One of main problems of modern society there is complex safety of the difficult systems of different nature. Today the problems of creation of the difficult nonlinear dynamic reliable systems go out on the first plan. It stipulates exceptional theoretical and practical meaningfulness of the use of methods of synergetics in a management the systems. An improvement of the existent theoretical and methodological going is near organization of control system by economic security of enterprise from position of sinergistical approach. An increase of multi-variant approach of development of the economic systems is reason of change of methodology of economic researches and a nonlinear economic theory comes on changing to the traditional economic theory. Invariants, non-linearity, coherentness and factorable synthesis, are the base concepts of sinergistical theory of management. Any socio-economic system presents by a soba complex of functional subsystems, that is bound by inter se the processes of intensive dynamic cooperation, exchange information. Application of synergetics showed in researches of economy, that most cases have an evolution direction of that through nonlinear character of connections in the system is determined by the action of insignificant factors basic direction of motion of the socio-economic systems, as a rule, informative, that prove in bifurcational processes. The condition of development and viability of any enterprise are maintenances of dynamic equilibrium, that are the aim of the system of economic security of enterprise — it’s attractor. By principles of management of enterprise economic security from positions sinergistical approaches are: complication, non-linearity, dynamic. The system of economic security of enterprise is base on principle of feed-back. Leaning on sinergistical approach, set forth raising of sinergistical synthesis of nonlinear control system by economic security. Exactly sinergistical effects that are characterized as management results in the systems cause the change of quality, and are the adequate instrument of providing of economic security.

This paper involves the modern agricultural application control system which is based on internet of things, and this intelligent management system uses intelligent control technology such as S7-300, GSM,WSN and Zigbee to realize the modernization of rural security, agricultural production and residents living fully intelligent managed. This system applies precision agriculture, digital image processing, wireless data transmission and other fields, really combining digital management technology with embedded technology. At the same time, this system which is based on internet of things is the necessary path of modern agriculture informatization strategy. With the mature development of technology of internet of things in modern society, modern agriculture application management system based on internet of things will bring new change to agriculture and high efficiency of agricultural production.

The implementation of modern technologies in diagnostic, treatment, prevention of various diseases, level of satisfaction of population with quality of rendered medical services are within framework of negative estimates. This assumption is supported by the results of sociological surveys carried out by VCIOM, Levada-Center, the Minzdrav of Russia and also by initiative of the authors of the present article. The theoretical approach of sociologists to studying characteristics of functioning of social institutes of modern society was used to establish instability of confident attitude of patients to its main actors and structures as one of the main causes of paradoxical development of institute of medicine in Russia. The article considers types of confidence in medicine and factors effecting their development. Among them the social status of physician in modern society, his economic and legal position, stereotyping of public consciousness by mass media and development of negative image of worker of medical sphere and underdevelopment of health-preserving behavior of population are positioned as key ones. The particular attention is paid to problem of interpersonal confidence that is a key determinant in development of relationship in the system physician-patient in modern conditions of transformation of hierarchic structure of social interactions into linear one that is conditioned by objective processes of further informatization of society. of the chair of modern sociology of the sociological faculty.

Many contemporary Muslim scholars argue that Islamic jurisprudence (<em>fiqh</em>) is not ready to face the demands of the modern era. Modernity is so powerful that it weakens the foundation of <em>fiqh </em>on the one hand, and opens up new opportunities that cannot be reached by <em>fiqh </em>on the other. The method that <em>fiqh </em>has introduced is in itself incapable of adapting to new situation and also incapable of addressing new issues such as the issue of human right, constitusionalism and the like. It is in this context that the contemporary Muslim scholars speak out for reform in the methodology of <em>fiqh </em>as well the application of thismethodology in addressing new issues. This paper is concerned with discussing this problem by referring to the thought of some leading authority in this regard such as Abdullahi Ahmed an-Na‘im, Aboe el-Fadl and Nas}r H{âmid Abû Zayd. The paper argues that for these scholars, <em>fiqh </em>has lost its role and power in the modern society because of its discriminative trait. <em>Fiqh </em>must therefore deal with this negative image if it is to restore its influence in the modern civilization.

modern society entirely depends on electricity for daily life. It has become the key component for modern technology, without electricity most of the equipments which we are using daily will not work at all. Internet is our gateway for knowledge and we also depend on it a lot to get the things which are surrounding us very easily. Under this situation we are not using proper electrical energy in case of street lights. Street lights are perfect solution for night base loads at most of the utility companies during 1930’s were seeking for night timed base loads especially coal based power plants. In India approximately 40 million street lights are there which will generates a total demand of 4000 MW. The cost required to satisfy this demand will also very high. In most of the places maintenance of street lights is very poor. Even though several technologies have used to automatic control of street light but they may turn into several failures because of high cost, improper maintenance, environmental effects on the components or some other major issues. In this paper a low cost maintenance free automatic street light control system is proposed which can be used with relay al well as without relay by using basic electronics components. A small experimental set up has done in laboratory and it can be concluded that the street light automatically turns on and off depends on the darkness of the environment. It can be implemented anywhere irrespective of environmental conditions without any maintenance

One of the key directions in the development of modern society is the formation of an integrated information space based on the latest information technologies. The widespread use of information technologies and infocommunication networks for the transmission, reception, processing and storage of information in various fields of activity, on the one hand, contributes to an increase in the efficiency of this activity, and on the other hand, it causes the emergence of threats of information leakage through technical channels, which are understood as the uncontrolled dissemination of information signal from its source through the physical environment to a technical means that intercepts information. In the list of threats, an important place is occupied by threats of information leakage through channels of compromising electromagnetic emanations, as well as a result of interference of information signals in power lines of technical means of information processing, connecting lines of auxiliary technical means and systems, ground circuits and extraneous conductors. To protect information from its leakage due to compromising electromagnetic emanations through communications connecting the system blocks of computing facilities with peripheral devices, it is important to analyze the formation of these signals and emissions. The article presents the results of the study of compromising electromagnetic emanations of the USB 2.0 interface, carried out to solve the problems of assessing the security of information at the objects of information activity. The processes of formation of technical channels of information leakage by compromising electromagnetic emanations at use of the USB-interface in structure of control system of information and communication networks are considered. The images of the signal levels of the compromising electromagnetic emanations of the USB 2.0 interface obtained with the spectrum analyzer ROHDE & SCHWARZ FSW 13 (Signal & Spectrum Analyzer) using the R & S Active Dipole Antenna HE527 are shown. As a result of the analysis of the form and spectrum of signals in the USB cable (test mode is off, test mode is on) it is established that in the USB interface there is a constant transmission of service packets to support the interface. When the test mode is turned on, additional pulse sequences appear on the spectrogram. The frequency of the first harmonic for the USB 2.0 interface is in the region of 240 MHz.

Vibratory phenomena have always surrounded human life. The need for more knowledge and domain of such phenomena increases more and more, especially in the modern society where the human-machine integration becomes closer day after day. In that context, this work deals with the development and practical implementation of a hybrid (passive-active/adaptive) vibration control system over a metallic beam excited by a broadband signal and under variable temperature, between 5 and 35°C. Since temperature variations affect directly and considerably the performance of the passive control system, composed of a viscoelastic dynamic vibration neutralizer (also called a viscoelastic dynamic vibration absorber), the associative strategy of using an active-adaptive vibration control system (based on a feedforward approach with the use of the FXLMS algorithm) working together with the passive one has shown to be a good option to compensate the neutralizer loss of performance and generally maintain the extended overall level of vibration control. As an additional gain, the association of both vibration control systems (passive and active-adaptive) has improved the attenuation of vibration levels. Some key steps matured over years of research on this experimental setup are presented in this paper.

Recently robotic is a playing vital role in the life In our modern society, the usage of robotic arms are increasing and much of the work in the industry is now performed by robots. As robots begin to behave like humans in an intelligent manner, control system becomes a major concern. In this paper, design and analyses of  the pick and place robot due to control, the forearm, wrist, desired turntable and desired bicep is introduced to construct a closed system with four degrees of freedom (4DOFs). The main performance specifications are the accuracy and stability of the input system for obtaining a good system performance. Implementation of the control system using PID parameters for stability, minimum steady state error, minimum overshoot and faster system response has been carried out. The design  of two degree of freedom PID(2DoFPID) to control robotic arm along with first order low pass filter(LPF) to compensate the unwanted signal is improved. To be able to implement such a precise and effective system, feedback system has to be made to improve the overall performance specifications. The digital signal processing controller (Arduino Uno) is used as it is active, cheap , it has open source code and easy to use in the software and hardware applications.Experimental set up developed in addition to the Matlab/Simulink implementation of the complete system. The results and the communication signals test ensure smooth operation of the control system and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: The development of globalization and technology in the field of microcontrollers and sensors has an impact on human life. As in the field of cleanliness, the automation of waste segregation needs to be done based on the lack of concern for modern society towards waste. Waste sorting aims to separate waste based on the type of material (metal and non-metal) so that it is easier to take further action on existing waste such as recycling. In fact in various landfills various types of garbage are mixed into both metal and non-metal waste. This can reduce the quality of environmental health. For that reason, the writer tries to make an intelligent intelligent waste sorting design. With this tool the garbage can be sorted based on its type automatically using a proximity sensor. This tool works when garbage approaches the sensor then the sensor will read the type of object that is approaching. The detection results will be processed by Arduino UNO as a control system and the results of the process will be forwarded to the output in the form of an indicator of the type of garbage on the LCD 16x2 and servo as a drive of garbage to the place according to the type of waste..Keywords: Trash, Automatic Trash Clustering Tool, Arduino, Proximity SensorAbstrak: Perkembangan globalisasi dan teknologi dibidang mikrokontroller dan sensor berdampak kepada kehidupan manusia. Seperti pada bidang kebersihan, otomatisasi pemilahan sampah perlu dilakukan didasari pada kurangnya kepedulian masyarakat modern terhadap sampah. Pemilahan sampah bertujuan untuk memisahkan sampah berdasarkan jenis bahan (logam dan non-logam) sehingga lebih mudah untuk melakukan tindakan lanjutan terhadap sampah yang ada seperti daur ulang. Pada kenyataanya di tempat pembuangan sampah berbagai jenis sampah bercampur menjadi satu baik sampah logam maupun non-logam. Hal ini dapat menurunkan kualitas kesehatan lingkungan. Untuk itu penulis mencoba membuat rancang bangun alat pemilah sampah cerdas otomatis ini. Dengan alat ini sampah dapat dipilah berdasarkan jenisnya secara otomatis dengan menggunakan sensor proximity. Alat ini bekerja ketika sampah mendekati sensor kemudian sensor akan membaca jenis benda yang mendekat. Hasil deteksi akan diproses oleh Arduino UNO sebagai sistem control dan hasil proses akan diteruskan pada output yang berupa indicator jenis sampah pada LCD 16x2 dan servo sebagai penggerak sampah menuju tempat sesuai jenis sampahnya.Kata kunci: Sampah, Pemilah Sampah Otomatis, Arduino, Sensor Proximity
