World is suffering a huge crisis because of COVID 19 pandemic. Apart from this burden of noncommunicable diseases (NCD’s) is also too high. We get very good comprehensive measures in Ayurveda, which will protect our body from both Infective diseases & NCD’s. It is recently; Modern science has come to know about disturbance in circadian rhythms (biological clock) by means of faulty diet, untimely eating & performing tasks at wrong time’s causes many diseases. Ayurveda already knew that environmental changes in whole day have effects on our body and to synchronize with them they mentioned Dincharya. Apart from this they were also aware of ef- fects of seasonal changes on human body and to synchronize with them they have mentioned Rutucharya. Based on seasonal changes Aacharyas have classified six Rutu’s namely Shishira, Vasanta, Grishma, Varsha, Sharad and Hemant. According to their effects on body different Rutucharyas are told. At present Indian calendar seems to be slightly out of phase with seasons but with help of tropical phenomena like solstices, equinoxes with respect Uttarayan, Dakshinayan & seasonal markers mentioned in Samhitas we can mark exact seasons. Based on Ayur- vedic Siddhantas we can understand different Rutucharyas & can implicate them in our present routine. Keywords: Rutucharya, Seasonal Regimen, Lifestyle, Diet, Dakshinayan, Uttarayan.

Abstract: Among many other changes, older age is characterized by advanced sleep-wake cycles, changes in the amplitude of various circadian rhythms, as well as reduced entrainment to zeitgebers. These features reveal themselves through early morning awakenings, sleep difficulties at night, and a re-emergence of daytime napping. This review summarizes the observations concerning the biological clock and sleep in the elderly and discusses the documented and theoretical considerations behind these age-related behavioral changes, especially with respect to circadian biology.

In organisms as diverse as single-celled algae and humans, light is the primary stimulus mediating entrainment of the circadian biological clock. Reports that some totally blind individuals appear entrained to the 24-h day have suggested that nonphotic stimuli may also be effective circadian synchronizers in humans, although the nonphotic stimuli are probably comparatively weak synchronizers, because the circadian rhythms of many totally blind individuals “free run” even when they maintain a 24-h activity-rest schedule. To investigate entrainment by nonphotic synchronizers, we studied the endogenous circadian melatonin and core body temperature rhythms of 15 totally blind subjects who lacked conscious light perception and exhibited no suppression of plasma melatonin in response to ocular bright-light exposure. Nine of these fifteen blind individuals were able to maintain synchronization to the 24-h day, albeit often at an atypical phase angle of entrainment. Nonphotic stimuli also synchronized the endogenous circadian rhythms of a totally blind individual to a non-24-h schedule while living in constant near darkness. We conclude that nonphotic stimuli can entrain the human circadian pacemaker in some individuals lacking ocular circadian photoreception.

Every organism has an intrinsic biological rhythm that orchestrates biological processes in adjusting to daily environmental changes. Circadian rhythms are maintained by networks of molecular clocks throughout the core and peripheral tissues, including immune cells, blood vessels, and perivascular adipose tissues. Recent findings have suggested strong correlations between the circadian clock and cardiovascular diseases. Desynchronization between the circadian rhythm and body metabolism contributes to the development of cardiovascular diseases including arteriosclerosis and thrombosis. Circadian rhythms are involved in controlling inflammatory processes and metabolisms, which can influence the pathology of arteriosclerosis and thrombosis. Circadian clock genes are critical in maintaining the robust relationship between diurnal variation and the cardiovascular system. The circadian machinery in the vascular system may be a novel therapeutic target for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The research on circadian rhythms in cardiovascular diseases is still progressing. In this review, we briefly summarize recent studies on circadian rhythms and cardiovascular homeostasis, focusing on the circadian control of inflammatory processes and metabolisms. Based on the recent findings, we discuss the potential target molecules for future therapeutic strategies against cardiovascular diseases by targeting the circadian clock.

The impact on the biosphere of anthropogenic factors is a serious environmental problem. Today, pesticides are becoming one of the important chemical factors that cause adverse environmental changes. Pesticides enter the human body through a contaminated hydrosphere, atmosphere, and food. Modern man is not able to grow and maintain crops without the use of pesticides. Penetrating into the human body, they cumulate, thereby contributing to the creation of threatening health situations. Despite this, modern human civilization cannot do without them. The purpose of the review was to study the circulation volume of derivatives of thiram, such as vitalon, vitavaks, vitasil, vitaros, tir and TMTD (Tetramethylthiuram Disulfide) in the agricultural complex of the Kursk region for the period 2007-2016. The data obtained at the Kursk Regional Plant Protection Station, as well as agrochemical protection station Kurskaya, were subjected to statistical analysis using the application Statistica 6.0. Circulating volumes of thiram's derivatives were examined in agro-industrial complex of Kursk area over a 10-year period. The proportion of fungicides of thiram's series with the release of agrochemicals dominant in the structure of seed crops cultivation technologies was investigated. A study of the structure of sown areas with the allocation of priority crops grown in the region was conducted, the total number of which amounted 80.76%. The ranking of the region by thirams derivatives was made. All studied fungicidal products of thiram are widely used for the cultivation of crops in the Kursk region. Identified regions with the biggest amount of making this group of agrochemicals in the soil are treated as high anthropogenic load zone and require the development of environmental protection. The volume of circulation of the studying group of pesticides can be dangerous to humans and animals, influence the formation of peoples somatic pathologies.

Many biological processes follow circadian rhythmicity and are controlled by the circadian clock. Predictable environmental changes such as seasonal variation in photoperiod can modulate circadian rhythms, allowing organisms to adjust to the time of the year. Modification of circadian clocks is especially relevant in crops to enhance their cultivability in specific regions by changing their sensibility to photoperiod. In tomato, the appearance of mutations in EMPFINDLICHER IM DUNKELROTEN LICHT 1 (EID1, Solyc09g075080) and NIGHT LIGHT-INDUCIBLE AND CLOCK-REGULATED GENE 2 (LNK2, Solyc01g068560) during domestication delayed its circadian rhythms, and allowed its expansion outside its equatorial origin. Here we study how variation in circadian rhythms in tomato affects its perception of photoperiod. To do this, we create near isogenic lines carrying combinations of wild alleles of EID1 and LNK2 and perform transcriptomic profiling under two different photoperiods. We observe that EID1, but not LNK2, has a large effect on the tomato transcriptome and its response to photoperiod. This large effect of EID1 is likely a consequence of the global phase shift elicited by this gene in tomato's circadian rhythms.

В статье подвергается сомнению существующее представление о природе рака. Предлагается другое объяснение природы этой болезни. Механизм рака атавистический. Он возник у докембрийских Metazoa, которые были сидячими и колониальными. У них он обеспечивал приспособление к сезонному ухудшению среды. Готовящиеся к диапаузе растущие почки этих животных стали эволюционными предшественниками злокачественной опухоли. Разрушения в организме, происходящие у этих Metazoa при подготовке к диапаузе, стали эволюционными предшественниками разрушений в организме, происходящих при раке. Рассасывания готовящихся к диапаузе почек у них стало эволюционным предшественником регрессии опухоли. Регрессия опухоли - явление редкое и для изучения поэтому трудное. Исследовать его следует не у высоко организованных животных и не у человека, а у колониальных асцидий. Поняв, как работает у них механизм рассасывания готовящихся к диапаузе почек, легче будет понять механизм регрессии опухоли. У растений готовящиеся к покою почки тоже иногда разрушаются. Исследование этого процесса у растений тоже может помочь пониманию механизма регрессии опухоли. The current understanding of the nature of cancer is being questioned, and another explanation of the nature of this disease has been proposed. The mechanism of cancer is atavistic. It emerged in the Precambrian Metazoa, which were sedentary and colonized. This mechanism provided them with a means to adapt to seasonal changes in the environment. The developing kidneys of these animals preparing for diapause were the evolutionary precursors of a malignant tumor. The destruction that occurred in their kidneys when preparing for diapause was the evolutionary predecessor of the tumor destruction in the human body that occurs during cancer regression. Resorption of diapause-preparing kidneys was an evolutionary precursor to tumor regression. Tumor regression is rare and therefore difficult to study. Thus, this phenomenon should not be investigated in highly organized animals or in humans, but in colonized ascidians. Having understood how the mechanism of resorption of their kidneys functions when preparing for diapause, it will be easier to understand the mechanism of tumor regression. In plants, buds preparing for dormancy are sometimes also destroyed. Studying this process can similarly help decipher the mechanism of tumor regression.

Aim: Life has changed very fast during last 10 years. The adaptation of sedentary life, changes of eating habbits and other negative environmental factors consisted of reactive oxygen species in the human body and causing immunity to weaken. The prevelance of chronic dieases are increased caused by this reason. To take precautions against increasing diseases and to stop their progress, too much medication usage has been observed. People who don’t want to use medicine, started to use natural herbal products. Herbals are essentials for life and diseases. Herbals have different and comlex compounds which can be a cure for a diease. It has been possible to benefit the body mechanism and diseases with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antifibrotic effects. Thistle is one of the major herbal that is used for both as a cure and a nutrient. Its nutritional value and the bioactive compounds are important for a human life. Method: Current studies reviewed to explain thistles with its nutritional value, bioactive compounds and effects on diseases. Result: The thistle has important role as a component of medicines and also the natural form itself has a huge nutritional value for health. Consclusion: thistle have a beneficial effect on human body to be treated naturally, and its benefits are focused on noncommunicable diseases. Treatment of most chronic diseases, they had the advantages to stop their healing, protection and progression against diseases. Many studies have had positive effects. however, more studies should be done.

Multiple global environmental changes (GECs) now under way, including climate change, biodiversity loss, freshwater depletion, tropical deforestation, overexploitation of fisheries, ocean acidification, and soil degradation, have substantial, but still imperfectly understood, implications for human health. Noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) make a major contribution to the global burden of disease. Many of the driving forces responsible for GEC also influence NCD risk through a range of mechanisms. This article provides an overview of pathways linking GEC and NCDs, focusing on five pathways: ( a) energy, air pollution, and climate change; ( b) urbanization; ( c) food, nutrition, and agriculture; ( d) the deposition of persistent chemicals in the environment; and ( e) biodiversity loss.
