This study describes teacher performance by quantifying every detail of teacher activity. This research results from a case study conducted for eight months in elementary school. The research focuses on the workload of primary school teachers. This research data collection through observation, interviews, and document review. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 18 Maroangin and SD Islam Terpadu Madan Insan Palopo City, South Sulawesi Province. The study results are as follows: (1) Based on the implementation time, to complete all tasks, the workload of elementary school teachers takes 17 hours a day. Therefore, it equates to 102 hours per week. In this case, the teacher experiences an "overload" workload. (2) The professionalism of primary school teachers is a challenge for education in Indonesia. In addition to the limited ability of teacher resources.

The purpose of this study is mainly to describe the performance of primary school teachersin the unit of education technical implementation in Banyumanik, Semarang. This researchwas conducted in January- August 2017. The sample of this research is 162 primaryschool teachers selected by random sampling technique in order to get the same opportunityas sample. The instruments used in this study were the assessment sheets, the RatingSheet consisted of 64 items of question, and 3 indicators of Primary School TeacherPerformance. The results show that each of Implementation of lesson plans is categorizedvery well (90, 9%), the execution of the learning is 83.4%, assessment of learning is good(82.8%). The Overall performance of primary school teachers is categorized good( 85 , 7 % ). In other words, the primary school teachers of the unit of education technicalimplementation in Banyumanik Semarang can arrange the lesson plans, carry out learningand teaching process and assess the learning process in elementary school.

<em>The purpose of this service is to train primary school teachers in Surakarta city to have the ability to optimize the role of a teacher to involve parents and the community in the implementation of learning so that specifically this activity aims to train teachers to have the ability to compile contact books and worksheets. The method used in this service begins the Workshop, Practices, and Implementation. In conducting this training, subjects were asked to work on tests related to the preparation of connection books and worksheets for elementary school teachers. Analysis of the data used is pre-test and post-test. The results of this activity were an increase in teacher's knowledge and understanding of the preparation of connection books and worksheets</em>

This is elementary school teacher training to solve mathematics olympiad problems in Bulukumba district. The purpose of this training is to (1) provide information about mathematics olympiad in Indonesia (2) training teacher to solve mathematics olympiad problems, and (3) motivate  primary teachers to conduct olympiad class in their school.  The method is divided into two, namely the presentation and the independent tasks. The presentation focuses on the types of math competitions and the types of Olympic problems. Independent task aims to create and solve mathematics Olympiad problems for elementary school level. In addition, motivation was also being concerned in this training. The teachers were expected to use the problems in their mathematics class and also to identify students who potentially have ability join in mathematics competition. Abstrak Pengabdian ini berupa pelatihan olimpiade matematika tingkat Sekolah Dasar yang diperuntukkan bagi Guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk (1) memberikan pengetahuan terkait pelaksanaan olimpiade matematika di Indonesia (2) memberikan pemahaman terkait soal-soal olimpiade matematika, dan (3) memberikan motivasi kepada guru untuk melakukan pembimbingan olimpiade. Metode pelaksanaan terbagi atas dua yakni metode ceramah dan metode kerja mandiri. Metode ceramah berfokus kepada materi tentang jenis jenis kompetisi matematika dan jenis jenis soal olimpiade. Kerja mandiri bertujuan untuk membuat dan menyelesaikan soal olimpiade matematika tingkat SD. Selain itu, motivasi juga diberikan agar guru dapat mengadopsi soal tersbeut dalam kegiatan pembelajaran serta mencari bibit unggul yang dapat diikutkan untuk berkompetisi.

The study aimed to reveal attitudes in primary school teachers and their female teachers in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer educational district in Kuwait towards the teaching profession in light of some variables. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher chose a random sample consisting of (400) teachers, and the researcher also designed a questionnaire consisting of (50) A paragraph that was judged, and the necessary honesty and consistency were given to it. The study found that all members of the study sample had a negative attitude towards the teaching profession and found no statistically significant difference between the average grades of primary school teachers and their teachers according to their literary and scientific specializations in the direction towards the teaching profession. In contrast, the study results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the average grades of teachers and the degrees of teachers towards the teaching profession and for the benefit of female teachers. The results also showed statistically significant differences for years of experience and in favor of those with experience (less than five years) in the direction towards the teaching profession. Therefore, the study recommended that the opportunity for teachers with long experience be given encouraging opportunities, motivation, and working to inform them of their importance, assigning them to tasks that satisfy their needs and desires, as well as spreading the spirit of respect for the teaching profession in the hearts of members of society as well as in the hearts of teachers who practice the profession of teaching.   Received: 2 September 2021 / Accepted: 30 October 2021 / Published: 5 November 2021

The purpose of this article is to find out the perceptions of primary school teachers on the use of Swishmax applications for the development of instructional media. Teachers' perceptions of the use of Swishmax applications for the development of instructional media are closely related to student learning achievement. Learning media generated with Swishmax applications that match the students' wishes will keep them motivated in learning. This article analyzes the data done descriptively. The data obtained in this article comes from questionnaire data and unstructured interview data. The result of this article is the perception of Swishmax's use for the development of instructional media by elementary school teachers in positive category. The purpose of the desired activity is to introduce ways of using and making reading media and the application of lead reading strategies for elementary school teachers in Kabupaten Bantaeng because most primary school teachers have difficulty in making media read and implementing appropriate strategies for students regarding reading. This is due to the lack of media availability and how to use it is not equipped. The method used in the service is the delivery of material in lectures and demonstrations, the practice of making teaching aids by the participants, and the practice of using the teaching aids by groups of participants. This article focuses on the coordination of the work of language cycle teachers in the context of the formation of natural learning bilingualism. Models of interaction of teachers in elementary school set in our study, the most effective, in our opinion, form of bilingual education is revealed – «One teacher is one language». The essence of this model lies in the fact that the teacher of the Russian language works closely with the teacher of the Crimean Tatar language and they synchronize the formation of basic universal bilingual learning activities for the students.

Information literacy is a skill needed to search, analyze and utilize information. So that information literacy is a very important ability that is owned by a person, especially in the world of education, in this case elementary school teachers because at this time all people are faced with various types of information resources that are developing very rapidly, but not necessarily all the information that is available and created can be trusted and in accordance with the information needs of information seekers. Based on direct observations made by the team proposing the Community Partnership Program (PKM) in partner primary schools found data and information that the information literacy skills of elementary school teachers are still below the standards of the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL). This information literacy standard lists a number of abilities used in determining a person's ability to understandinformation. Seeing the problem of information literacy ability of partner elementary school teachers is still below the ACRL standard, the proposer team will utilize multimedia as one solution to improve information literacy skills of partner primary school teachers. The advantage of using multimedia the most prominent is interactivity which means that this media inherently forces users to interact with the material. This interaction varies from the simplest to the complex. This program will be implemented for elementary school teachers in Aceh Besar District. The objectives of this program are (1) through this mentoring activity it is believed that it can increase the repertoire of knowledge of primary school teachers regarding information literacy capacity building programs, (2) Through mentoring activities will improve elementary school teacher information literacy skills based on the standards of the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) through multimedia utilization. (3) Develop the skills of elementary school teachers in designing simple information literacy media that are easy to make and applicable to the learning presented.   Abstrak Literasi informasi merupakan suatu keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk mencari, menganalisis dan memanfaatkan informasi. Sehingga literasi informasi merupakan kemampuan yang sangat penting dimiliki seseorang terutama pada dunia pendidikan, dalam hal ini guru sekolah dasar karena pada saat ini semua orang dihadapkan dengan berbagai jenis sumber informasi yang berkembang sangat pesat, namun belum tentu semua informasi yang ada dan diciptakan tersebut dapat dipercaya dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan informasi para pencari informasi. Berdasarkan observasi secara langsung yang dilakukan oleh tim pengusul Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) pada sekolah dasar mitra ditemukan data dan informasi bahwa kemampuan literasi informasi guru sekolah dasar masih dibawah standar Association Of College and Research Libraries (ACRL). Standar literasi informasi ini berisi daftar sejumlah kemampuan yang digunakan dalam menentukan kemampuan seseorang dalam memahami informasi. Melihat permasalahan kemampuan literasi informasi guru sekolah dasar mitra masih dibawah standar ACRL tersebut, maka tim pengusul akan memanfaatkan multimedia sebagai salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi informasi guru sekolah dasar mitra. Keunggulan dari pemanfaatan multimedia yang paling menonjol adalah interaktivitas yang artinya media ini secara inheren memaksa pengguna untuk berinteraksi dengan materi. Interaksi ini bervariasi dari yang paling sederhana hingga yang kompleks. Program ini akan dilaksanakan pada guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Adapun tujuan dari program ini adalah (1) Melalui kegiatan pendampingan ini diyakni dapat menambah khasanah pengetahuan guru sekolah dasar mengenai program peningkatan kemampuan literasi informasi, (2) Melalui kegiatan pendampingan akan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi informasi guru sekolah dasar berdasarkan standar Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) melalui pemanfaatan multimedia. (3) Mengembangkan keterampilan guru sekolah dasar dalam mendesain media literasi infromasi sederhana yang mudah dibuat dan aplikatif dengan pembelajaran yang disajikan. The article reveals primary school teachers’ approach towards advantages and disadvantages of information and communication technologies, their influence to children education as well as teacher experience in the application of ICT technologies in primary education and opportunities of teachers in the development of professional competence. Qualitative study (structured interview) was carried out which involved the teachers of 1 – 4 forms more than four years actively using ICT in the classroom. According to the teachers, Content analysis of the study results revealed essential  factors and potential ways of more efficient use of ICT in primary education, i. e .improvement of teachers’ special professional competence (knowledge, skills and ability to use various ICT tools in the classroom, identification of special needs of primary school children, linking the development of formal and informal needs, etc.), personal viewpoint to ICT in social life, the shortage of ICT tools in primary school.

<p class="2M-body">This work is a summary of the postgraduate thesis carried out at the Department of Primary Education, Democritus University of Thrace, so as to explore the issue of school indiscipline from both theoretical and empirical terms. In previous years, inappropriate behaviors were dealt with severely painful means, but at present the above methods have been banned and replaced with other interventionist actions, each of which has a different degree of efficacy to the unruly child. Lately, however, greater emphasis is given on preventing incidents of disobedience, a project that depends on various factors. Finally, research was conducted on a sample of 192 primary school teachers in the prefecture of Serres, whose answers were correlated with the variable “gender”.</p>
