The research was conducted at the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta by survey research method. Students of research respondent are 50 people, selected based on simple random sampling and proportional sampling. The instrument uses questionnaire of learning achievement as the dependent variable, while the questionnaire instrument of learning motivation and interpersonal intelligence were used as the independent variable. Research instrument is validated by product moment correlation formula, whereas reliability is measured by Alpha Cronbach formula. Research method used in this research is Explanatory Survey Method. Data analysis technique used in this research is Regression Analysis Modelto find out the influence ofindependent variable with the dependent variable. Statistical test using t-test. Data analysis using correlation and regression technique (simple and plural). From the result of the study found that : (1) there is a significant influence between learning motivation on learning achievement of IPS at the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta (r=0,834 and Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,219X1). (2) there is significant influence between interpersonal intelligence on learning achievement of IPS in the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta (r = 0,834 dan Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,197X2). (3) there is significant influence between Learning Motivationand Interpersonal Intelligence together with Learning Achievement of IPS in the state SMP in Kecamatan Cilandak South Jakarta. Keywords: Learning motivation, Interpersonal intelligence, Prestasi Belajar Penelitian dilaksanakanpada SMPNegeridi Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan, dengan metode penelitian survei. Responden penelitian siswa berjumlah 50 orang, dipilih berdasarkan teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling) dan proporsional sampling. Instrumen menggunakan angket prestasi belajar sebagai variabel terikat, sedangkan instrument angket motivasi belajar dan angket kecerdasan interpersonal sebagai variabel bebas. Instrumen penelitian divalidasi dengan rumus korelasi product moment, sedangkan reliabilitas diukur dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Explanatory Survey Method, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Analisis Regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Uji statistika menggunakan uji-t. Analisisdatamenggunakanteknikkorelasidanregresi(sederhana & jamak).Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang berarti antara motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPS pada SMP Negeri di kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan (r = 0,834 dan Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,219X1). (2) terdapat pengaruh yang berarti antara kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap prestasi belajar IPS SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan (r = 0,834 dan Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,197X2). (3) terdapat pengaruh yang berarti antara Motivasi Belajar dan Kecerdasan Interpersonal bersama-sama terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan. Proses pembelajaran dalam kurikulum 2013 yang belum secara penuh dipahami oleh guru mengakibatkan kurang menarik perhatian peserta didik yang berakibat pada menurunnya motivasi belajar dan berimbas pada rendahnya hasil belajar. Penggunaan pendekatan saintifik dengan tepat dipandang dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menekankan pada pengaruh pendekatan saintifik dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an-Hadist. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik di MTs Negeri se Kabupaten Trenggalek. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 104 peserta didik. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi dan analisis inferensial. Dari hasil penelitian ini, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pendekatan saintifik dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an-Hadist di MTs Negeri se Kabupaten Trenggalek. Pendekatan saintifik memberi pengaruh sebesar 18,7% dan motivasi belajar memberikan pengaruh sebesar 17,8%. Secara bersama-sama terdapat interaksi yang positif dan signifikan antara pendekatan saintifik dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 21,5%. The learning process in kurikulum 2013 that has not been fully understood by the teacher results in less attracting the attention of students which results in a decrease in learning motivation and an impact on the low learning outcomes. The use of a scientific approach is rightly seen to have an influence on motivation and can improve learning outcomes. This study emphasizes the influence of the scientific approach and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Al-Qur'an-Hadist. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were all students MTsN in Trenggalek Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 104 students. Data analysis used is description analysis and inferential analysis. From the results of this study, there is a positive and significant influence between the scientific approach and learning motivation towards the learning outcomes of the Al-Qur'an-Hadist subjects in MTsN Trenggalek Regency. The scientific approach has an effect of 18.7% and learning motivation has an effect of 17.8%. Together there is a positive and significant interaction between the scientific approach and learning motivation towards student learning outcomes of 21.5%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parents' attention on learning achievement in English, the effect of learning motivation on learning achievement in English and to determine the effect of parents' attention and motivation to learn on learning achievement in English simultaneously. The research method used was a survey. The sample size was 52 students; with the sampling technique used was random sampling. Hypothesis testing uses 2-way ANOVA test. The results showed that there was a significant influence of parents' attention and motivation to learn together on students' English learning achievement at MTsN 6 East Jakarta, as evidenced by the value of Sig = 0,000 < 0.05 and F count = 26.255. There was a significant influence of parents’ attention on students' English learning achievement at MTsN 6 East Jakarta, as evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.001 < 0.05 and t arithmetic = 3.380. There was a significant influence of learning motivation on students' English learning achievement in MTsN 6 East Jakarta, as evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.004 < 0.05. Parental attention and learning motivation had a significant effect on learning achievement.

<p>The aim of this research is to know the influence of adversity quotient of the <br />students toward the learning result (achievement) in junior high school in Jakarta. The research method which was used in the research is survey method. The population of research is all students in junior high school 217 Jakarta. Samples are taken by simple random sampling, consisted of 53 students. The research instrument is adversity quotient of the students and mathematics learning achievement that have been validated. Data analysis employed regretion correlation. The hypothesis testing resulted conclution: there positive correlation of adversity quotient of the students toward the mathematics learning <br />achievement. <br /> <br /><br /></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of workability and workload on the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta. This research method uses survey techniques with quantitative and correlational approaches with a sampling technique of 32 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling and data analysis techniques to use multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research that has been done shows that the ability of workers to the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, strong and significant effect, this means that the effectiveness of employee work is determined by workability. Workload variable on the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, moderate and significant influence, this means that the effectiveness of employee work is determined by the workload. Variable workability and workload together on employee work effectiveness in East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, strong, and significant influence. This means that together the effectiveness of employee work is determined by workability and workload.

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. This research was conducted with the aim to be achieved, namely to find out how much influence online learning has on the learning motivation of 8th and 9th grade students in Islamic religious education subjects at SMP Plus Al-Ijtihad 2 Kutabaru, Pasar Kemis Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. A method that describes a phenomenon in the field with a data analysis approach. The instrument in this study is to use a questionnaire (questionnaire) and interviews as a source of data. And the sample used in the study used systematic random sampling. Respondents of this study amounted to 54 students. Based on the results of data processing and discussion that the effect of online learning on the motivation of students in Islamic religious education subjects can be proven by calculating the Product Moment correlation, the result is 0.557. In variable X online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and variable Y student learning motivation in the PAI folder, there is an influence between variables X and Y, the correlation is moderate/sufficient in the coefficient interval 0.40-0.599. So it can be concluded that the effect of online learning on students' learning motivation in PAI subjects is 31.0% and the remaining 69.0% is influenced by other factors which may be family environment factors, the environment between friends and so on.

This research aimed at knowing the influence of teacher’s profesionalisme and learning motivation and both of them toward students’ mathematic learning achievement at the seventh grade. The research population was all of the seventh grade of SMP Islam Terpadu Insan Robbani Kotabumi consisting of 3 class and 105 students. The sampel was a class wich consist of 35 studen that taken by using cluster random sampling and gotten VIIB as sampel class. Data collecting technique was done using a questionnaire for the teacher’s profesionalisme level and learning motivation data, while a test was used to measure the data of students’ mathematic learning achievement. Furthermore, the items analysis was done using validity, reliability, and discrimination power. Meanwhile, Hypotheses test was done using product moment and regression formula. The reserach resultshows that: 1) Teacher’s profesionalisme gives positive and significant influence on students’ mathematic learning achievement. 2) The learning motivation alsogives positive and significant influence on their mathematic learning achievement. 3) Teacher’s profesionalisme and learning motivation give positive and significant influence on students’ mathematic learning achievement.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

This research aims to analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence and interest in learning on student achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This research method uses explanatory survey method. The number of respondents are 51 students from grade X of Office Administration skill program at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression and product moment correlation. The results of this research showed that intellectual intelligence and interest in learning have a positive and significant influence on student achievement.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual dan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. This shows that service quality has an important role so that service delivery can provide results in accordance with what patients expect
