One form of application of information and communication technology in the field of education and the requisitedue to the current pandemic situation is the application of online learning or E-learning-based online learning.The purpose of this community service activity is to assist teachers and prospective teachers in designing Elearning-based online learning with various media of information and communication technology that they aregood at. This service activity is carried out in the form of a webinar and is attended by more than 300participants. The method used in this research is the method of observation, guidance, and training, discussion,and evaluation. In designing e-learning-based online learning, teachers and prospective teachers need to payattention to the following: understanding about e-learning, identifying the characteristics of each student,designing and developing interactive material, implementing appropriate teaching strategies in deliveringmaterial electronically, organize material well so that it is easy for students to learn, take part in various onlinetraining that is held for example webinars to increase knowledge and skills in designing e-learning, involveyourself in every stage from planning, developing, to making decisions, and evaluating learning, both from theteacher's perceptions or from their students

The importance of learning objectives requires the use of appropriate media so that learning runs effectively and efficiently. The learning media is very important in supporting the learning process and is often overlooked by teachers for various reasons, including limited time, difficulty finding the right media, and also limited funds. With a variety of IT-based and service devices, lecturers and students can access them online and there are applications that make it free for users. Among them are blog users as learning media. This community service activity aims to introduce information and communication technology in the form of Web-Blogs that will later help students who will be prepared to become teacher candidates to modify learning media. The implementation of community service in general can be categorized as successful in terms of participant participation. Participants felt that this dedication activity was very useful for developing web-blog-based learning media that they would use in later learning. The participants' responses to the service activities carried out stated that from the quality of the speakers, the quality of the modules was very good.

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah membawa perubahan yang sangat besar bagi dunia pendidikan. Bentuk perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang diterapkan di dunia pendidikan adalah metode pembelajaran online atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan e-Learning yang membantu sebuah proses pembelajaran. Berawal dari adanya masalah pada motode pembelajaran dan minat belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah logika Matematika pada Fakultas Teknik UNIS Tangerang, maka dikembangkan suatu pembelajaran online (e-learning) dengan metode object oriented berbasis web  mengunakan PHP dan MySQL. Dengan model pembelajaran online berbasis web ini dapat meningkatkan proses pembelajaran mahasiswa pada mata kuliah logika Matematika dan pembelajaran online memudakan Dosen memberikan materi pembelajaran serta memberikan tugas kepada para mahasiswa dan dosen pun bisa meng-upload materi dan tugas dimana saja dan kapan saja. Kata kunci : e-learning, Pembelajaran, Logika Matematika ABSTRAK The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has brought enormous changes to the world of education. The form of development of information and communication technology that is applied in the world of education is an online learning method or better known as e-Learning that helps a learning process. Starting with a problem in learning methods and student interest in mathematics logic courses at the Faculty of Engineering UNIS Tangerang, an online learning (e-learning) method was developed using web-based object oriented methods using PHP and MySQL. The scientific and technological revolution has made radical changes in all social and scientific systems, especially in pedagogical science. Technical and digital devices, as well as modern information and communication technology (ICT), have become an integral part of the teaching process and they represent an imperative of contemporary education. As a consequence of the mentioned informatization of the educational process, the idea of an innovative type of learning was created: e-learning which represents a way of acquiring knowledge and skills with the help and through educational and information and communication technology. The paper aims to study and to perform a theoretical analysis of the concept of e-learning in modern education. The paper gives a review of the concept of e-learning, as well as an analysis of the basic types or modalities, advantages and disadvantages of this type of learning. The occurrence of e-learning has enabled the transition from the process of reproduction to the process of building and upgrading the necessary knowledge and skills, thus overcoming the limits of tradicional teaching and realizing the ideas of active and lifelong learning. The student takes a central and key role in teaching, where teaching contents are presented in a creative and interactive way through modern technology and where the student acquires necessary competencies for living and working in modern society. The significance and implications of the conducted theoretical research are reflected in emphasizing the importance of the existence of e-learning modalities in teaching practice, which creates the prerequisites for quality and contemporary education. Elearning represents the future of pedagogical science and it is important to work on further popularization and research of this educational phenomenon.

This community service activity aims to increase the competence of information and communication technology (ICT) through Microsoft Office computer training and animation learning media at the Al Muhajirin Integrated Islāmic Elementary School, Cilegon, Banten. The output of this program has an impact on the creation of teachers who are skilled in using technology in learning, trained teachers who are able to use technology especially Microsoft Office and learning animation media. In this training, DIT Al Muhajirin Cilegon Banten teachers were trained on Microsoft office and the theory and principles of animation as a learning medium. Furthermore, the training continued with intensive mentoring of the SDIT Al Muhajirin Cilegon Banten teacher to choose themes and practices for making learning animations. With the training held at SDIT Al Muhajirin Cilegon Banten, this primary school teacher who became a participant in community service has achieved this understanding of the benefits of sustainable professional development in teacher performance assessment. Teachers are able to master how to make animation media for learning using PowerPoint Microsoft Teachers at SDIT Al Muhajirin Cilegon Banten who are community service participants are trained to understand the features and functions in Microsoft PowerPoint which are used for making animation media in learning. From the results of community service activities carried out at SDIT Al-Muhajirin Cilegon Banten, it can be concluded that the assessment of the ability of participants on average is around 84.15% and have mastered and understood Microsoft office materials and learning animations.

AbstractSoket Laok is a village located in Tragah District, Bangkalan Regency, Madura. This village has the greatest economic potential in agriculture because the majority of its residents, which are around 4000 people, work as farmers. However, the village, which is not far from the city of Surabaya, is still lagging behind and has not been able to properly utilize the village's potential for community empowerment. Cashew product is the greatest potential by the residents of Soket Laok Village, but the community does not understand how to create and design proper packaging for their cashew products. In addition, Soket laok community also has no experience and knowledge utilising information and communication technology to optimalise the marketing of the cashew products. Therefore, the Communications Department of FISIP Unair conducts a community service program entitled Branding Workshop for Economic Empowerment of the Cashew Farmer in Soket Laok Village, Bangkalan Regency, Madura. This program is an extended program that has been carried out in 2020. This community service focuses on creating and training to manage the community website, training on packaging and brands, as well as registration of brands and business license for their business.Keywords: Economic Potential, Marketing Communications, BrandingAbstrakSoket Laok merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Tragah, Kabpupaten Bangkalan, Madura. Meskipun demikian, desa yang berada tidak jauh dari Kota Surabaya tersebut masih tertinggal dan belum mampu memanfaatkan dengan baik potensi desa untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat. Produksi mente merupakan potensi terbesar yang dimiliki oleh warga Desa Soket Laok namun para petaninya sendiri belum mengerti cara mengemas produk mente untuk dipasarkan di luar daerah Soket Laok sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. Ditambah lagi dengan kurangnya pemahaman terkait penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi juga menjadi faktor kurang optimalnya pemasaran produk mente. Dengan berbagai alasan tersebut, Departemen Komunikasi FISIP Unair kembali mengadakan pengabdian masyarakat bertajuk Pelatihan Branding dalam Rangka Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Petani Mente Desa Soket Laok, Kabupaten Bangkalan, Madura. Kegiatan tersebut merupakan lanjutan dari pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan pada tahun 2020. The involvement of teachers in Bone Regency in using information and communication technology (ICT) to prepare teaching materials is very little or even never said, even though computer facilities and infrastructure are available in the computing lab. This activity aims to provide knowledge to Mathematics teachers about online learning Google Classroom and Geogebra. The use of Google Classroom will make learning more effective for teachers and students because learning is no longer limited by space and time, student can explore learning resources easily and utilize information technology properly. Likewise, Geogebra training is expected to overcome the difficulties of teachers in visualizing concept charts in mathematics dynamically. The target audience for community service is mathematics teachers who are members of the Mathematics MGMP in Bone Regency.

The purpose of writing this research is to find out how the implementation of environmental care character education in SD Muhammadiyah 9 Tanggulangin during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. That is a study that understands social problems that exist in society by analyzing and presenting them using words to create a picture of the problems that exist in society obtained from sources. This study explains what the implementation of environmental care character education is like in SD Muhammadiyah 9 Resolve. One of the problems that often occurs is that students often throw garbage carelessly which results in damage to environmental sustainability in schools. In this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, schools conducting full online learning will certainly affect the implementation of environmental care character education which is usually always applied in schools. Teachers must also be more creative in conducting online learning by inserting environmental care character education so that students understand more about caring for the environment. The implementation of environmental care is applied by the way teachers can conduct learning using the e-learning method, namely learning that utilizes information and communication technology as well as working with parents to always monitor and assist the development of students in implementation. Environmental care character education. Online learning is carried out through a cellphone or laptop that is connected to an internet network connection. The learning process uses plates from, zoom, google meet and whatsapp groups. Learning that is applied to the implementation of environmental care character education, the teacher will provide material first, students learn the material that has been given by the teacher, before holding learning through zoom, then they are given LKPD to do with the help of parents which contains the planting of environmental care characters.

Bogor Regency is one of the Jakarta’s buffer cities that able to provide alternative tourism locations for the citizen of the capital and surrounding areas. Ciasmara Village is one of the tourism villages located in Bogor Regency. The main problem encountered by tourism in Ciasmara Village is the lack of promotion and limited infrastructure. These two problems are the biggest factors that hinder the tourism potential of Ciasmara village from being optimally managed. The purpose of this community service activity is to optimize tourism potential through the information and communication technology. Furthermore, the other purpose is to support the behavior shifting of the youth organization in terms of utilizing information and communication technology for the benefit of Ciasmara Tourism village promotion. The method used in this community service activity was discussion and direct training to Ciasmara Village's youth organization. The objective of this community service is Ciasmara Village's youth organization. In the beginning, the target amount of the training participants was at least 20 young people, because there were only 20 active members of the youth organization. In its implementation, this activity was attended by 31-35 participants, indicating that this community service was enticing for Ciasmara village's youths. Through interviews with the head of the youth organizations and the participants, they acknowledged that they were interested in participating in this activity because they felt they had a responsibility to develop village promotions, some of the youth said that they had social media and could promote their area for free. From interviews with several participants and village officials, it was found that this community service activity was able to motivate them to study photography more seriously and utilize social media for the promotion of rural tourism. This can be recognized from the development of official Instagram social media account owned by Ciasmara Village which is indeed focused on promoting tourism and governance in Ciasmara village.

The use of technology in UT instructional media allows students of the Open University of Indonesia (Universitas Terbuka, UT) to improve their knowledge and skills without being hampered by distance, space, and time. This study explored the perception of UT alumni and stakeholders about the benefit of using information and communication technology (ICT) and learning media obtained during their study period in UT. The information was gathered from a tracer study conducted in 2008, which was used to evaluate 5 study programs at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Science in the use of ICT and instructional media. The data were collected from 37 UT regional offices through questionnaires to a sample of alumni teachers and their principals, as well as interviews with selected alumni and stakeholders. According to the surveys and interviews, both alumni and stakeholders perceived that alumni had improved in their knowledge and skills of ICT and learning media. However, according to alumni perceptions, the knowledge and skills they had learned from UT were relatively low. On the other hand, stakeholders perceived that the alumni had good knowledge and skills of ICT and learning media. We argue that differences in perception between alumni and stakeholders result from different experiences and expectations on the part of each group.
