The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parents' attention on learning achievement in English, the effect of learning motivation on learning achievement in English and to determine the effect of parents' attention and motivation to learn on learning achievement in English simultaneously. The research method used was a survey. The sample size was 52 students; with the sampling technique used was random sampling. Hypothesis testing uses 2-way ANOVA test. The results showed that there was a significant influence of parents' attention and motivation to learn together on students' English learning achievement at MTsN 6 East Jakarta, as evidenced by the value of Sig = 0,000 < 0.05 and F count = 26.255. There was a significant influence of parents’ attention on students' English learning achievement at MTsN 6 East Jakarta, as evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.001 < 0.05 and t arithmetic = 3.380. There was a significant influence of learning motivation on students' English learning achievement in MTsN 6 East Jakarta, as evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.004 < 0.05. Parental attention and learning motivation had a significant effect on learning achievement.

The existence of this need then humans are encouraged to fulfill it. This impulse is called motivation. In this case, of course the role of motivation is very important. How teachers make efforts to be able to grow and give motivation so students do good learning activities. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out whether there is an influence of learning motivation on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. (2) To find out how much influence the motivation of learning on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type. The population is at BURU 2 Senior High School, totaling 220 students. using purposive random sampling technique. The sample was 79 students. Research methods using questionnaire and documentation. All instruments have met the requirements as a measurement requirement, because they have tested so that it meets the validity test requirements using product correlation and reliability using Cronbach alpha, and has passed the test precondition. Data analysis using T-test and a large percentage of the influence using the coefficient of determination Adjuster R Square. The results showed that (1) there was a significant effect of Learning Motivation on Learning Achievement evidenced from the value of Tcount&gt; Ttable namely 3.731&gt; 1.9915 and Sig &lt;0.05, namely 0.000 &lt;0.05 (with a level of 5%). (2) The magnitude of the influence of the Adjusted R square determination coefficient of 35.9% so that the effect of learning motivation (X), on learning achievement (Y) is weak positive means that if the variable X rises then the variable Y does not rise weakly or together all variables will rise significantly and the remaining 65.1% is explained by other variables outside the variables used.

The research was conducted at the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta by survey research method. Students of research respondent are 50 people, selected based on simple random sampling and proportional sampling. The instrument uses questionnaire of learning achievement as the dependent variable, while the questionnaire instrument of learning motivation and interpersonal intelligence were used as the independent variable. Research instrument is validated by product moment correlation formula, whereas reliability is measured by Alpha Cronbach formula. Research method used in this research is Explanatory Survey Method. Data analysis technique used in this research is Regression Analysis Modelto find out the influence ofindependent variable with the dependent variable. Statistical test using t-test. Data analysis using correlation and regression technique (simple and plural). From the result of the study found that : (1) there is a significant influence between learning motivation on learning achievement of IPS at the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta (r=0,834 and Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,219X1). (2) there is significant influence between interpersonal intelligence on learning achievement of IPS in the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta (r = 0,834 dan Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,197X2). (3) there is significant influence between Learning Motivationand Interpersonal Intelligence together with Learning Achievement of IPS in the state SMP in Kecamatan Cilandak South Jakarta. Keywords: Learning motivation, Interpersonal intelligence, Prestasi Belajar Penelitian dilaksanakanpada SMPNegeridi Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan, dengan metode penelitian survei. Responden penelitian siswa berjumlah 50 orang, dipilih berdasarkan teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling) dan proporsional sampling. Instrumen menggunakan angket prestasi belajar sebagai variabel terikat, sedangkan instrument angket motivasi belajar dan angket kecerdasan interpersonal sebagai variabel bebas. Instrumen penelitian divalidasi dengan rumus korelasi product moment, sedangkan reliabilitas diukur dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Explanatory Survey Method, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Analisis Regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Uji statistika menggunakan uji-t. Analisisdatamenggunakanteknikkorelasidanregresi(sederhana & jamak).Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang berarti antara motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPS pada SMP Negeri di kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan (r = 0,834 dan Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,219X1). (2) terdapat pengaruh yang berarti antara kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap prestasi belajar IPS SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan (r = 0,834 dan Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,197X2). (3) terdapat pengaruh yang berarti antara Motivasi Belajar dan Kecerdasan Interpersonal bersama-sama terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure to the students' motivation and their implications for student achievement Smk Ulil Albab Cirebon Depok. The purpose of this study are: 1) To find a picture of student achievement, the intensity of parental guidance, facilities and students' motivation to learn; 2) To determine the effect intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure to student motivation and its implications on learning achievement. The method used is descriptive survey method verification. Data collected through questionnaires. In this study were used as the student population is Smk Ulil Albab Cirebon Depok many as 1556 people. The sample was 318 people. By using a sampling technique that is proportional random sampling. Based on the calculation and analysis of data, it can be concluded that: 1) Overview of learning achievement Students medium category, the intensity of parental guidance category is, the infrastructure category is, and student motivation sedang.2 category) there is a positive influence on the intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure on the students motivation. 3) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance on motivation to learn. 4) There is a positive effect of infrastructure study on motivation to learn. 5) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance, infrastructure and learning motivation on learning achievement. 6) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance on learning achievement. 7) There is no positive effect of infrastructure on student achievement. 8) There is no positive effect of learning motivation on student achievement.

This research aimed at knowing the influence of teacher’s profesionalisme and learning motivation and both of them toward students’ mathematic learning achievement at the seventh grade. The research population was all of the seventh grade of SMP Islam Terpadu Insan Robbani Kotabumi consisting of 3 class and 105 students. The sampel was a class wich consist of 35 studen that taken by using cluster random sampling and gotten VIIB as sampel class. Data collecting technique was done using a questionnaire for the teacher’s profesionalisme level and learning motivation data, while a test was used to measure the data of students’ mathematic learning achievement. Furthermore, the items analysis was done using validity, reliability, and discrimination power. Meanwhile, Hypotheses test was done using product moment and regression formula. The reserach resultshows that: 1) Teacher’s profesionalisme gives positive and significant influence on students’ mathematic learning achievement. 2) The learning motivation alsogives positive and significant influence on their mathematic learning achievement. 3) Teacher’s profesionalisme and learning motivation give positive and significant influence on students’ mathematic learning achievement.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Learning Method on English learning outcomes, to determine the effect of learning motivation on English learning outcomes, and to determine the influence of learning method and motivation together with the results of Englishlearning. The research method uses experimental method. A sample of 80 students was selected randomly with a simple random technique. The data collection uses test instruments. The analysis of data uses descriptive statistics, Pearson's double correlation coefficient, Correlation of coefficient of determination and regression analysis. The statistical test uses t test and F test. This research was conducted on April 2015 until June 2015. The results showed: (1) There is a significant influence of Learning Method (X1) and Motivation (X2) together to the learning result of English (Y) students at SMK Negeri Tangerang. It can be proved by the value of F0 = 4,219 and Sig. = 0,000 <0.05. (2) There is a significant influence of Learning Method on English learning result of students at SMK Negeri in Tangerang. This is proved by the acquisition of Fo = 28,581 and Sig. = 0,000 <0.05. (3) There is a significant influence of learning motivation on English learning result of students at SMK Negeri in Tangerang. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Fo = 44.095 and sig. = 0,000 <0.05

Indonesia is currently experiencing many problems, the trigger is the COVID-19 outbreak so that many workers have been laid off and cause poverty. The effort made to solve this is to increase student resources who are interested in entrepreneurship. In the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Padang, there are lessons that support interest in entrepreneurship, namely the Industrial Field Experience Course (PLI). This research will look for the influence of PLI on Entrepreneurial Interest, this is done to see the entrepreneurial values that grow after the implementation of PLI. Correlational descriptive research method with a population of 83 people from the total population taken 33 people for testing, while the 50 people for research, sampling technique (simple random sampling). The results showed that there was a significant influence between variables, 84% of PLI Implementation, 77% Entrepreneurial Interest and the Influence of PLI on Entrepreneurial Interest 28.4%. Indonesia saat ini mengalami banyak permasalahan, pemicunya adalah Wabah COVID-19 sehingga banyak tenaga kerja yang di PHK dan menyebabkan kemiskinan. Usaha yang dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan ini yaitu meningkatkan Sumber Daya Mahasiswa yang berminat untuk Berwirausaha. Di fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang ada Pembelajaran yang menunjang minat berwirausaha yaitu Mata Kuliah Pengalaman Lapangan Industri (PLI). Pada penelitian ini akan di cari Pengaruh PLI terhadap Minat Berwirausah, ini dilakukan untuk melihat nilai-nilai wirausaha yang tumbuh setelah pelaksanaan PLI. Metode penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan Populasi sebanyak 83 orang dari jumlah populasi di ambil 33 orang untuk ujicoba, sedangkan yang 50 orang untuk Penelitian, Teknik sampling (simple random sampling). Hasil penelitian adanya pengaruh siknifikan antar variabel, 84% Pelaksanaan PLI, Minat Berwirausaha 77% dan Pengaruh PLI terhadap Minat Berwirausaha 28,4%.

English is still regarded as a difficult lesson by most of the students, so student’s learning achievement in English is low. The Purpose of this research determines The effects of Learning Motivation Towards Student’s Learning Achievement in English at Kota Tangerang Selatan. The research method used is survey method. Sample size as many as 90 students from SMP Negeri 4 represents International Designed Rating School, SMP Negeri 11 represents National Rating School and SMP Negeri 6 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Data Collection carried out by interview, giving questionnaires and carrying out learning achievement in English test. The research  is conducted in May 2012.Research results show learning motivation variable has significant effects towards students’ learning achievement in English. Research results state there is the effects of learning motivation towards student’s learning achievement in English of class VIII SMP Negeri Kota Tangerang Selatan From the research results, it can be concluded that each increase in learning motivation by one unit will be followed by changing in one unit of student achievement in English as well. Suggestions that can be conveyed are to increase learning motivation, many things can be done, including by giving awards to outstanding students.
