The success of an organization can not be separated from the quality leader, because a quality leader was able to utilize existing resources within the company, have the ability to direct the activities of subordinates that led, in anticipation of any changes that occur suddenly, it can correct any weaknesses No, could bring the organization to the agreed goals within a predetermined time. Especially for government agencies, particularly in the health sector providing motivation to employees should be continued. This meant that attitude, loyalty and commitment to the Pusakajaya district office increases so that every job will be easier to be completed on time and on target  The problems in this study is whether the motivation and leadership significant effect on the performance of employees at Pusakajaya district office Subang? and whether the motivation and leadership partially significant effect on the performance of employees at Pusakajaya district office Subang? The sampling technique systematic method of proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques multiple linear regression analysis  This research resulted in the conclusion that the motivation and leadership together a significant effect on the performance of employees at Pusakajaya district office Subang. These results can be seen from the F count of 30,650 with a significance level of 0.000, which is smaller than α (0.000 0.050). The influence of work motivation and leadership to employees performance of 50.5% while the remaining 49.5% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Motivation, and leadership is partially significant effect on the performance of employees at Pusakajaya district office Subang. These results can be seen from the t work motivation of 6.272 with a significance level of 0.006 which is smaller than α (0.000 0.050) and the t variable leadership of 5.906 with a significance level of 0.000, which is smaller than α (0.000 0.050).

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of incentives and motivation on employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Pos Painan. The sampling technique used was tottal sampling, while the number of samples used for the analysis was 35 people. Data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression linear. In this study there are two independent variables, namely incentives and motivation. Variable incentives and motivations have no effect on employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Pos Painan. While the value of determination coefficient in this study was found at 0.387 or equal to 38.7%. These results show that employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Pos Painan can be explained by incentives and work motivation of 38.7%, while the remaining 61.3% allegedly explained by other factors not examined in this study, such as organizational culture, work discipline, and work stress. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that the incentive and motivation variables positively affect employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Pos Painan. This research provides practical recommendations for the management of PT. FIFGROUP Painan Post to continuously strive to improve employee performance in the future.

This study aims to analyze the influence that leadership style directly influences employee performance and work motivation, and can prove that work motivation has a direct effect on employee performance. The next goal is to find out that leadership style indirectly influences employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. PT. XYZ is the object of this research. Determination of the sample is done by accidental sampling technique. The questionnaire was used as a means of collecting data distributed to employees who worked at PT. XYZ were 100 respondents. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Hypothesis testing uses t test and F test. The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance through motivation employee work.

Every staff are stressed at work. Organizational interventions were more effective if they improve management including the organization must be paid attention to all nurse. Nurses’ job stress is one of the factors which influence competitiveness among hospitals. Some factors which directly influence nurses’ job stress are the level of work to family conflict, and work motivation. The objective of this research was to find out and to analyze the influence of work to family conflict and motivation on nurses’ job stress at Wulan Windi Hospital. The research used descriptive quantitative and explanatory research method. The population was 54 nurses at Wulan Windi Hospital, and 43 of them were used as the samples, taken by using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was based on the criteria: the respondents had been married and had children. The data were gathered by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study. Interval scale was used for measuring scales and the data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis, while residual test and interaction test were used for moderating variable. The result of the research, in the first hypothesis, showed that, partially, work to family conflict had positive but significant influence on nurse’ job stress . The result of the second hypothesis showed that, partially, motivation had negative and significant influence on nurses’ job stress. The result of the third hypothesis showed that work to family conflict and motivation had significant influence on nurses’ job stress.  Keywords: Work to Family Conflict, Work Motivation, Nurses’ Job Stress

This study aims to determine the effect of the size of the company, size of the board of commissioners and industrial sensitivity to the disclosure of corporate social responsibility partially and simultaneously. The data of this study were taken from 87 observations. The number of samples used in this study was 29 LQ-45 companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2016. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research showed that size of company significantly influenced the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with significance level by 0,021, while size of board of commissioners did not significantly influence the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with the value of significance by 0,621, but industry sensitivity has significant influence to corporate social responsibility disclosure with a significant value of 0,010. The simultaneous test showed that firm size, board size and industry sensitivity simultaneously and significantly influenced the disclosure of corporate social responsibility significantly by 0,004. The GMS members who have the authority to propose, appoint and dismiss the board of commissioners should consider the candidates of the board of commissioners to be proposed, and the further research should expand the object of research and develop other factors that can affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility such as foreign ownership, growth company, good corporate governance (GCG) practices and several other factors.

This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research is a motor vehicle taxpayer. Meanwhile, the sample in this study is a motor vehicle taxpayer in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique in this research used convience sampling. Respondents in this research amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in research using questionnaires given directly to respondents. Respondents in this study were dominated by male (58 respondents). Whereas female respondents amounted 42 respondents. The analysis techniques in this research used multiple linear regression analysis, with SPSS tools. This study obtained results that perseptions of tax corruption and service quality of tax officers affect taxpayer compliance. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor. Sedangkan, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor yang berada di Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini didominasi oleh laki-laki (58 responden). Sedangkan responden berjenis kelamin perempuan berjumlah 42 responden. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan alat SPSS. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa persepsi korupsi pajak dan kualitas pelayanan petugas pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of supervison, communication and organizational commitment for employee performance on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. The data collection was carried out through questionnaires conducted on 43 employees on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 22. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling method and data testing technique used in this study includes the validity test and reliability test. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing is also conducted to test and to prove the hypothesis in research. Partial tes results (t test) showed t count (1,721) > t table (1,682) and the significance level was 0,043 < 0,05 proved that supervision had a positive and significant effect on work performance, t count (5,578) > t table (1,682) and the level of significance was 0,000 < 0,05 proved that communication had a positive significant effect on work performance, t count (2,610) > t table (1,682)and the level of significance was 0,013 < 0,05 proved that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on achievement work. This research was conducted at PT. Prosperous Indobali Trada all branches in Bali. Data collection is done by questionnaire with saturated sampling technique. The number of employees who become respondents is as many as 46 people. Data Analysis Method used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on company performance. This shows that the greater the leadership style the company will increase. Positive and significant organizational commitment to the company's performance. This shows the higher level of organizational commitment, the higher the company will be. Positive and significant work motivation on company performance. This shows the higher level of work motivation, the higher the increase in the company. More practical data processing through the application of SIA with application programs, but the level of knowledge of human resources in the field of information technology is still limited. In general, the problems of the LPD in Tegallalang District are caused by a lack of quality human resources. The research objective was to determine the effect of employee competency, work motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of accounting information systems in the LPD of Tegallalang District. The study population included LPD in Tegallalang District, which numbered 43 LPD. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample technique. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of employee competency, work motivation, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information systems. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

This study aimed to determine and analyze whether internal communication and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Lubuk Linggau City Health Office employees. The population in this study was all Lubuk Linggau City Health Office employees, amounting to 50 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample technique with 50 respondents that used primary data obtained through questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that internal communication had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Lubuk Linggau City Health Office employees, work discipline had a positive and significant impact on the performance of Lubuk Linggau City Health Office employees, and internal communication and work discipline together had a positive and significant impact on the performance of the Health Office employees. Lubuk Linggau City and internal communication are the most dominant variables affecting the performance of Lubuk Linggau City Health Office employees. It is hoped that internal communication at the Lubuk Linggau City Health Office can continue to evaluate to achieve effective internal communication, and work discipline can be maintained to maintain the institution's stability and harmony.
