This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence on the implementation of Sidi catechism on the maturity of faith in shaping the maturity of the GKPPD KutaKerangan church. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the implementation of Sidi catechism on the maturity of adolescent faith GKPPD KutaKerangan Resort KutaKerangan in 2019. This research is a correlational study using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The population is all teenagers GKPPD KutaKerangan Resort KutaKerangan in 2019 totaling 160 people. Samples were taken 22% from 160 people = 36 people. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire. The results of the analysis of the value of rxy = 0.434rtable = 0.329 and tcount = 2.809ttable = 2.042 indicate that there is a relationship the implementation of the Sidi catechization with adolescent faith maturity and obtaining the significance of a simple regression equation. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount = 7.853Ftable = 1.62 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This study concludes that the implementation of the Sidi catechism affects adolescent faith maturity by 18.83%. In connection with the results of this study, The author provides input for observers, especially leaders and elders of the church to improve the implementation of the Sidi catechization so that the youth's faith grows into adulthood.Keywords: Implementation of Sidi Catechism, Adolescent Faith Maturity.

Research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the pedagogic competence by PAK teacher on the cognitive realm of grade X students SMK Negeri 1 Pangaribuan year of learning 2019/2020.This research is a correlational study using the descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The population is the entire class of X S MK Negeri 1 Pangaribuan, a Christian Protestant number of 144 people. Sampling using the Random Sampling technique of 25% of the population is 36 people. The research instrument is a closed poll. Analysis result of value of Rxy = 0,548 Rtabel = 0,329 and Thitung = 3,820 Ttabel = 2,042 indicates that there is a relationship between pedagogic competence by Guru PAK to the cognitive realm of grade X students SMK Negeri 1 year of learning 2019/2020 and obtaining a sense of simple regression equation is.Hypothesis Test Obtained fcount = 14,682 Ftabel = 2.09 then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. This research concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the pedagogic competence by PAK teacher on the cognitive realm of grade X students SMK Negeri 1 Pangaribuan year of learning 2019/2020 of 30.03%. Abstract,This study aims to determine the influence of the Christian family with the formation of the character of adolescents aged 12-17 years in the Church of GKPI Pagar Beringin, Sipoholon Subdistrict, North Tapanuli Regency in 2019. Research Hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence of Christian families on the character formation of adolescents aged 12-17 years in the GKPI Church of Pingin Beringin, Sipoholon Subdistrict, North Tapanuli Regency in 2019. This research is a quantitative study using inferential statistical techniques.The population is all adolescents aged 12-17 years in the GKPI Pagar Beringin Church numbering 35 people. The sample is the entire population, thus this study is a population study. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire.Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount = 8.494 Ftable = 2.09 then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, namely the positive and significant influence of the Christian family on the formation of the 12-17 year old character. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui besarnya pengaruh pembelajaran daring dengan metode problem solving terhadap minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen  siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021. Hipotesis penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikanantara pembelajaran daring dengan metode problem solving terhadap minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen  siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaranyang beragama Kristen Protestan Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021 sebanyak 216 orang Pengambilan sampel secara acak (random sampling) yaitu 20%yaitu42orang. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah berupa angket tertutup.Hasil analisis nilai rhitung=0,639rtabel=0,304 dan thitung=5,254ttabel=2,021 menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara pembelajaran daring dengan metode problem solvingdengan minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen  siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021 dan memperoleh keberartian persamaan regresi sederhana yaitu . Uji hipotesis diperoleh Fhitung=27,598Ftabel=1,51makaH0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikanantara pembelajaran daring dengan metode problem solving terhadap minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen  siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021 sebesar 40,83%. Sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian ini, penulis memberi bahan masukan bagi guru PAK untuk meningkatkan penerapan metode problem solvingdalam pembelajaran daring supaya minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen siswa meningkat. Kata Kunci:   Metode Problem Solving, Minat Belajar. Abstract. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between online learning with problem solving methods on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education in class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran in the 2020/2021 learning year.This research is a correlational study using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The population was all 216 students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaranyang who are Protestant Christians in the 2020/2021 academic year. Random sampling was 20%, namely 42 people. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire.The results of the analysis of the value of rhitung = 0.639 rtabel = 0.304 and tcount = 5.254 t table = 2.021 showed that there was a relationship between online learning and problem solving methods with the interest in learning Christian Religious Education in class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran in the 2020/2021 learning year and the meaning of the equation simple regression ie. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount = 27.598 Ftable = 1.51, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This study concludes that there is a positive and significant influence between online learning with problem solving methods on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education in class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran for the 2020/2021 academic year of 40.83%. AbstractThe research hypothesis is related to the positive and significant use of Instagram and WhatsApp on the creativity of students of Tarutung's IAKN Theology study program in 2019.The research used a descriptive quantitative inferential techniques, with population its all 2019/2020 Academic Year Theology Study Program students departing 206 people. Sampling using Random Sampling technique by 20% of the population of 41 people.The results of the analysis of rxy = 0.537 rtable = 0.308 and tcount = 3.973 ttable = 2.021 show that there is a relationship between Instagram and WhatsApp use with the creativity of students with Tarurung IAKN Theology Theology study program in 2019 and obtain the significance of a simple regression equation. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga Kristen terhadap perkembangan  moral anak usia 10-12 tahun di HKBP Partalitoruan Resort Hutabarat tahun 2020. Penelitian ini regresi dengan teknik Statistik Deskriptif. Populasi seluruh anak usia 10-12 tahun di HKBP Partalitoruan Resort Hutabarat tahun 2020 yaitu 40 orang. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh populasi. Instrumen penelitian angket tertutup. Nilai rhitung=0,708 rtabel=0,312 dan thitung=6,180 ttabel=2,021 menunjukkan adanya hubungan lingkungan keluarga Kristen dengan perkembangan moral anak dan persamaan regresi . Diperoleh Fhitung=38,038Ftabel=1,51 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga Kristen terhadap perkembangan moral anak usia 10-12 tahun di HKBP Partalitoruan Resort Hutabarat tahun 2020 sebesar 50,12%.Kata Kunci:  lingkungan keluarga kristen, perkembangan moral anak. AbstractThe aim of study was to determine the effect of the Christian family environment on children  moral development of aged 10-12 years at HKBP Partalitoruan Resort Hutabarat in 2020. This study used regression with descriptive statistical techniques. The population were 40 participants, all children who aged 10-12 years at HKBP Partalitoruan Resort Hutabarat in 2020. The research sample was the entire population. The study used closed questionnaire as research instrument. The statistic calculation showed that value of rcount was greater than ttable  (0.708 0.312)  and tcount was higher than ttable (6.180 2.021) indicated that there was a relationship between the Christian family environment and children moral development. The regression equation was obtained that value of Fcount  was greater than Ftable  (38.038 1.51) then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. It means there was a positive and significant effect between the Christian family environment on children moral development of aged 10-12 years at HKBP Partalitoruan Resort Hutabarat in 2020. True education is the responsibility of parents and teachers. Most parents have high expectations and make the school the foundation of their children's success. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the school environment on the learning outcomes of students of class IX social science at SMA Negeri 6 Takalar. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach by going through several stages of analysis testing, namely, research instrument testing, prerequisite test analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the school environment had a significant influence on the learning outcomes of students of class IX social science in SMA Negeri 6 Takalar with a contribution of 84.2% while the remaining 15.8% was caused by other factors.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and training on employee performance at PT. Federal International Finance Depok Branch. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach, while to get the data done by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents. The results of work discipline research have a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 33.10%. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable (6.205> 1.991), this is also strengthened by a probability of significance of 0,000 <0.05. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is an influence of work discipline on employee performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 44.7%. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable (7.939> 1.991), this is also strengthened with a significance probability of 0,000 <0.05. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is an influence of training on employee performance. Work discipline and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 10.884 + 0.247X1 + 0.495X2. These results indicate the coefficient of work discipline variables of 0.247 and training of 0.495, all variables are positive meaning that the better discipline and training, the better the performance of employees. The contribution of the influence of work discipline and training was 50.3% while the remaining 49.7% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount> Ftable (46,364> 3,100) this is reinforced by the F-Probability significance of 0,000 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and training simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. One of the organizational resources that has an important role in achieving its goals is human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and training on employee performance at PT. Transkom Indonesia in Tangerang. The method used is a descriptive method with an associative approach, while to get the data done by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents. The results of work discipline research have a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 35.0%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table (6.887> 1.987). Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 45.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table (8.578> 1.987). Work discipline and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 10.908 + 0.262X1 + 0.479X2. These results indicate the coefficient of work discipline variables of 0.262 and training of 0.479, all variables are positive meaning that the better discipline and training, the better the performance of employees. The contribution of the influence of work discipline and training was 51.6% while the remaining 48.4% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count> F table (46,364> 3,100), thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and simultaneous training on the performance of Transkom Indonesia employees in Tangerang.

This research aims to determine the influence of the Model of Quantum Learning on the students’ motivation to learn Christian Religion Education of grade VIII in SMP Negeri 1 Sipahutar 2019/2020. Research hypothesis is: there is the influence of the Model of Quantum Learning on the students’ motivation to learn Christian Religion Education of grade VIII in SMP Negeri 1 Sipahutar 2019/2020.This research is a correlational study that uses an inferential quantitative method. The population is Christian students of grade VIII in SMP Negeri 1 Sipahutar numbering 256 people. Samples were taken 20% of 256 people = 51 people. The research instrument is a closed poll.Results of analysis shows that r2 = 0,605 0, 297and Tcount = 5.320 2.021 indicating that there is an influence of the Model of Quantum Learning on the students’ motivation to learn Christian Religion Education of grade VIII in SMP Negeri 1 Sipahutar 2019/2020. The hypothesis test obtained fcount = 20,753 1.51 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
