The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning learning models on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities on the material of the surface area of ​​flat build in class IV of SDN Peunaga Cut Ujong. This study uses a quantitative approach and the type of research used is experimental research. The population in this study were the fourth grade students of SDN Peunaga Cut Ujong which amounted to 28 students. The data collection techniques are documentation, observation and tests of mathematical problem solving abilities given essay. Data processing techniques use statistical tests using the t test formula. The results showed that students' mathematical problem solving ability using Contextual Teaching and Learning  learning model was better than conventional learning, indicated by the average post-test score of students who used Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model, which was 78.82 and students with conventional learning obtain an average post-test score of 66.58. Based on the results of the calculation of the t-test with a significant level of α = 0.05 and dk = 27. From this value obtained tcount> t table is 4.55> 1.70, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect on the students' mathematical problem solving ability on the material of flat surface area through Contextual Teaching and Learning  learning model in the fourth grade of SD Negeri Peunaga Cut Ujong. This shows that learning by applying Contextual Teaching and Learning  learning models can improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities.   Abstrak Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa pada materi luas permukaan bangun datar di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Peunaga Cut Ujong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Peunaga Cut Ujong yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi, observasi dan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis yang diberikan secara essay. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan uji statistik dengan menggunakan rumus uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning lebih baik dari pada pembelajaran konvensional, ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata nilai post-test siswa  yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning yaitu 78,82 dan siswa dengan pembelajaran konvensional memperoleh rata-rata nilai post-test yaitu 66,58. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji t – tes dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05 dan dk = 27. Dari nilai tersebut diperoleh thitung> ttabel yaitu 4,55> 1,70, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa pada materi luas permukaan bangun datar melalui model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Peunaga Cut Ujong. Hal ini menunjukkanbahwa pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Learning model chosen by educators teacher has not been able to accommodate the mathematics problems of students. For that, the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model was applied. The purpose of research is to collation the mathematical problem solving abilities of students who are using Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model and using the ordinary learning model (scientific approach). This type of research is a quasy experiment with randomized control group only design. The population of this study were all students of class VII SMPN 1 Danau Kembar. For to get sample class with random sampling technique. As for the research instrument used in the study is a test of mathematical problem solving students abilities. Based on the results of this avarage mathematical problem solving students abilities experiment class and control class is 80,30 and 73,16. Than the hypothesis testing using the t-test. From calculation result obtained t_count > t_table 2,21 > 1,64) with alpha=0,05 with 95% confidence interval so H0 rejected and accepted H1.Keywords : Mathematical problem solving abilities, Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL)

This study aimed to determine the effect of learning model contextual teaching and learning assistanceproblem card of the mathematical problem solving ability of students. Randomly selected two classes as research subjects. Experimental class by learning model contextual teaching and learning assistance problem card with the number 31 and the control class by conventional teaching methods of inquiry that amounted to 30 people.  Based on the results obtained 36,509 4.18296 so that the direction of significant coefficient, 0.94765.76872 then linear, 4,36 1.70 then learning model contextual teaching and learning assistance problem card can impact the ability of students' mathematical problem solving.

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the improvement of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities with the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach in the material of the two-variable linear equation system in class X SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar. This study used an experimental method with the aim of being in accordance with the previous statement to determine the difference in students' mathematical problem-solving abilities with a contextual approach and an expository approach, with a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The average increase in problem-solving abilities in the control class was 0.1688 while the increase in problem-solving abilities in the experimental class was 0.0085. By using the t-test (SPSS), with a value of Fcount = 10.907 and a significant level of 0.05, a significant probability is obtained 0.002 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a difference in normalized gain or an increase in problem-solving ability with conventional and contextual approaches. Based on the average gain of the control and experimental classes, the increase in the control class using the conventional approach is higher than the experimental class with the contextual approach. The difference in increasing problem-solving abilities in conventional classrooms is possible due to differences in students' entry-level abilities, which can be seen in the average pretest of each class.

Mathematical problem solving is a problem solving that uses mathematical problem solving. Students in the problem solving did not use the polya method so that students succeeded in difficulties. Educators still use conventional learning models so that students become bored, passive and reluctant to ask whether going forward working on the questions given by the educator, so that new learning models need to be applied. The e-learning learning model assisted with Edmodo learning media is an online presentation material on an Edmodo account using the mobile phone of students. PAM is the knowledge learned by students before getting learning material. This study aims to study the interaction of e-learning learning models assisted by Edmodo learning media to solve mathematical problems. This study is quantitative research. Data collection used with tests, interviews, collection and collection. The data analysis technique uses two-way anava test with cells that are not the same. From the results of the analysis, the influence of the e-learning learning model on mathematical problem solving abilities. It is necessary to question the high, medium, and low mathematical initial knowledge of Great mathematical problem solving ability, then there is no difference between assisted e-learning learning models edmodo, mathematical initial knowledge of mathematical problem solving abilities.

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika merupakan salah satu tujuan pendidikan nasional di Indonesia, tetapi pencapaiannya masih tergolong rendah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian posstest-only. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purpose sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 peserta didik yang terbagi dalam dua kelas (30 kelas eksperimen dan 30 kelas kontrol). Penelitian ini dilakukan di sekolah SMP N 10 Bekasi dan SMP N 26 Bekasi. Kelas eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran teamdengan strategi pembelajaran tugas dan paksa, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran . Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji beda rata-rata sampel bebas. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa rata-rata nilai peserta didik yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran team assisted individualization dengan strategi tugas dan paksa lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rata-rata nilai peserta didik yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung. Kata kunci: Model pembelajaran team assisted individualization, Strategi pembelajaran tugas dan paksa, kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika   ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the effect of team assisted individualization learning models with task learning strategies and forced to the ability to solve mathematical problems. Mathematical problem solving ability is an ability that belongs to the national education goals, but its achievement is still relatively low. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method with a poststest-only research design. Sampling in this study uses purpose sampling technique. The study sample consisted of 60 students divided into two classes (30 experimental classes and 30 control classes). This research was conducted in the school of SMP N 10 Bekasi and SMP N 26 Bekasi. The experimental class uses team individualization learning models with task and forced learning strategies, while the control class uses direct learning. The collected data is then analyzed using independent sample t-test. The results of data analysis showed that the average value of students who learned using the team assisted individualization learning model with higher task and forced strategies compared to the average value of students who learned using direct learning models. A learning can run well supported by an appropriate learning model. In this study the Search Solve Create Share (SSCS) and Think Pair Share (TPS) learning models are used. This research is a quantitative study using t test. The purpose of this study is to study whether there are differences between the SSCS learning model and the TPS learning model on students' mathematical problem solving abilities. This research is a quantitative study with a research design. Random Design Group Pretest-Posttest Group. The results of this study obtained a P-value smaller than the significance level. Hypothesis testing from this study provides conclusions about the TPS learning model better than the SSCS learning model in improving students' mathematical problem solving abilities.

Through classroom action research, researchers seek to improve students 'mathematical problem solving abilities on mathematical induction material by using nested integrated learning methods and explore students' attitudes towards the application of the given learning model. The study was conducted during two cycles which included four stages of learning, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study was conducted in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year involving 34 students of class XI MIPA-2 SMAN 1 Garawangi, Kuningan. There are 2 types of research instruments used, namely tests and questionnaires. Based on the test results, it can be seen that in the post-test, the N-Gain index obtained was 0.61 (moderate). Meanwhile, based on the results of the questionnaire, it can be seen that 100% of students show a positive attitude. Thus, it can be concluded that the nested type integrated learning model can improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities on mathematical induction material and get a good appreciation with the presence of a positive attitude shown by all participants.

This research is aimed to investigate the students’ problem-solving competency after learn by using discovery learning model and students’ problem-solving ability after learn by using problem-based learning model. Therefore, this research is aimed to investigate differences problem-solving ability of mathematics between students who get discovery learning model and problem-based learning model. The population used in this research was a student in grade VII in one of junior high school in West Bandung Regency. The sample was student class VII B for the first experiment class and VII C for the second experiment class with 35 students in every class. The method in this research was a quasi experiment by using two group post-test only design. The instrument in this research is post-test about problem-solving of mathematics. Based on the research, it can be concluded that there is a difference between the mathematical problem-solving competency of students who get discovery learning model and problem-based learning model. Nevertheless, the qualification of problem-solving competency between of students who gets discovery learning model and problem-based learning model, are including the medium category
