Bogor Regency is one of the Jakarta’s buffer cities that able to provide alternative tourism locations for the citizen of the capital and surrounding areas. Ciasmara Village is one of the tourism villages located in Bogor Regency. The main problem encountered by tourism in Ciasmara Village is the lack of promotion and limited infrastructure. These two problems are the biggest factors that hinder the tourism potential of Ciasmara village from being optimally managed. The purpose of this community service activity is to optimize tourism potential through the information and communication technology. Furthermore, the other purpose is to support the behavior shifting of the youth organization in terms of utilizing information and communication technology for the benefit of Ciasmara Tourism village promotion. The method used in this community service activity was discussion and direct training to Ciasmara Village's youth organization. The objective of this community service is Ciasmara Village's youth organization. In the beginning, the target amount of the training participants was at least 20 young people, because there were only 20 active members of the youth organization. In its implementation, this activity was attended by 31-35 participants, indicating that this community service was enticing for Ciasmara village's youths. Through interviews with the head of the youth organizations and the participants, they acknowledged that they were interested in participating in this activity because they felt they had a responsibility to develop village promotions, some of the youth said that they had social media and could promote their area for free. From interviews with several participants and village officials, it was found that this community service activity was able to motivate them to study photography more seriously and utilize social media for the promotion of rural tourism. This can be recognized from the development of official Instagram social media account owned by Ciasmara Village which is indeed focused on promoting tourism and governance in Ciasmara village.

The availability of information and communication technology (ICT) has made it a lot of convenience in everything. An example is the existence of online trading transactions, for we can market these products online both through marketplaces and social media, we must-have products that are slightly different from the others. One way is to design your own product packaging that we will sell, and for example it can be started by making a product logo. This is the basis of community service activities, and this activity utilizes the creative side of partners so that they can create a design that will be packaged in the next stage in the form of merchandise. In this design training phase, partner participants were given the understanding to use vector-based graphic design applications, from creating product logos to digital advertising posters

The importance of learning objectives requires the use of appropriate media so that learning runs effectively and efficiently. The learning media is very important in supporting the learning process and is often overlooked by teachers for various reasons, including limited time, difficulty finding the right media, and also limited funds. With a variety of IT-based and service devices, lecturers and students can access them online and there are applications that make it free for users. Among them are blog users as learning media. This community service activity aims to introduce information and communication technology in the form of Web-Blogs that will later help students who will be prepared to become teacher candidates to modify learning media. The implementation of community service in general can be categorized as successful in terms of participant participation. Participants felt that this dedication activity was very useful for developing web-blog-based learning media that they would use in later learning. The participants' responses to the service activities carried out stated that from the quality of the speakers, the quality of the modules was very good.

This community service activity aims to increase the competence of information and communication technology (ICT) through Microsoft Office computer training and animation learning media at the Al Muhajirin Integrated Islāmic Elementary School, Cilegon, Banten. The output of this program has an impact on the creation of teachers who are skilled in using technology in learning, trained teachers who are able to use technology especially Microsoft Office and learning animation media. In this training, DIT Al Muhajirin Cilegon Banten teachers were trained on Microsoft office and the theory and principles of animation as a learning medium. Furthermore, the training continued with intensive mentoring of the SDIT Al Muhajirin Cilegon Banten teacher to choose themes and practices for making learning animations. With the training held at SDIT Al Muhajirin Cilegon Banten, this primary school teacher who became a participant in community service has achieved this understanding of the benefits of sustainable professional development in teacher performance assessment. Teachers are able to master how to make animation media for learning using PowerPoint Microsoft Teachers at SDIT Al Muhajirin Cilegon Banten who are community service participants are trained to understand the features and functions in Microsoft PowerPoint which are used for making animation media in learning. From the results of community service activities carried out at SDIT Al-Muhajirin Cilegon Banten, it can be concluded that the assessment of the ability of participants on average is around 84.15% and have mastered and understood Microsoft office materials and learning animations.

One form of application of information and communication technology in the field of education and the requisitedue to the current pandemic situation is the application of online learning or E-learning-based online learning.The purpose of this community service activity is to assist teachers and prospective teachers in designing Elearning-based online learning with various media of information and communication technology that they aregood at. This service activity is carried out in the form of a webinar and is attended by more than 300participants. The method used in this research is the method of observation, guidance, and training, discussion,and evaluation. In designing e-learning-based online learning, teachers and prospective teachers need to payattention to the following: understanding about e-learning, identifying the characteristics of each student,designing and developing interactive material, implementing appropriate teaching strategies in deliveringmaterial electronically, organize material well so that it is easy for students to learn, take part in various onlinetraining that is held for example webinars to increase knowledge and skills in designing e-learning, involveyourself in every stage from planning, developing, to making decisions, and evaluating learning, both from theteacher's perceptions or from their students

The Community Service Activity / Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) was held in Cibinuang Village, Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency with the target of young people who are members of Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar as youth organization in Cibinuang Village. The problems faced by partner institution in this activity are: a) lack of socialization about the existence of youth organizations and their roles in the development of rural communities, b) less awareness and participation of youth in organizations, both administrator/ other members, c) training of administrators / members in making work programs have never been done. The method of implementation in this activity is active participation with stages namely 1). Seminar and discussing about the role of youth organizations, 2). Providing technical training in making organization programs, 3) Mentoring in making proposals. Seminar about the roles of youth organization for community empowerment in youth organizations in Cibinuang Village presented material in accordance with the theme. The materials presented to the participants including: the role of youth in village development, the mechanism for preparing programs and how to make proposals for effective funding requests. The training in making organization programs and activity proposals were divided into three stages, namely lectures and discussion about the role of youth organizations, providing technical training in the preparation of organization programs and making activity proposals, and mentoring in making organization programs and proposals.� Based on the process PkM activities, it can be seen that 1) there were enhancing youth's understanding and awareness of their capacity in developing villages through youth organizations, 2) members and administrators of youth organizations were motivated to play an active / participating role in building themselves and their villages, 3) administrators of youth organizations to arrange a program, 4) the management of the youth organization was able to make a proposal from each organization program that will be submitted to the Cibinuang Village Government.�Keywords: Youth Capacity, Youth Organization, Organization Program�AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cibinuang Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan dengan target pemuda-pemudi yang tergabung dalam Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar yang merupakan organisasi kepemudaan di tingkat Desa Cibinuang.� Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu: a) kurang tersosialisasikanya eksistensi organisasi pemuda dan perannya dalam pembangunan masyarakat desa, b) kesadaran dan partisipasi pemuda dalam organisasi baik pengurus/anggota kurang, c) pelatihan pada pengurus/anggota dalam membuat program kerja belum pernah dilakukan.� Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu partisipasi aktif dengan tahapan yakni 1). Ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, 2). Memberikan pelatihan teknis pembuatan program kerja, 3) Pendampingan dalam membuat proposal kegiatan. Seminar tentang peran organisasi pemuda untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat pada organisasi pemuda di Desa Cibinuang Kec. / Kab. Kuningan diisi dengan pemaparan materi yang sesuai dengan tema. Materi-materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta meliputi: peran pemuda dalam pembangunan desa, mekanisme penyusunan program kerja dan cara pembuatan proposal kegiatan untuk permintaan dana yang efektif. Pelatihan pembuatan program kerja dan proposal kegiatan dibagi menjadi tiga kegiatan, yaitu ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, memberikan pelatihan teknis penyusunan program kerja dan pembuatan proposal kegiatan, dan pendampingan dalam membuat program kerja dan proposal kegiatan. Berdasarkan proses kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dapat dilihat adanya 1) peningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pemuda terhadap kapasitasnya dalam membangun desa melalui wadah organisasi pemuda, 2) anggota maupun pengurus organisasi kepemudaan termotivasi� untuk berperan aktif/berpartisipasi dalam membangun diri maupun desanya, 3) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan dapat menyusun program kerja, 4) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan mampu membuat proposal kegiatan dari setiap program kerja yang akan diajukan ke Pemerintah Desa Cibinuang.

Penguasaan terhadap Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi perlu diajarkan pada semua tingkatan agar suatu proses dan kegiatan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat, mudah dan efisien. Para siswa kelas XII SMK Taruna Bangsa dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi yang dapat dikuasai sebelum lulus sekolah. Salah satunya kompetensi adalah dapat membuat website atau aplikasi berbasis web. Disamping itu, kepala program jurusan RPL SMK Taruna Bangsa menyampaikan perlu adanya pendalaman dan pengetahuan lebih dalam pembuatan website selain yang dibekali di sekolah seperti mendesain website front end. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pelatihan mendesain website menggunakan framework Bootstrap. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dijalankan sesuai dengan wujud implementasi MoU yang telah dilakukan antara SMK Taruna Bangsa dengan Universitas Bina Insani. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dilakukan secara online melalui media konferensi www.zoom.us dan www.youtube.com. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 78 peserta dengan hasil akhir memberikan hasil yang positif, ditunjukkan pada umpan balik peserta terhadap materi yaitu pada nilai 4 (Baik) sebesar 32,1% dan nilai 5 (Sangat Baik) sebesar 60.7%. Berdasarkan paparan tersebut kegiatan PkM ini telah memberikan kemampuan dan penguasaan terhadap siswa dalam mendesain website dan memiliki bekal dalam mengimplementasikan pada bidang Teknologi informasi yang pada akhirnya mendorong smart education kota Bekasi. Kata kunci—bootstrap, pengabdian kepada masyarakat, website Mastery of Information and Communication Technology needs to be taught at all levels so that processes and activities can be carried out more quickly, easily and efficiently. Class XII students of SMK Taruna Bangsa are required to have competencies that can be mastered before graduating from school. One of the competencies is being able to create a website or web-based application. In addition, the head of the RPL department program at SMK Taruna Bangsa said that there is a need for more in-depth and knowledge in making websites other than those provided in schools such as designing front end websites. Therefore, training in designing websites using the Bootstrap framework is necessary. The implementation of Community Service (PkM) is carried out in accordance with the implementation of the MoU that has been carried out between SMK Taruna Bangsa and Bina Insani University. The implementation of activities during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out online through the media conference www.zoom.us and www.youtube.com. This activity was attended by 78 participants with the final result giving positive results, shown in the participants' feedback on the material, namely a value of 4 (Good) of 32.1% and a value of 5 (Very Good) of 60.7%. Based on the explanation, this PkM activity has given students the ability and mastery in designing websites and has provisions in implementing it in the field of information technology which ultimately encourages smart education in the city of Bekasi. Information and communication technology is considered important by users, one of its goals is to seek information and communicate remotely through social media. Social media aims to provide convenience in terms of communicating so that it has an impact on users, either it positive or negative perceptions. Currently, Tiktok social media become most popular application. This research was conducted to find the ratios that will be used to systematically show the performance of the Tiktok account. This study uses an exploratory method to find the variables contained in the Tiktok account. These variables will be compared so as to find the relevant ratios to show the performance of a Tiktok account. The results of this study is that the tiktok account has 7 variables and find then 17 ratios that can be used to assess, measure and compare the credibility of a Tiktok account.

The conditions faced by small industries during this pandemic are almost the same as the conditions of the industrial society as a whole. But what distinguishes it is the struggle in producing to marketing products independently. Currently, digital marketing training for small industries provides a measurable support system, due to tactical steps to market products or services to consumers with new breakthroughs. The purpose of this training is to provide easier steps to implement digital marketing applications based on information and communication technology, in order to create consumer attraction for products. The method of implementing this activity is discussion and practice of making captions on social media, online marketing, practicing product photos, forming working groups and presentations. The result of this training is that the participants have awareness of the application of digital marketing to improve the quality of product marketing for small industries more easily.


An “electronic hive mind” (EHM) is conceptualized as a type of temporally limited social consciousness (held by people, cyborgs, and robots) around shared interests, enabled by social media and information and communication technology (ICT). EHMs may be understood partially through combined prior research in the areas of social psychology and social media. Other research work is novel and requires the application of a range of methods and technologies to identify EHMs from publicly available social media residual data in various digital modalities. To this end, some initial mapping techniques to understand EHMs will be shown in this chapter.

Multidisciplinary experts are required to develop a model for resource management in a country. Various concepts in information and communication technology are required to be applied in designing and developing a model for the management of natural resources. The concepts such as cloud computing along with social media play an important role. Case illustrations are discussed in this chapter stressing the role of cloud computing along with the concepts of collaborative technology in developing models for the benefit of citizens in a country.
