Research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the pedagogic competence by PAK teacher on the cognitive realm of grade X students SMK Negeri 1 Pangaribuan year of learning 2019/2020.This research is a correlational study using the descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The population is the entire class of X S MK Negeri 1 Pangaribuan, a Christian Protestant number of 144 people. Sampling using the Random Sampling technique of 25% of the population is 36 people. The research instrument is a closed poll. Analysis result of value of Rxy = 0,548 Rtabel = 0,329 and Thitung = 3,820 Ttabel = 2,042 indicates that there is a relationship between pedagogic competence by Guru PAK to the cognitive realm of grade X students SMK Negeri 1 year of learning 2019/2020 and obtaining a sense of simple regression equation is.Hypothesis Test Obtained fcount = 14,682 Ftabel = 2.09 then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. This research concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the pedagogic competence by PAK teacher on the cognitive realm of grade X students SMK Negeri 1 Pangaribuan year of learning 2019/2020 of 30.03%. This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence on the implementation of Sidi catechism on the maturity of faith in shaping the maturity of the GKPPD KutaKerangan church. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the implementation of Sidi catechism on the maturity of adolescent faith GKPPD KutaKerangan Resort KutaKerangan in 2019. This research is a correlational study using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The population is all teenagers GKPPD KutaKerangan Resort KutaKerangan in 2019 totaling 160 people. Samples were taken 22% from 160 people = 36 people. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire. The results of the analysis of the value of rxy = 0.434rtable = 0.329 and tcount = 2.809ttable = 2.042 indicate that there is a relationship the implementation of the Sidi catechization with adolescent faith maturity and obtaining the significance of a simple regression equation. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount = 7.853Ftable = 1.62 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This study concludes that the implementation of the Sidi catechism affects adolescent faith maturity by 18.83%. In connection with the results of this study, The author provides input for observers, especially leaders and elders of the church to improve the implementation of the Sidi catechization so that the youth's faith grows into adulthood.Keywords: Implementation of Sidi Catechism, Adolescent Faith Maturity.

AbstractThe research hypothesis is related to the positive and significant use of Instagram and WhatsApp on the creativity of students of Tarutung's IAKN Theology study program in 2019.The research used a descriptive quantitative inferential techniques, with population its all 2019/2020 Academic Year Theology Study Program students departing 206 people. Sampling using Random Sampling technique by 20% of the population of 41 people.The results of the analysis of rxy = 0.537 rtable = 0.308 and tcount = 3.973 ttable = 2.021 show that there is a relationship between Instagram and WhatsApp use with the creativity of students with Tarurung IAKN Theology Theology study program in 2019 and obtain the significance of a simple regression equation. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri serta pola asuh orang tua terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa PGSD kelas IVE dan IVF dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 56 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik korelasi, regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05.Hasil penelitian menghasilkan tiga kesimpulan yaitu Pertama, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara konsep diri terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi ry1 = 0,596 dan persamaan regresi . Kedua, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi ry2= 0,482 dan persamaan regresi . Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara konsep diri dan pola asuh orang tua terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi ry.12= 0,510 dan persamaan regresi . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar mahasiswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui konsep diri dan pola asuh orang tua.Kata Kunci: Konsep Diri, Pola Asuh Orang Tua, Kemandirian Belajar Mahasiswa, PGSDABSTRACTThis research to study the influence self-concept and parenting pattern toward student learning independence. The research applied to PGSD students at IVE and IVF classes with 56 total samples, take with the saturation sampling technique. The conducted survey was using the causality approach. The technique data analysis used is the correlation statistical test, simple regression and double liniear regression. The hypothesis testing managed at the 0,05 significant rate. The research dispatched three conclusions: First, there is a possitive and significant influence between self-concept toward student learning independence with the correlation coefficient rxy = 59,6 and the regression equation . Second, there is a positive and significant influence between parenting pattern toward student learning independence with the correlation coefficient of rxy = 48,2 and the regression equation of . Third, there is a positive and significant influence together between self-concept and parenting pattern toward student learning independence with the correlation coefficient of rxy = 51,0 and the regression equation of . Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui besarnya pengaruh pembelajaran daring dengan metode problem solving terhadap minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen  siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021. Hipotesis penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikanantara pembelajaran daring dengan metode problem solving terhadap minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen  siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaranyang beragama Kristen Protestan Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021 sebanyak 216 orang Pengambilan sampel secara acak (random sampling) yaitu 20%yaitu42orang. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah berupa angket tertutup.Hasil analisis nilai rhitung=0,639rtabel=0,304 dan thitung=5,254ttabel=2,021 menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara pembelajaran daring dengan metode problem solvingdengan minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen  siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021 dan memperoleh keberartian persamaan regresi sederhana yaitu . Uji hipotesis diperoleh Fhitung=27,598Ftabel=1,51makaH0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikanantara pembelajaran daring dengan metode problem solving terhadap minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen  siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021 sebesar 40,83%. Sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian ini, penulis memberi bahan masukan bagi guru PAK untuk meningkatkan penerapan metode problem solvingdalam pembelajaran daring supaya minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen siswa meningkat. Kata Kunci:   Metode Problem Solving, Minat Belajar. Abstract. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between online learning with problem solving methods on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education in class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran in the 2020/2021 learning year.This research is a correlational study using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The population was all 216 students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaranyang who are Protestant Christians in the 2020/2021 academic year. Random sampling was 20%, namely 42 people. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire.The results of the analysis of the value of rhitung = 0.639 rtabel = 0.304 and tcount = 5.254 t table = 2.021 showed that there was a relationship between online learning and problem solving methods with the interest in learning Christian Religious Education in class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran in the 2020/2021 learning year and the meaning of the equation simple regression ie. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount = 27.598 Ftable = 1.51, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This study concludes that there is a positive and significant influence between online learning with problem solving methods on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education in class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran for the 2020/2021 academic year of 40.83%. Problems that exist in PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Solok Sakato is lack of motivation, as well as the lack of employee working ability is suspected to be the cause of low employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Training on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Solok Sakato. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Solok Sakato. This research was conducted on September to October 2017 which amounted to 18 respondents, all employees are used as sample research, sampling technique using total sampling technique means that the whole population is sampled. The research instrument used questionnaire with Likert Scale model, while the data analysis technique is simple regression. The effect of correlation (R) is 0.463, that is, there is moderate and positive relationship between training to performance and determination coefficient value or R square (R2) 0,215 meaning tha0t training contribution to performance is 0,215 or 21,5% and equal to 78,5%. Impact of training on performance with regression equation Y = 46,591 + 0,407 x It means that every increase of value Training one unit then performance will increase 0,407 unit and vice versa if training value minus one unit then performance will decrease 0,407. Whereas if the value of training is assumed to be zero or absent, then the performance remains at 46,591 units. Training that has been given to employees at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Solok Sakato, in order to complete the work in each part. Employee performance at PT. People's Credit Bank Solok Sakato, which has been well maintained or further enhanced

The purpose of this articel is to analyze the effect Perseption of students about Effectivity of The Educational Internship Experience Program (PPLK) towards the readiness becoming a teacher. This type of the research is descriptive quantitative. The population of research is the economics students July to December 2017 period. The sample is 40 students that be selected from total 66 students by using Slovin formula with Insidential Random Sampling technique. The data collected by using the questionnaire. The instrument t is tested by using validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed by using descriptive and inductive (inferensial) analyze which is the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test is analyzed by using simple regression, determination coefficient and F experiment with α=0.05. The result of this research has showed that there has been a significant perseption of students about effectivity of the educational internship experience program PPLK to the readiness become a teacher, it has showed by the significant of 0,008 < 0,05 and TCR perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK variable (x) at 75,79%. Both TCR for variables of perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK and readiness become a teacher are determined in a good category. It has indicated that PPLK has contributed to the readness become a teacher. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that students are able to provide apperception the beginning of learning because with the provision of apperception the learning will be more directed and students must be able to adapt the new environment.Keywords: Perseption , Effectivity, Educational Experience Program , Readiness Becoming a Teacher

This study aims to determine the effect of variable vocabulary and reading comprehension skills of argument essay writing. Method used is the method of survey with a sample of students of 40 students were taken by random sampling technique from Tunas High School Jaka Sampurna in Bekasi. Data collection using the validated test instrument. Regression equation Y ̂=1,079+0,385X_1 wich means that if the students vocabulary mastery is ignoed, then the ability to write arguments for 1,079. Every adding one point to the vocabulary it will add the ability to write the argument of 0,385 point. Regression equation Y ̂=1,079+0,355X_2 whic means that if reading comprehension is ignored, then the argument of 1,079 skill writing, meaning the reading comprehension is ignored then the ability to write arguments. For each additional 1,079 points in reading comprehension, reading comprehension will add 0,353 points. It can be concluden that the vocabulary and reading comprehension together affect 23,4% of the writing skills of argumentation percent of the value. (koef determinate R2 = 0,234 with the value of the test F = 5,665.

The research aim to examine and analyze the effect of perception of use, perception of ease, security and confidentiality to use of e-filing of the corporate taxpayer. The population in this study the number of taxpayers registered in the Tax Office Pratama Raba Bima which consists of Dompu Regency, Bima and Bima City amounted to 350 corporate taxpayers. The sampling technique is done by proportional stratified random sampling of 75 taxpayers. The research instrument is in the form of questionnaire and the data is analyzed with Smart PLS 2.0. The results showed that perception of use, perception of ease, security and confidentiality have positive and significant effect on the use of e-filing.

ABSTRACT, Posyandu is one form of UKBM (Community Based Health Effort) is best known by the community. Health behavior is a response of a person (organism) to stimuli or objects related to Knowledge (Knowlegde), Attitude (attitude), and action. The purpose of this study is to find out the description of the behavior of mothers who have a toddler in the utilization of posyandu dikampung srigading Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam Siak regency. The type of this research is descriptive by using random sampling technique. The research instrument used questionnaire. Respondents of this research mother who has a toddler in Kampung Sri Gading Kecamatan Lubuk In Siak regency as many as 60 respondents. This study was conducted on June 10 to June 28, 2018. The results of this study in general knowledge level in mothers who have a toddler in the category Good as many as 59 people (98.34%), Enough as much as 1 person (1.67%) and Less as much 0 people (0%). The results of this study in general about attitudes in mothers who have toddlers can be categorized Positive as many as 51 people (85%), Negative as many as 9 people (15%). The results of this study in general about the action on mothers with toddlers can be categorized Good as many as 53 people (88.34%), Not Good as many as 7 people (11.67%). Based on the results of general research on knowledge of mothers who have a toddler in pemgunan posyandu in good category, that is as much as 59 people (98,34). About the attitude of mother who has toddler in posyandu utilization in positive category, that is 51 people (85%). About the actions of mothers who have children under five in the use of posyandu in good category, that is as many as 53 people (88.34%). It is expected that mothers with toddlers to improve the posyandu activities again. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik penelitianRandom Sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini Ibu yang memiliki balita di Kampung Sri Gading Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak sebanyak 60 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 10 Juni – 28 Juni 2018. Hasil penelitian ini secara umum tingkat pengetahuan pada ibu yang memiliki balita dalam kategori Baik sebanyak 59 orang (98,34%), Cukup sebanyak 1 orang (1,67%) dan Kurang sebanyak 0 orang (0%).Hasil penelitian ini secara umum tentang sikap  pada ibu yang memiliki balita dapat dikategorikan Positif sebanyak 51 orang (85%), Negatif sebanyak 9 orang (15%). Hasil penelitian ini secara umum tentang tindakan  pada ibu yang memiliki balita dapat dikategorikan Baik sebanyak 53 orang (88,34%), Tidak Baik sebanyak 7 orang (11,67%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara umum tentang pengetahuan pada ibu yang memiliki balita dalam pemanfaatn posyandu dalam kategori baik, yaitu sebanyak 59 orang (98,34). Tentang sikap ibu yang memiliki balita dalam pemanfaatan posyandu dalam kategori positif, yaitu sebanyak 51 orang (85%). Tentang tindakan pada ibu yang memiliki balita dalam pemanfaatan posyandu dalam kategori baik, yaitu sebanyak 53 orang (88,34%).Diharapkan kepada ibu yang memiliki balita untuk meningkatkan lagi kegiatan posyandu.
