This study aims to describe lecturers' ability to use online learning media at the Tarbiyah and Keguruan Faculty of UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh in the learning process. This study used a quantitative descriptive research design. Research subjects are lecturers who actively teach in the odd semester of 2020/2021. Meanwhile, 42 people were randomly selected as samples. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that lecturers' ability with indicators of skills in using online learning media obtained an average value of 79.29%, which means that, on average, the lecturers were able to use online learning media well. The ability of lecturers with indicators of skills in managing online learning is obtained an average value of 67.56%, which means that the lecturer can manage online learning well.

The low activity and cognitive learning outcomes of Grade VIIIB MTs Aisyiyah students require innovation in learning by using cooperative learning models. This study aims to determine the increase in activities and learning outcomes in biology through the application of cooperative learning models of students team achievement division class VIIIB MTs Aisyiyah Sungguminasa Kab. Gowa. This type of research is Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles. The subjects of the study were students of class VIIIB MTs Aisyiyah Sungguminasa Kab. Gowa. The research instrument was an observation sheet and a test. Data analysis techniques with qualitative descriptive statistical analysis for student activities and analyzed with quantitative descriptive statistical analysis for learning outcomes. The results showed that there was an increase in students' cognitive learning activities and outcomes namely from cycle 1 and cycle 2 with an average value of 46.71% and 85.5%. Thus, the conclusion of this research is the use of cooperative learning models of students team achievement division type can increase the activities and learning outcomes of students of class VIIIB MTs Aisyiyah Sungguminasa Kab. Gowa.

This study aims to determine verbal linguistic intelligence, to determine the results learning English especially on students' speaking, and to find out the influence of verbal linguistic intelligence on learning outcomes in English students of class X IPA 1 of SMAN 1 Sidrap. This research is quantitative research; this type of research is a pre-experimental design research. The population in this study was all students of class X SMAN 1 Sidrap, amounting to 182 people, while the study sample was the entire population, namely students of class X IPA 1 SMAN 1 Sidrap, amounting to 32 people. The instruments used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, treatment and recording tools. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and simple regression test through the application of SPSS. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, verbal linguistic intelligence obtained an average value of 84.94, the lowest value obtained 0, and the highest value 107 and are at a percentage of 56.25% are in the average category. The results of learning English in this case speaking students obtained an average value of 96, the lowest value of 0, and the highest value of 96 and are in the good category with a percentage of 65.625%. The simple regression test results obtained sig <α (0,000 <0.05). This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a positive influence between verbal linguistic intelligence on learning outcomes of students of class X Science 1 of SMAN 1 Sidrap.

The 2013 scientific-based curriculum, teachers must facilitate students to gain knowledge or skills based on the scientific method. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of teaching materials. This type of research development, teaching materials have valid content and media. Teaching materials are declared effective if there is an increase in students' classical mastery, an increase in the achievement of basic competencies, and students can understand macroscopic, microscopic and symbolic level representations. Quantitative descriptive research method, starting from the analysis of the quality of teaching materials and diagnostic test instruments Two Tier Multiple Choice (TTMC), application of teaching materials, application of questions, data analysis of test results, classical completeness, achievement of basic competencies, and analysis of representational understanding. The research subjects were students of class XI and XII MIPA. The results of the study were obtained from the results of the student's TTMC test on the buffer solution material that had used Teaching Materials. Data analysis was done classically. The results showed that there was an increase in classical completeness by 9%, the achievement of basic competence indicators increased by 8% and concept understanding increased by 6%. So that the teaching materials developed are effective to use.

Abstract: The research design used was survey research with quantitative descriptive research. The research subjects were 100 futsal extracurricular participants in public high schools in Kediri City District. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis used was the percentage technique. From the results of the data analysis, 3 conclusions were obtained, namely: (1) Intrinsic motivation, namely 66 students, 66% were in good category (2) 50% extrinsic motivation of students is in the sufficient category. (3) The overall motivation, namely 70 students, was in the good category.   Abstrak: Rancangan penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei dengan jenis penelitian disktriptif kuantitatif. Subjek pelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Kota kediri. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket skala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik persentase, dari hasil analisis data diperoleh 3 kesimpulan yaitu: (1) Motivasi intrinsik yaitu 66 peserta didik 66% masuk kategori baik. (2) Motivasi ekstrinsik 50 peserta didik 50% masuk kategori cukup. (3) Motivasi keseluruhan yaitu 70 peserta didik 70% masuk kategori baik.

<p>The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of professionalism competence variable on students' achievement, (2) the effect of teacher's personality variables on students' achievement, (3) the effect of teacher's professionalism and personality on students' achievement. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, with 60 teachers of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA as research subjects taken by total sampling method. Data collected by the instrument in form of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing by F test and t test. Results from the study shows regression equation Y = 43.764+ 0,243 X1 + 0.173 X2 that has meaning when variables X1 and X2 changes, it will have an impact on student achievement. The result of data analysis shows that partially teacher’s professionalism affects significantly on students’ achievement with the value tcount 3,485 &gt; ttable 2,002.Analysis on effect of personality on students’ learning achievement partially influences significantly with value tcount 3,105 &gt; ttable 2,002. The result simultaneously shows that teacher’s professionalism and personality conjunctly affecting the achievement of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA Medan student with value of 8,143 &gt; Ftable 4.01. Other than that, the coefficient of determination (R2) has value of 222. It means in the amount of 22,20% of students’ learning achievement variable is affected by two independent variables in this research, meanwhile the rest as big as 77,80% is affected by other variable that is not studied in this research.</p>

Science learning in elementary schools in achieving optimal knowledge competencies has not been carried out optimally. This study aims to analyze science knowledge competencies through the implementation of a problem-based learning model using performance-based presentation slides in online learning. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were students of class VIB, totaling 36 students. Science knowledge competency data were collected using tests. The collected data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that in the pre-cycle the average percentage of science knowledge competence was 64% categorized as low with classical completeness reaching 25%. After improving learning in the first cycle, the average percentage of science knowledge competence became 68% categorized as moderate with classical completeness reaching 67%. In the second cycle, it increased to 81% which was categorized as high with classical completeness reaching 83%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the problem-based learning model using performance-based presentation slides in online learning can improve the scientific competence of class students.

Good human resource management needs to be done in order to retain employees who show performance so they do not have the desire to leave and or resign (turnover intention) to other companies and or competitors. The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out and analyze Job Satisfaction of PT Indomarco Prismatama employess in Magelang City; (2) Know and analyze Job insecurity of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City; (3) Know and analyze Turnover Intention of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City. This research is a quantitative descriptive research using the employees of PT Indomarco Prismata- ma in Magelang City, the research is based upon 50 respondents who are permenant employress of PT. Indomarco Prrsmatama in Magelang City. The analytical method used in the research is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the analysis show that on average, with regards to Job Satisfaction; employees felt very good at PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City. However, Job Insecurity at PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City is low, and turnover intention of PT Indomarco Prismatama employees in Magelang City is low. Abstract. This research is a classroom action research  that aims to improve the students’ learning outcomes of IPA in class VII A, through the Iqro’ learning model with support of video media in SMP Negeri 2 Amali at Bone regency. Subject of this research consisted of 18 students of class VII A of SMP Negeri 2 Amali consisting of 10 men and 8 women in the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. This research was conducted in two cycles with six meetings. The data retrieval of students’ learning outcomes is done in the end of every cycle. Technique of data collection in this research used instrument in the form of a test of learning outcomes in the form of multiple choice consist 25 numbers. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The result of data analysis showed that the average value of students learning outcomes increase from 70,78 in the end of cycle I increase to 85,11 in cycle II. The completeness of students’ learning outcomes in the end of cycle I 61,11% and become 88,89 in cycle II. It can be conclude that the Iqro’ learning model with video media improve the students’ learning outcomes of IPA in class VII A SMP Negeri 2 Amali at Bone regency. Abstract: The purpose of this research was to obtain information about professional teachers' performance in the application of online learning regarding 3 aspects: planning, implementation, and evaluation. This research used a descriptive quantitative research approach. The sample in this research was 56 professional teachers, in State Elementary Schools throughout Pagelaran District, Malang Regency. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this research indicate that: (1) online learning planning obtained a percentage of 78.96 percent belonging to the medium category; (2) the implementation of online learning obtained a percentage of 81.46 percent belonging to the high category; (3) evaluation of online learning obtained a percentage of 79.13 percent belonging to the medium category. The overall results obtained a percentage of 80.06 percent which indicated that the performance of professional teachers in the application of online learning in State Elementary Schools throughout the Pagelaran District of Malang Regency is in the medium categories. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi kinerja guru profesional dalam penerapan pembelajaran daring mengenai 3 aspek yakni: merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 56 guru profesional, di SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pagelaran Kabupaten Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) merencanakan pembelajaran daring diperoleh persentase sebesar 78,96 persen tergolong kategori sedang; (2) melaksanakan pembelajaran daring diperoleh persentase sebesar 81,46 persen tergolong kategori tinggi; (3) mengevaluasi pembelajaran daring diperoleh persentase sebesar 79,13 persen tergolong kategori sedang. Hasil keseluruhan diperoleh persentase sebesar 80,06 persen yang menunjukkan kinerja guru profesional dalam penerapan pembelajaran daring di SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pagelaran Kabupaten Malang tergolong kategori sedang.

The aim of this research is to determine the role headmaster of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Huda Sleman Yogyakarta in the Covid 19 pandemic. This research is descriptive research. The research subjects are all members of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Huda using random sampling. Data collection techniques are in the form of observations, interviews and documentations. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study are as follows: First, the headmaster of Al Huda Madrasah Ibtidaiyah has succeeded in motivating teachers and monitoring online learning. Second, the headmaster Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Huda has succeeded in providing socialization, guidance and assistance to students while studying at home. Third, the headmaster Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Huda succeeded in involving parents, committees, in collaboration with kompita to help parents and surrounding communities in the socio- economic field.
