Abstract: The research design used was survey research with quantitative descriptive research. The research subjects were 100 futsal extracurricular participants in public high schools in Kediri City District. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis used was the percentage technique. From the results of the data analysis, 3 conclusions were obtained, namely: (1) Intrinsic motivation, namely 66 students, 66% were in good category (2) 50% extrinsic motivation of students is in the sufficient category. (3) The overall motivation, namely 70 students, was in the good category.   Abstrak: Rancangan penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei dengan jenis penelitian disktriptif kuantitatif. Subjek pelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Kota kediri. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket skala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik persentase, dari hasil analisis data diperoleh 3 kesimpulan yaitu: (1) Motivasi intrinsik yaitu 66 peserta didik 66% masuk kategori baik. (2) Motivasi ekstrinsik 50 peserta didik 50% masuk kategori cukup. (3) Motivasi keseluruhan yaitu 70 peserta didik 70% masuk kategori baik.

The problem of this research was initiated by the learning process of Physical, Sport and Health Education which was not run well. This research was aimed at revealing the students’ intrinsic and extrinsic motivation toward the learning process of Physical, Sport and Health Education subject at SMP N 1 Kota Payakumbuh. This was a descriptive research. The population of the research was all of students (287) in grade VIII of SMP N 4 Kota Payakumbuh. By using random sampling technique, 20% (55 students) of the population were takenas the sample. The data were obtained by making use of the questionnaire of Gudman’s scale. The data gathered then were analyzed by using statistic of descriptive percentage. Based on the results of data analysis, it was figured out that: 1) the students’ intrinsic motivation toward Physical, Sport and Health Education subject at SMP N 4 Kota Payakumbuh is 44.6% (average), and 2) thestudents’ extrinsic motivation toward Physical, Sport and Health Education subject is 41.8% (average). From these results, it is concluded that the students’ motivation toward Physical, Sport and Health Education subject, in general, is in average category.

The 2013 scientific-based curriculum, teachers must facilitate students to gain knowledge or skills based on the scientific method. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of teaching materials. This type of research development, teaching materials have valid content and media. Teaching materials are declared effective if there is an increase in students' classical mastery, an increase in the achievement of basic competencies, and students can understand macroscopic, microscopic and symbolic level representations. Quantitative descriptive research method, starting from the analysis of the quality of teaching materials and diagnostic test instruments Two Tier Multiple Choice (TTMC), application of teaching materials, application of questions, data analysis of test results, classical completeness, achievement of basic competencies, and analysis of representational understanding. The research subjects were students of class XI and XII MIPA. The results of the study were obtained from the results of the student's TTMC test on the buffer solution material that had used Teaching Materials. Data analysis was done classically. The results showed that there was an increase in classical completeness by 9%, the achievement of basic competence indicators increased by 8% and concept understanding increased by 6%. So that the teaching materials developed are effective to use.

This study aims to describe lecturers' ability to use online learning media at the Tarbiyah and Keguruan Faculty of UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh in the learning process. This study used a quantitative descriptive research design. Research subjects are lecturers who actively teach in the odd semester of 2020/2021. Meanwhile, 42 people were randomly selected as samples. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that lecturers' ability with indicators of skills in using online learning media obtained an average value of 79.29%, which means that, on average, the lecturers were able to use online learning media well. The ability of lecturers with indicators of skills in managing online learning is obtained an average value of 67.56%, which means that the lecturer can manage online learning well.

<p>The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of professionalism competence variable on students' achievement, (2) the effect of teacher's personality variables on students' achievement, (3) the effect of teacher's professionalism and personality on students' achievement. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, with 60 teachers of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA as research subjects taken by total sampling method. Data collected by the instrument in form of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing by F test and t test. Results from the study shows regression equation Y = 43.764+ 0,243 X1 + 0.173 X2 that has meaning when variables X1 and X2 changes, it will have an impact on student achievement. The result of data analysis shows that partially teacher’s professionalism affects significantly on students’ achievement with the value tcount 3,485 &gt; ttable 2,002.Analysis on effect of personality on students’ learning achievement partially influences significantly with value tcount 3,105 &gt; ttable 2,002. The result simultaneously shows that teacher’s professionalism and personality conjunctly affecting the achievement of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA Medan student with value of 8,143 &gt; Ftable 4.01. Other than that, the coefficient of determination (R2) has value of 222. It means in the amount of 22,20% of students’ learning achievement variable is affected by two independent variables in this research, meanwhile the rest as big as 77,80% is affected by other variable that is not studied in this research.</p>

This study aims to determine the level of motivation of students majoring in Social Sciences (IS) in SMA N I Suliki District in choosing Biology cross-interests. Method, this research is quantitative with quantitative descriptive approach. Samples were taken by total sampling technique. The subjects in this study were all grade X students majoring in IS N NI High School in Suliki District who chose cross biology interest totaling 126 people, the data analysis technique was a percentage technique. The results of data analysis showed IS majoring students at SMAN 1 Kec. Suliki chose biology interest based on intrinsic motivation of 70.48% (good) and based on extrinsic motivation of 62.75% (good). Conclusion, the motivation of students majoring in Social Sciences (IS) in choosing cross-interests of biology both intrinsically and extrinsically is good. Abstract. This research aims to know how the implementation of maintenance conducted by PT X and how maintenance by PT X used the preventive and breakdown maintenance methods to minimize engine maintenance cost. The research method used in this study is care study whereas this type of research is quantitative descriptive research. Technique of collecting data in this research by obsererving, interviewing and collecting documents related to research. Data analysis used by using preventive and breakdown maintenance methods. The result of this research is PT X performs maintenance of the engine by using preventive maintenance such as routine maintenance, semi-overhaul forecast maintenance and annual maintenance and breakdown maintenance are usually performed when the machine is fully damaged or dead. PT X should implement preventive maintenance because it is more efficient at 13,2% than the company’s maintenance. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pemeliharaan mesin yang dilakukan PT X dan bagaimana pemeliharaan mesin yang yang dilakukan PT X dengan menggunakan metode preventive dan breakdown maintenance untuk meminimumkan biaya pemeliharaan mesin. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini studi kasus sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan metode preventive dan breakdown maintenance. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah PT X hendaknya melakukan pemeliharaan mesin dengan menggunakan preventive maintenance seperti perawatan rutin, perawatan semi overhaul dan perawatan tahunan dan breakdown maintenance biasa dilakukan saat mesin mengalami kerusakan atau mati total. PT X hendaknya melaksanakan preventive maintenance karena lebih efisien sebesar 13,2% dibandingkan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan perusahaan.

The purpose of this research is to describe the level of mastery of professional, pedagogical, personal and social competency of PPKn college student who carry out an internship program III at SMKN 2 & 3 Salatiga. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection techniques using document studies, interviews, and observations. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive techniques. The research subjects were 7 college student of PPKn Internship III Participants. The results showed the level of mastery of pedagogical and professional competencies of PPKn college student as apprentice III participants who were shown the ability to compile lesson plans, implement lesson plans in class categories in both good and very good categories, with an average score of 3.02 to 3.97. The mastery of 7 competency indicators was assessed, 4 college student were rated very well with an average score of 4, and 3 college student on indicators 4 and 7 were rated well with a score of 3, the average was also 3.71 the category was very good. 5 indicators of social competency were assessed, 4 college student rated very good, the average score of 4 and 3 college student on indicators 3 and 4 were rated as good with a score of 3, the average was 3.80, the category was very good. The results of the study can be concluded mastery of teacher competency, college student who carry out an internship program III on average are very good at carrying out tasks as a prospective professional teacher.

AbstractThis study aims to describe the ability to find educative value in the short story of the Chef of the DamhuriMuhammad work. This study uses quantitative descriptive research. The subject of this study was the whole classX students of SMA 12 Buru teaching 2017-2018. This study uses the ability test instrument to find educativevalue in the short story. The results showed the highest score achieved by students as many as 5 researchsubjects namely a score of 80 out of 100 as the highest score, students who scored 70 as many as 14 students, ascore of 60 obtained by 1 student, and a score of 50 as the lowest score achieved by 2 subject students research.The ability to find educative values in the short story of the Cook by Damhuri Muhammad by students of class Xof Buru 12 High School has been successful even though it is not sufficient. This is based on the results of dataanalysis, namely the research subjects who obtained a score of 65 and above as many as 10 students or 76.923%and research subjects who obtained scores below 65 as many as 3 students or 23.077%. Thus the ability to findeducative values in the short story of the Cook by Damhuri Muhammad by class X students of SMA 12 Buruclassically has not been successful because only 76,923% obtained 65 and above.Keywords: Educative Value, short story, Short Story Cook

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

This study aims to improve mastery of dexterity gymnastics through playing approaches and assistive media in physical education learning for students. This research method uses a classroom action research method with research subjects namely students of class II SD Negeri 44 Ampenan. The research instrument used observation, interviews, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the play approach and assistive media can increase interest, activeness, and dexterity gymnastics for the second grade students of SD Negeri 44 Ampenan.
