El aumento constante de la participación de la mujer en el mercado laboral ha estimulado la generación de diversas investigaciones, hoy en día alrededor del 40% de la micro, pequeña y mediana empresa (MIPYME) en el mundo, son operadas por mujeres. Con base en este contexto y bajo la perspectiva de género, el objetivo de la investigación de la cual deriva este artículo es analizar cuáles son los obstáculos a los cuales se enfrentan las mujeres que dirigen una MYPES en México, si bien el resultado presenta una gama de ocho factores,  este trabajo se enfocará particularmente en el factor nivel escolaridad. Los datos presentados provienen de una investigación con enfoque cualitativo donde se analizaron 1000 casos de empresarias en 20 municipios de 18 estados de la República Mexicana, se lleva a cabo el análisis de este fenómeno al cual se enfrentan estas mujeres, quienes en su mayoría, no se perciben a sí mismas como directivas. Abstract The constant uptick in women’s participation in the labor market, has prompted the production of several research projects. Nowadays, around 40% of the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the world, are operated by women; based on this context the aim of this research is to analyze from a gender perspective, what are the obstacles faced by women who run a MSE in Mexico. Although we found eight factors, this paper will focus on the educational level factor. The data presented comes from an investigation with a qualitative approach where we analyzed 1000 cases of businesswomen in 20 municipalities of 18 states of the Mexican Republic in which we analyze what these women face day to day, who, for the most part, do not they perceive themselves as directors.

This study attempts to narrow the gaps that exist in the literature about branding in the context of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The research method used is a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with Owners, Managing Directors, and Human Resource Managers in MSMEs. The results of this study indicate that the UMKM employer branding is still limited to intention. It can be seen from the absence of programs or activities that support employer branding programs that are felt directly by their employees. This is induced by the focus of MSME businessmen who are still on fundamental issues such as financial constraints and the absence of loyal consumers. The results of this study can be used by educators or stakeholders in Indonesian MSMEs as a reference for formulating employer branding approaches and strategies that are in line with the characteristics of MSMEs in Indonesia. This study aims to broaden the understanding of the importance of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) for the economy of Kosovo, especially in terms of economic development, labor market and innovation. The study was conducted through analysis of documentary sources such as relevant reports of national and international institutions as well as relevant scientific papers. The scientific contribution of this study is theoretical and aims to help researchers of the field for an expanded understanding of SMEs over national economies. This study provides a concise framework of important elements on the economic impact of SMEs on Kosovo's economy. Examination of available data has shown that the SME sector plays a crucial role for the Kosovo economy. The key role of SMEs was emphasized in terms of overall value generated and the labor market while innovation remains a challenge to be addressed by stakeholders

Murabaha Financing have potentially lower risk than other financing product. It chosen by USP Kopontren XYZ to fulfill members financing demand both for business development and consumptive purposes. Termination of Employment Relationship, working cycle and Bad characters some members cause of the collectibility default in Murabaha Financing.This study using qualitative approach and case studies. The collection of primarydata through in-depth interview, while secondary data obtained from the AnnualMembers Meeting report Kopontren XYZ . Explanation building analysis techniques are use to explain the results of in-depth interviews in order to explain the handling of murabaha financing collectibility default.The results explained to handling collectability default adopt according to The Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 35.3 / Per / M.KUKM / X / 2007, executing from cash collateral, financial penalties for those who deliberately, and converts the contract.

This research examined the problem of graduates’ and students’ who began entering the workforce in which they have creative potential during college and could be combined university studies with activities in the world of work. A qualitative approach was used in terms of testing how students get a job in the labor market. Data analysis method used semi-structured interviews to 50 graduates in 10 private universities in Jakarta. This research focused on gender aspects that challenge graduates. This research finds that student while working is more dominant among women than men, where many companies in Indonesia are more looking for female workers. The labor market must be balanced with the number of graduates in Indonesia so that human resources can be used to the fullest; there is no unemployment and improve poverty rates in the country. Most male and female graduates have worked after graduating and getting jobs according to their field of expertise. There are students who pursue their master’s programs to support their careers and as employees in Indonesian companies.

ABSTRACT Indonesia's economic growth in the first quarter of 2020 of 2.97% was released by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). It is undeniable, that number is the lowest growth rate in the last 19 years. We understand that the economic disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic did occur in various parts of the world. A significant economic slowdown is a big task for many national leaders. Some world economic experts even mention that the disruption of the economy due to this pandemic can resemble the effects of the Great Depression of 1930 ago. If we review the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which has caused extraordinary disruption in the economic field, it is seen that Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a sector that is quite severe. Basically, the concept of risk management is not commonly used in SMEs business processes. This is because, in general, the resources owned by SMEs are quite limited. However, in this paper I want to illustrate at least there are simple concepts that can be applied by SMEs.

The article describes the labor market as an element of the economic system that determines the direction and pace of macroeconomic development, affects the welfare of the population and social protection. The dynamics of reduction of labor force for 2010-2020 due to the increase in the level of external labor and educational migration is given. It is substantiated that the creation of high-paying jobs and the reform of the wage system are effective tools for regulating external migration, which reduces aggregate supply, unemployment and the load on vacant demand. It is outlined that the development of the market of the newest forms of employment and freelance by stimulating the population to create small and medium enterprises, providing organizational, economic and regulatory prerequisites for the development of youth business, can be considered an effective tool to curb migration. The tools of improving the state employment policy are given, namely the tools of balancing the labor market of Ukraine in the projection of the state policy of migration management. The reasons for the growth of unemployment among graduates of educational institutions, youth and skilled people, which encourage potential migration in a period of socio-economic instability and political turmoil. Means of ensuring the preservation of intellectual and human resources of Ukraine and avoiding a shortage of workers in the labor market, which encourage the development of appropriate information and analytical support for analyzing the needs of the labor market (regional, local, sectoral, professional) in the projection of labor supply. The basic vectors of development of the modern labor market which efficiency depends on realization of effective tools, and also structural transformations in the labor markets are resulted. The role of the state in ensuring positive changes and the formation of new transformational approaches in the field of social and labor relations is outlined. The main criteria and priorities for the formation of employment policy in Ukraine are highlighted and the transformation of new types of employment is emphasized. The key indicators of the new type of labor relations are given.

The analysis and the consideration of the sustainability development throughout the SMEs has been less considered by the academic literature than the one developed by large firms so far, although small and medium enterprises represent the majority of the local businesses in many geographical areas of the world. Since small and medium entrepreneurs usually do not know how to tackle the challenges concerning internationalization and sustainability, a managerial model for underling which kind of relationships and interactions must be built is the real aim of the present chapter. In order to do that the chapter is focused of a limited area, the Piedmont Region (Italy), to deep analyse the relationship SMEs can create and improve with the local institutions, associations, and business partners.

In a dynamic and competitive world, understanding the knowledge, skills and competences that managers of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) require is an important endeavour, to ensure that both academic and business training institutions offer well formed programs/courses and curricula. Several studies, conducted by academic researchers and business associations around the world, focused on identifying managers’ skills and competences, but there isn’t an overall perspective on today’s requirements of European SME managers. This is a critical aspect because managers’ competences strongly influence enterprises’ competitiveness and, therefore, the economic competitiveness of countries themselves. To help overcome this problem, the authors conducted a study in six European countries through a literature review and several interviews with business associations’ executives. The result is a list of 34 competences, which the authors organized in four categories: personal; team management; business; and technical. These competences are presented and discussed in this chapterand show that an SME manager should be well prepared in a rich set of complementary areas to perform her/his job. The findings enable a better understanding of the profile of SME managers from the point of view of required competences, and may help in the design of new training programs to fulfil the identified needs.

SMEs account for a large propotion and play an important role in the development of each country in the world, including India. The globalization will bring many advantages for enterprises however SMEs will face fierce competition at the local, national and international level. In order to maintain and promote the important role of SMEs in the context of increased competition, SMEs have to change and adopt new technologies. E-commerce and digital technologies are bringing opportunities to help SMEs improve their competitiveness, narrow the gap with big enterprises thanks to their fairness and flexibility of the digital business environment. According to UNIDO (2017), India is one of the countries successfully applying e-commerce to SMEs. Contributing to this success is the important role of the Indian government. Therefore, this paper focuses on researching the application of e-commerce to SMEs in terms of the role of government in promoting and creating ecosystem for SMEs and e-commerce development.
