical application in the situation that Vietnam has been actively integrating with the world. Orientations for development of science and technology, maritime training and coaching to 2025 and a vision to 2030 with the case study of Vietnam Maritime University.  The article conducted researches, surveys, and interviews on the demand trend of S&T information use of information users and managers in the maritime field in the near future through the questionnaire system. From that, the paper proposed a policy framework to develop the S&T information system in Vietnam's maritime sector and analyze the advantages and disadvantages compared to the current policies. The author conducted a SWOT analysis to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the Maritime Science and Technology Information System. Proposal to supplement new policies and complete amendments to existing ones and assess the possible impacts when applying policies in practice. The article confirms the important role of the proposed policies in the context and the practical situation contributing to the successful implementation of the national maritime strategy.

The magnitude of tourism potential and diversity of tourism in Pesisir Barat District, making the attraction for tourists in Pesisir Barat District. It is needed a tourism planning in the mapping of marine ecotourism area in Pesisir Barat District, beauty of nature, and the interest of foreign tourists are not hindered by the attributes - ecotourism attributes that are inadequate for the purpose of the prosperity that has a big impact for the province and the country. The purpose of this research is to design the zoning of marine ecotourism area in Pesisir Barat regency. The method used is Community Based Analysis Method and SWOT Analysis based on Geographic Information System. Based on the analysis, this regency has 30 areas that have the potential to be developed. It can be concluded that special attention is needed from the government in arranging space and territory in natural resources owned by Pesisir Barat regency.

By means of information to improve the quality of farmers, it is not only an important part of constructing the modern agriculture, but also the basic premise and guarantee to cultivate the new occupation farmers and to construct new countryside. In this paper, we analysis the significance on agricultural information to promote the occupation farmers cultivation engineering, and we use SWOT analysis method, analysis the construction of current agricultural informations strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threatens, putting forward the suggestion that make the agricultural information as the carrier, and develop the construction of occupation farmers, it is namely promoting agricultural information resources integrating and sharing, innovating rural grass-roots information service mode, constructing rural education information service platform which is regard knowledge push as construction of core and basing on cloud computing environment of agricultural information education system.

Computer Laboratory Equipment that runs on PPM Al Hasyimiyah Cilegon City uses manual starting from recording incoming goods and goods, recording outgoing goods inventory, checking goods, to producing inventory reports. To help with this problem, a computer laboratory equipment inventory information system is needed, the SWOT analysis method, sublime text software, uml using the visual paradigm, MySQL as a database which will make it easier for the admin to record goods data, incoming goods inventory, outgoing goods inventory, checking goods and make a report.

Abstrak. Desa Trusmi merupakan sentra batik sekaligus kuliner di Kabupaten Cirebon. Banyaknya pemegang usaha di bidang produksi batik mengakibatkan persaingan dagang diwilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats)  di salah satu usaha batik milik H. Edi Baredi atau sering dikenal dengan EB Batik Tradisional melalui inkuri terbimbing. Analisis meliputi profil usaha, aspek produksi, aspek tenaga kerja, aspek pemasaran dan aspek keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskripstif analisis. Berdasarkan analisis internal dan eksternal analisis SWOT, strategi yang  dilakukan oleh EB Batik Tradisional yaitu menghindari kehilangan penjualan dan profit yang disebabkan banyaknya persaingan dagang di kawasan sentra batik Trusmi dengan munculnya inovasi baru. Penguatan karakter pada produksi batiknya dapat mengatasi pesaingan dagang dan menambah daya tarik pembeli. Kata Kunci: SWOT, Inkuiri Terbimbing, dan Kegiatan Ekonomi Abstract. Trusmi village is a center of batik as well as culinary in Cirebon Regency. A large number of business holders in the field of batik production has resulted in trade competition in the region. This study aims to analyze SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) in one of the batik business owned by H. Edi Baredi or often known as EB Traditional Batik through guided injury. The analysis includes the business profile, production aspects, labor aspects, marketing aspects, and financial aspects. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. Based on internal and external analysis of the SWOT analysis, the strategy carried out by EB Traditional Batik is to avoid losing sales and profits due to the high level of trade competition in the Trusmi batik center area with the emergence of innovations. Strengthening the character of batik production can overcome trade competition and increase the attractiveness of buyers. Keywords: SWOT, Guided Inquiry, and Economic Activities

Management of engineering activities based on information systems is expected to increase Engineer’s perfomances in executing the daily tasks. The software of such management information system should be built on the platform which is easy to use and adaptable to the dynamics of engineering activity management in the future. Software engineering, consisting of analysis, design and implementation, was carried out to realize a prototype which is ready to be applied in the further development stages. On the basis of defining the concept of rural highway project performance, the necessity of the project performance evaluation of rural highway is analyzed. According to the theories of government's public function, fiduciary responsibilities accountability and public finance, the relation between rural highway and public finance are made researches on. Furthermore,with the application of the demand level theory of Maslow, the interrelationship among objects of the rural highway project performance evaluation is made an analysis of, and on top of that, combined with SWOT analysis method, the demand and goal of rural highway project performance evaluation are put forward.
