This work reviews the issues of modeling of the operating modes for a blast furnace and identification of areas of unimprovable solutions on a set of indicators of cast iron output, coke consumption, and thermal state. These areas define the boundaries of potential opportunities for achieving high values of quality of the blast-furnace processes on a set of real-life operating modes of a blast furnace. They also indicate the reserves of coke consumption reduction and output enhancement, which might be implemented by optimal choice of a blast furnace operating mode and which enable the reasonable choice of the operating mode of a blast furnace based on the potential opportunities for increasing the output, minimizing coke consumption for the specified coke quality and the specified requirements to the furnace thermal state.

Purpose. Development of the IG model for estimation of influence of variations of parameters of the generator on quality of process of self–excitation at definition of the basic and boundary operating modes and system of initial excitation at invariable parameters of the generator. Result. The article presents studies of the system "asynchronous generator-asynchronous motor" with parametric asymmetry to determine the quality of generated electricity in load modes of operation on a mathematical model. The assessment of the thermal state in steady-state conditions was carried out using an equivalent thermal equivalent circuit. Thermal transients were investigated when starting an asynchronous electric motor from an autonomous power source based on an asynchronous generator. On a thermal mathematical model, a study of the influence of the asymmetry of the output voltage and its deviation from the nominal value on the heating of the connected asynchronous motor was carried out. A regression model has been developed for studying the operating conditions of electricity consumers when powered by an asynchronous generator with an asymmetry of the stator windings. Practical value. The use of the obtained equations will make it possible to determine the most rational combination of factors affecting the heating of the stator windings of asynchronous machines, at which they will not overheat in excess of the maximum permissible temperature values of the corresponding insulation classes. It is noted in the work that when mastering the technology of pulverized coal injection (PUT) at the metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine, it is necessary to intensify work, including research, in the direction of improving the quality characteristics of the sinter, the stability of its chemical composition and strength parameters. The analysis of the quality of iron ore raw materials used in sintering production in Ukraine and foreign countries is carried out. The requirements of international and domestic standards for the quality of raw materials and fuels, providing for the injection of large quantities of firearms into the furnace, are given. A methodology for determining the quality of raw materials developed in the HMI is described. The results of a study of the quality of iron ore raw materials according to the developed method are presented. Based on the analysis of the results of the research, requirements were developed for the quality of granular iron ore wastes and their rational amount in the composition of the sinter charge, and the process for the production of granules was developed. Recommendations have been developed on the use in the sinter mixture of a part of the granular components of secondary waste, which allowed to increase the content of secondary resources in the mixture. As a result, the chemical composition of the sinter was stabilized, its strength was improved, the yield of sinter of the second grade was reduced, the removal of blast furnace dust and coke consumption were reduced. Improving the quality of the sinter and the rational distribution of charge materials over the cross-section of the top of the blast furnace allows for self-renewal of the protective skull, to reduce the removal of top dust by 4.3 kg / t of cast iron, and to reduce coke consumption by 19.6 kg / t of cast iron. The developed measures make it possible to increase the competitiveness of products, even at the additional cost of preparing the sinter mixture for sintering.

The paper presents studies of the system "induction generator-induction motor" with parametric asymmetry on a mathematical model to determine the quality of generated electricity in load operating modes. A mathematical model of the "induction generator-induction motor" system has been developed taking into account losses in steel and parametric asymmetry. The analysis of the transient characteristics of an induction generator when a motor load is connected in symmetrical and asymmetrical modes of operation is carried out. The results of changes in the main characteristics of an induction motor at various degrees of parametric asymmetry in the generator are presented. The quality of the generated electricity was analyzed based on the calculations of the unbalance coefficients for each of the operating modes. The assessment of the thermal state in steady-state conditions was carried out using an equivalent thermal equivalent circuit. Thermal transients were investigated when starting an induction motor from an autonomous energy source based on an induction generator. On a thermal mathematical model, the study of the effect of the output voltage asymmetry on the heating of the connected induction motor was carried out. It is shown that the asymmetry of the output voltage of an induction generator reaches 3–10 % and causes overheating of the windings in excess of the permissible values. A regression model has been developed for studying the operating conditions of an induction motor when powered by an induction generator with an asymmetry of the stator windings. The use of the obtained equations will make it possible to determine the most rational combination of factors affecting the heating of the stator windings of induction machines, in which they will not overheat above the maximum permissible temperature values of the corresponding insulation classes

The criteria of the coordinate measurements quality at pilot-experimental production based on contemporary methods of quality management system and traditional methods of the measurements quality in Metrology are considered. As an additional criterion for quality of measurements, their duration is proposed. Analyzing the problem of assessing the quality of measurements, the authors pay particular attention to the role of technological heredity in the analysis of the sources of uncertainty of coordinate measurements, including not only the process of manufacturing the part, but all stages of the development of design and technological documentation. Along with such criteria as the degree of confidence in the results of measurements; the accuracy, convergence, reproducibility and speed of the results must take into account the correctness of technical specification, and such characteristics of the shape of the geometric elements to be controlled, such as flatness, roundness, cylindrical. It is noted that one of the main methods to reduce the uncertainty of coordinate measurements is to reduce the uncertainty in the initial data and measurement conditions, as well as to increase the stability of the tasks due to the reasonable choice of the basic geometric elements (measuring bases) of the part. A prerequisite for obtaining reliable quality indicators is a quantitative assessment of the conditions and organization of the measurement process. To plan and normalize the time of measurements, the authors propose to use analytical formulas, on the basis of which it is possible to perform quantitative analysis and optimization of quality indicators, including the speed of measurements.

Investigation of failures is one of the critical activities of mining and haulage equipment operability assurance in mining. Maintaining failure investigation at the required quality level, it is possible to identify provisions, rules and procedures that should be revised or changed, operation conditions that should be improved, additional personnel training, if required, etc. Investigation of failures in mines is under responsibility of machine men and electricians of maintenance and operation services. In reality, factory management and setup for production condition weak concernment of these workers in quality investigation aimed at finding of sources of equipment failures. This article describes real-life results achieved in development and use of maintenance service operation, technology and management monitoring. The requirements are substantiated for quality improvement in failure cause finding and removal in mining and haulage equipment at Chernogorsky open pit mine, SUEK-Khakassia. Causes of the present quality of failure investigation by machine men of Chernogorsky Repair and Engineering Works and Chernogorsky open pit mine are revealed. The proposed recommended practices will improve quality of mining and haulage equipment failure investigation.

The article discusses a non-standard view of the formation of human capital for work in organizations of the agricultural sector of the economy, in the context of modern socio-economic transformations. In the classical sense, human capital for agriculture should be formed and developed in rural areas. But in real life, this is not always the case, because there are many factors that prevent the classical solution of this problem. First, the demographic factor affects, second, social and household factors, and third, in many rural areas there are no working agricultural organizations where qualified agricultural specialists can work. All these and other circumstances actualize the problem of the quality of human capital in rural areas in relation to the development of agricultural production.
