This research aims to; 1) comparing the Problem Based Learning model with the direct learning model from the perspective of students' mathematical reasoning abilities. 2). Look at the interaction of effects between learning models and gender on students' mathematical reasoning abilities. The design of this study used a 2 x 2 factorial design. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique by first conducting a class equality test. Data was collected using a test technique in the form of a question matter. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA. The analysis shows that; 1). The problem-based learning model of learning is better than the direct learning model in terms of students 'mathematical punishment abilities, 2. There was no interaction between the learning models used with the gender on the students' mathematical punishment abilities of students. Both male and female students requested compilation to be taught by applying the problem-based learning model to the direct learning model. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) membandingkan model Problem Based Learning dengan model pembelajaran langsung dalam perspektif kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. 2). Melihat interaksi efek antara model pembelajaran dan gender terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan desain factorial 2 x 2. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simpel random sampling dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan uji kesetaraan kelas. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik tes dengan bentuk soal uraian. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa; 1). Model pembelajaran problem based learning lebih baik dibandingkan model pembelajaran lansung dalam hal kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa, 2. Tidak terdapat efek interaksi antara model pembelajaran yang digunakan dengan gender terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Baik siswa laki-laki maupun siswa perempuan sama baiknya ketika dibelajarkan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning dari pada model pembelajaran lansung. This research aims to analyze the difference effectiveness of learning model Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) and model learning problem based learning (PBL) to students' mathematical reasoning skills. The design of this research is quasi experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study is the students of grade VIII SMPN 1 Watubangga 2015/2016 year that studying about building a flat side space. The data of mathematical reasoning skills is obtained by using the instrument in the form of mathematical reasoning test. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, F test with t test (paired-samples t test and independent-samples t test), at α = 0,05 . Based on the result of analysis of research data obtained that: 1). Student's mathematical reasoning skills before being taught with RME, PBL, and Direct learning models are in the less category after being given learning with the learning model RME, PBL and Direct students' mathematical reasoning skills are in sufficient category. Increased students' mathematical reasoning skills are in the medium category; 2). There is an improvement in students' mathematical reasoning skills after being taught with RME, PBL and Direct learning models; 3). The mathematical reasoning skills of students taught using the RME learning model were not significantly different from those taught by the PBL learning model; 4). There is a difference in the effectiveness of the learning model on improving students' mathematical reasoning skills, which is taught using a learning model RME more effective than students taught by direct learning model; 5). The students' mathematical reasoning skills are taught using the PBL learning model more effective than students taught by direct learning model; 6). Student activity during learning process using RME learning model and PBL learning models, indicating that students are very active.

One effort that can be done by teachers to improve the competence of students was to develop of Student Worksheet (LKPD). LKPD was said to be qualified if it has valid criteria. Valid means the developed product can be used to measure what should be measured. Validity of LKPD was assessed by experts in the field. The purpose of this study was to determine the validity of LKPD experimentphysics oriented by problem based learning models be used tools practicum based on digital technology. The methode of this study was descrptive methode. The research instrument used was validation sheet in the form of assessment questionnaire. Analysis of data used descriptive analysis. The validation result was obtained LKPD physics experiment oriented Problem Based Learning model with tools of practicum based on digital technology was valid criteria.

The low learning outcomes of mathematics are not appropriate thought of learning models in the classroom. Therefore, the NHT and TPS learning models can be applied to improve the learning of outcomes of the student. This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes using the NHT learning model with the TPS learning model. The sampling technique is used as a random sampling cluster with 2 groups of experiments for the first experimental group  (classroom view of TPS model) and the second experimental group (classes of NHT modeling). The instrument of this research uses the test of mathematics learning result. The hypothesis test is used  T-Test. The conclusion of research that are differences in the outcomes of the two learning models (NHT and TPS) on learning outcomes, based on the marginal mean of the TPS learning model is better learning outcomes than the NHT learning model.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of problem-based learning to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Basic Competencies for Maintaining Brake Systems at SMK Negeri 2 Kupang. This study used a 2x2 factorial research design with experimental methods with a quantitative approach, consisting of two classes: the experimental and control classes. The control class is taught using a direct learning model, and the experimental class is taught using a problem-based learning model. The research sample was 70 students, 36 students from TKR 2 class (experiment class), and 34 students from class XI TKR 3 (control class). The instrument used consisted of a questionnaire of analytical skills, a test of learning outcomes in the cognitive domain, affective domain, and psychomotor domain. This study's results indicate that (1) student learning outcomes using problem-based learning models are significantly higher than learning outcomes for students who use the direct learning model; (2)  the learning outcomes of students who have high analytical skills are significantly higher than the learning outcomes of students who have low analytical skills; and (3) there is an interaction between the use of problem-based learning models and direct learning models on learning outcomes in the basic competency subject of the brake system at SMKN 2 Kupang.

This study aims to determine the level of creativity of students who are taught using problem based learning models and students who are taught using direct learning models. To find out the learning outcomes of students who have a high level of creativity and creativity level of creativity is low. The method used in this study is Quasi Experimental. The design used is a 2x2 factorial design, because this design can be used to see student learning outcomes before administering treatments and after giving treatments. The results of the study found: (1) the level of creativity of students who study using a learning model based on higher learning outcomes compared to students who learn with the direct learning model; (2) student learning outcomes with a high level of creativity, significantly higher than students who have low levels of creativity; and (3) there is an interaction between the use of learning models and the level of creativity on student learning outcomes. This study concludes that: (1) problem based learning models can improve student creativity; (2) students who have a high level of creativity, higher learning outcomes than students who have low levels of creativity; and (3) there is an interaction between the use of learning models and the level of creativity on student learning outcomes.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa antara model discovery learning dan jigsaw. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu. Tempat penelitian diaksanakan di SMP Negeri 18 Kota Bengkulu. Populasi pada penelitian seluruh siswa kelas VII. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara acak sederhana yaitu kelas VII.1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model discovery learning, kelas VII.5 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw, dan kelas VII.3 sebagai kelas kontrol, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kelas eksperimen 1 memperoleh nilai rata-rata tes akhir (post-test) kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yaitu 12,13, nilai rata-rata eksperimen 2 yaitu 11,45, dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yaitu 9,26. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji anava satu jalur, dengan signifikan 0,05 diperoleh 𝐹ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 = 𝐹𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 = 0,34, maka H0 ditolak. Artinya ada perbedaan signifikan rata-rata kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada kelas eksperimen 1, kelas eksperimen 2, dan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan uji beda nyata (BNT) menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran yang memberikan hasil penalaran matematis yang berbeda adalah model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan konvensional, dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan konvensional. Sedangkan pembelajaran dengan model discovery learning dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw tidak memberikan hasil kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yang berbeda. Model discovery learning dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw memberikan hasil lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan model konvensional.Kata kunci: kemampuan penalaran matematis, model discovery learning, model Jigsaw AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine students' mathematical reasoning abilities with discovery learning models and jigsaw type cooperative learning models. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Negeri 18 Bengkulu City in the   academic year 2019/2020. The sample of this study was selected by simple random sampling, namely class VII.1 as experimental class 1 using the discovery learning models, class VII.5 as experimental class 2 using the jigsaw type cooperative learning models, and class VII.3 as control class using conventional learning models. Data were collected by means of tests of students' mathematical reasoning abilities. Based on the results of the one-way ANOVA test, there are significant differences in students' mathematical reasoning abilities in the experimental class 1, experiment class 2 and the control class. The results          of the real difference test (BNT) show that learning that gives different results is the discovery learning models with conventional learning models, and the jigsaw type cooperative learning model with conventional learning models. Meanwhile, learning with discovery learning models and jigsaw type cooperative learning models does not give different results for students' mathematical reasoning abilities. This research is a quasi experimental. This research was designed using a factorial design experiment. The study population was all students of class XI IPA at SMAN 1 Darma in the 2014/2015 school year as much as 5 classes. Sampling by using cluster random sampling technique. The research sample of grade XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 3 as an experimental class and XI IPA 2 as the control class. The collection of data with the test description, method of observation (assessment of performance capability of reasoning, observation sheets PBL, and self assessment) and documentation. Test the hypothesis by using parametric statistical tests in this case to test the hypothesis using the t test improvement was obtained p <0.05 is 0.044 <0.05, which means there is increasing students' reasoning skills and two-way ANOVA test to determine the application of PBL models include: (1 ) There are differences in reasoning abilities of students who apply models that do not apply the PBL and PBL models (p <0,05; 0,000 <0,05). (2) There is no difference in reasoning abilities of students based on academic ability (p> 0,05; 0,203> 0,05). (3) There is no interaction between the model PBL and academic skills with reasoning (p> 0,05; 0,981> 0,05).

<p>The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of learning models to student achievement. Learning models compared between NHT-CTL, NHT and direct instruction. Method of research used quasi experimental with the factorial design of 3x1. Population of this research was all students class VIII in SMP Negeri at Madiun City. The sampling technique using a stratified cluster random sampling. Samples in this research were 266 students with 91 students as experimental class I, 88 students as experimental class II and 87 students as control class. Data collection methods used documentation and test.Hypothesis testing was performed using one-way analysis of variance with unequal cells. Based on the results of hypothesis testwere concluded that NHT-CTL learning model gave better achievement than NHT learning model and direct instruction, while NHT learning model and direct instruction gave the same achievement. </p>

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika merupakan salah satu tujuan pendidikan nasional di Indonesia, tetapi pencapaiannya masih tergolong rendah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian posstest-only. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purpose sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 peserta didik yang terbagi dalam dua kelas (30 kelas eksperimen dan 30 kelas kontrol). Penelitian ini dilakukan di sekolah SMP N 10 Bekasi dan SMP N 26 Bekasi. Kelas eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran teamdengan strategi pembelajaran tugas dan paksa, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran . Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji beda rata-rata sampel bebas. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa rata-rata nilai peserta didik yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran team assisted individualization dengan strategi tugas dan paksa lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rata-rata nilai peserta didik yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung. Kata kunci: Model pembelajaran team assisted individualization, Strategi pembelajaran tugas dan paksa, kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika   ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the effect of team assisted individualization learning models with task learning strategies and forced to the ability to solve mathematical problems. Mathematical problem solving ability is an ability that belongs to the national education goals, but its achievement is still relatively low. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method with a poststest-only research design. Sampling in this study uses purpose sampling technique. The study sample consisted of 60 students divided into two classes (30 experimental classes and 30 control classes). This research was conducted in the school of SMP N 10 Bekasi and SMP N 26 Bekasi. The experimental class uses team individualization learning models with task and forced learning strategies, while the control class uses direct learning. The collected data is then analyzed using independent sample t-test. The results of data analysis showed that the average value of students who learned using the team assisted individualization learning model with higher task and forced strategies compared to the average value of students who learned using direct learning models.
