The enterprises when the designer worked with CATIA. In order to improve the efficiency, the research took the shaft parts as the research object to realize the secondary development of CATIA V5R18. The development platform of Shafting parts was set up through the embedded component development environment of CATIA CAA RADE and CAA API and was based on the development platform of VC++. At the end, this paper took the typical parts as examples to introduce the method of system operation. The test results show that this system could realize the rapid design and enhance the design efficiency, and it could provide the experience for the deeper development of CATIA.

A parametric design system of axial piston pump was built, based on secondary development of Pro/Engineer, in Visual C++ 6.0 development environment, which can improve design efficiency. Taking a piston of axial piston pump as an example, contents and method of parametric design of axial piston pump were expounded.

This paper builds the design platform for the shield hydraulic support with variable parameters.The platform characterizes the following aspects: support’s mechanical modeling, the whole and parts designing,strength checking. With the aid of VC++ software development environment, the mechanical model with variable parameters is set up and the support design is carried on,including design and check of the whole support and its components,such as top beam,shielding beam,the baseboard and so on. The development of this software could shorten the research and development periods of supports with similar structures and provide the research and development platform for the support design.

Lead-acid battery retreading system is used to improve the discharge performance of lead-acid batteries. And in the system there are too many electrical parameters, such as electric current, voltage and so on, have to been set up. So HMI design plays a significant role in the whole system. This paper offers a method of using DWIN DGUS screen to finish the HMI design of lead-acid battery retreading system. And it introduces the DWIN_V4.9 and OS secondary development platform in detail. Then it describes how to use these two tools to achieve basic functions, such as touching and passwords landing. After applying the HMI design to the system, switching interfaces, using passwords, inputting parameters and other operations all have been achieved successfully.

In order to improve the efficiency of measurement, total station data extraction and transmission system based on AutoCAD is designed and implemented by the secondary development of AutoCAD software in the paper. The system is composed by communication module, data conversion module, point-plotting module. The system connects with the total station and collects automatically data to extract useful data form initial data, then automatically calculates and stores the coordinates, taking Visual Basic.NET as the development platform to realize AutoCAD-based plotting and mapping. Test results show the system realizes the integration of internal and field operation and can reduce the workload of manual editing and error rate, so as to improve the efficiency of internal operation for measurement.

In this paper, the actual operation of the superconducting motor and electrical parameters, a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing quench detection method. After that I proposed an innovative detection method - voltage phase difference detection. On this basis, the design phase detection method based on the voltage difference quench detection and protection systems, based on stand-alone test and NI development platform test results, we verify its feasibility of the voltage phase difference detection method, and great superiority.

According to the business characteristics and technical requirements of heavy military vehicles digital collaborative development, the paper proposes the dynamic federal collaborative development method for heavy military vehicles. To realize the method, the key is constructing the three-tier dynamic federal collaborative development environment. So the paper focuses on the research of the business, function and technical architecture of dynamic federal collaborative development environment. Applying the Web Service-Based cross-system collaborative flow controlling method and developing the integrated middleware, the three-tier federal collaborative environment realizes tightly integration. Finally, the application demonstration of a type-product inter-enterprise collaborative development based on the developed digital collaborative development platform verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.

Abstract Estimates for roll damping are important input parameters for simulation studies on vessels operating at sea, e.g. FPSO mooring in waves, wind and current, workability and operability investigations, Dynamic Position studies, ship-to-ship operations and safety studies of vessels. To accurately predict the motions of vessels this quantity should be determined with confidence in the values. Traditionally, model experiments in water basins using so-called decay tests are carried out to determine the roll damping. With recent advancements in CFD modelling, the offshore industry has started using CFD as an alternative tool to compute the roll damping of FPSO’s. In order to help adopt CFD as a widely accepted tool, there is a need to develop confidence in CFD predictions. Therefore, a practical CFD modelling practice is developed within the Reproducible CFD JIP for roll decay CFD simulations. The Modelling Practice describes the geometry modelling, computational mesh, model set-up and post-processing for these type of CFD calculations. This modelling practice is verified and validated by three independent verifiers against available model test data. This paper provides an overview of the developed modelling practice and the calculated CFD results from the verifiers. The CFD modelling practice is benchmarked against available model test results for a tanker-shaped FPSO. By following this modelling practice, the CFD predictions for the equivalent linear damping coefficient and natural period of the roll motions are within 10% for all verifiers and within 10% from the model test results. Therefore, we conclude that when following the developed modelling practice for roll decay simulations, reliable, accurate and reproducible results can be obtained for the roll damping of tanker-shaped FPSOs.

Accelerating dewatering of fluid fine tailings (FFT) to facilitate land reclamation is a major challenge to the oil sands industry in Canada. A new method was tested, addition of Tubifex to FFT. Tubifex is an indigenous earthworm in Canada. The survival rate tests showed that Tubifex can survive in oil sands tailings and penetrate to 42 cm depth (maximum depth tested). Columns (5 L of FFT) were set-up with tailings alone, Tubifex treated tailings and polymer-Tubifex treated tailings. Test results showed that (a) the final mud–water interface of tailings alone was 26% higher than that of Tubifex treated tailings; (b) solids content of Tubifex treated tailings was 21% more than that of tailings alone; (c) Tubifex was capable to accelerate the dewatering process of both cationic and anionic polymer treated tailings; (d) anionic polymer was superior in facilitating long-term dewatering and its coupled effects with Tubifex were better than the cationic polymer.

Its essence is the pursuit of truth, good and beautiful as the core values and ideals, people's healthy development as the ultimate goal. This paper discusses basic mode ,the basic framework of the multimedia sports humanistic information system, the processing technology, development environment ,tools and methods . Through the analysis program implementation elements and design ideas of multimedia sports humanistic information system, in order to set up multimedia sports humanistic information systems, we proposes a viable framework and models with a theoretical basis and practical value.
