The paper considers theoretical aspects of navigation design in public spaces of educational institutions. The research is based on theoretical and empirical methods: literature analysis, target audience surveying, comparative analysis, and synthesis. Requirements for signage are specified, concerning: information content, visibility, uniformity of visual elements, esthetics, ease of use, cost-effectiveness in production and ease of replacement of information, environmental friendliness of materials, and safety for humans and the environment.

The article substantiates the need to study the methodological aspects of digital communication as a separate higher education institution and in the country as a whole. It is determined that one of the tools to increase the competitiveness of educational institutions is the development of communication policy and the use of modern digital technologies. And also that the formation of digital communication policy of higher education institutions is a key issue for the promotion of educational services at this stage of the country's development. The target audience of the market of educational services for the main users of the official site of the higher educational institution is outlined. The main tasks of information and social technologies in education, which provide general computerization of students and teachers, are listed. The author highlights the main components of educational sites and their general characteristics. The author also formed a complex analysis of the site using modern methods of analysis: general characteristics, design and description of the site; qualitative for quantitative analysis of the site; analysis of the site in accordance with the requirements for the sites of educational institutions at the legislative level regarding the disclosure of information; results of psychological verbal-communicative method of site research; SEO analysis (search engine promotion) of the site. The article presents the results of the application of the proposed comprehensive analysis on the example of a specific site of a higher education institution, namely the site of the State Dnipropetrovsk University of Internal Affairs, with a thorough explanation of the results. According to the results of the study, the author came to the conclusion that the development of communication policy using integrated marketing tools, namely site development, is achieved by successfully promoting higher education institutions in the market of educational services, image formation and competitiveness of educational institutions.

Subject. The article discusses the issues related to accounting and social reporting in organic animal husbandry. Objectives. We herein outline practical guidelines for accounting in organic animal husbandry, which would allow to gather data for further social reporting. Methods. We applied theoretical and empirical methods, such as the logic method, reasoning, the systems approach, analysis and synthesis. Results. We reviewed accounting principles in animal husbandry provided that organic agriculture coexists with the traditional one. It is advisable to supplement synthetic accounts with additional subaccounts. Using the designed set of accounts, agricultural enterprises will be able to report on adverse environmental effects and actions taken to prevent such effects. The article sets forth forms of social reports, such as Materials in Organic Animal Husbandry, Areas of Organic Animal Husbandry, Costs of Waste Disposal in Organic Animal Husbandry. Conclusions and Relevance. The market of organic animal production is in its infancy. Producers need to set up the management and accounting for processes in the sector, which have their own distinctions. Therefore, designing and refining techniques for accounting and creation of accounts, which would show how the production influences the environment. Theoretical clauses of this study can serve for examining methodological aspects of accounting in organic animal husbandry. Practical guidelines for accounting and preparing social reports are designated for agricultural enterprises that operate in accordance with the organic farming principles.

The article reveals the issue of the child's development environment as a set of material and technical, sanitary and hygienic, ergonomic, aesthetic, psychological, and pedagogical conditions that ensure the organization of the life of children and adults in the educational institution. The need for such conditions to satisfy the vital - vitagenic - needs of a person, to ensure their safety, protection of life and health, to meet its spiritual and social needs - cognitive, aesthetic, general cultural, needs in communication with other people is noted. Attention is focused on the aesthetics of the educational environment of the educational institution as an educational institution; it is a pedagogically organized microenvironment that has a high level of development of aesthetic culture, flexible dynamics of development, and provides great opportunities for the influence of the creative motivation of the subject. The educational environment is considered as a system of influences and conditions for the formation of a personality according to a given model, as well as opportunities for its development contained in a social and subject-spatial environment. Features of registration of primary school classrooms(moderation, aesthetics, safety) are revealed. The peculiarities of designing buildings of modern educational institutions, in which one can freely organize work, both individually and in pairs, groups, or teamwork of teachers with a group of children, are noted. The importance of the influence of ergonomic characteristics of the educational environment on the comfort of the psychological climate prevailing in the classroom/group is emphasized; the dominance of child-centered methods of child-adult communication; focus on establishing friendly relations between children; real help of the teacher in resolving conflicts and providing emotional support; stimulating horizontal communication of students; creating conditions for children to actively discuss the problems that concern them and express a detailed judgment; maintaining discipline; introduction of new subject concepts based on design and research experience; openness to discussions, etc.

Meunasah is one of the basic levels of traditional Islamic educational institutions in Aceh. Which to date continues to be vehement with recitation and other civic activities. aims to find out the origins and the development of meunasah as a basic traditional Islamic educational institution in Aceh. This research applied a literature study by collecting various references. The results showed that meunasah had existed since the formation of the Islamic community in Aceh. The development of meunasah as a traditional Aceh Islamic education institution was only discovered during the period of Sultan Iskandar Muda (1607-1636).

SQL Server Reporting Services is a way to analyze data, create reports using the indicators and gauges. Indicators are minimal gauges that convey the state of a single data value at a glance, and most are used to represent the state of Key Performance Indicators. Manage and harmonize the performance of an institution's educational institutions, especially universities with the performance of individuals or resources, no doubt is one of the essential elements for the success of an entity of the institution. Integrate the performance of an educational institution with individual performance is not an easy process, and therefore required a systematic approach to manage it. Implementation of a strategic management system based Balanced Scorecard can be used as a performance measurement system that will continuously monitor the successful implementation of the strategy of any public educational institution and measure the performance of its resources in a comprehensive and balanced, not the quantity but the emphasis is more concerned with the quality, so the performance of educational institutions at any time can be known clearly. Contribution of Key Performance Indicators to manage and harmonize the performance of any public institution is a solution in providing information to realize the extent of work that has set targets, identify and monitor measures of success, of course, with performance indicators show a clear, specific and measurable.

Subject. This article deals with the theory-and practice-relevant issues of classification and content definition of different types of capital used as sources of operations financing, and recommendations for developing their accounting in agricultural organizations. Objectives. The article aims to substantiate the organizational and methodological aspects of capital accounting development to generate information on value reserve and creation of value as new in the organization's integrated reporting. The article also aims to define the classification and content of capital types as sources of financing for the organization's activities and develop recommendations for developing the accounting of the availability, increase, reduction or transformation of the relevant types of capital in the organization's business activities. Methods. For the study, we used the methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy, and comparison. The scientific works of domestic specialists and regulations, including the International Standard on Integrated Reporting (IR) are the methodological basis of this work. Results. The article defines conceptual provisions and offers practical recommendations on the set-up and development of capital flow accounting in the corporate governance system of the agricultural organization. It clarifies the classification and economic content of capital as a source of funding for the organization's reproduction activities. The article also offers an original method of accounting for the value reserve (balances) and capital changes. Conclusions and Relevance. The practical application of the developed recommendations for value accounting and capital changes will help generate all the necessary information in the integrated reporting of the agricultural organization to assess its reserves of value, create value as new, economic, environmental, and social efficiency of the organization's activities. The results of the study can be used to develop the theory, methodology and techniques of accounting of capital types as sources of financing of value creation as a result of the agricultural organization's business activities.

Instagram is a social media application that is currently very popular in the community, especially among artist, politicians, and business people. Companies or advanced business must quicly adapt to the advancement of information technology in the form of social media as a marketing tool. Students and scheduling are both essential parts in a higher educational institution. However, after schedules are arranged and students has agreed to them, there are some occasions that can occur beyond the control of the university or lecturer which require the courses to be cancelled and arranged for replacement course schedules. At Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, an agreement between lecturers and students manually every time to establish a replacement course. The agreement consists of a replacement date and time that will be registered to the division of BAAK UMN which then enter the new schedule to the system. In this study, Ant Colony Optimization algorithm is implemented for scheduling replacement courses to make it easier and less time consuming. The Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm is chosen because it is proven to be effective when implemented to many scheduling problems. Result shows that ACO could enhance the scheduling system in Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, which specifically tested on the Department of Informatics replacement course scheduling system. Furthermore, the newly built system has also been tested by several lecturers of Informatics UMN with a good level of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. For the purpose of the development of novel approaches during the commission stage, the hygienic assessment of conditions of training in specially constructed innovative building of SKOLKOVO International Gymnasium was performed. Hygienic examination of innovative architectural and planning solutions, learning conditions and hygienic modeling of the optimal placement of furniture and equipment in multi-faceted educational facilities with panoramic glazing made it possible to predict the provision of the gymnasium with an optimal level of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of students. This is achieved by the innovative layout of the gymnasium building and its territory. Hygienic specification of zoning of both buildings and premises of the educational institution, include the requirements to satisfy the hygienic criteria on children education, motor activity, organization of proper nutrition, and using the building as a center for family leisure. Hygienic modeling of educational furniture and equipment provides optimal conditions (viewing angle) for visual work of students in all multifaceted classes. The obtained data are the basis for amendments to the state sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations in the field of organization of education and upbringing of children.

Currently, in Colombia, different problems in education exist; one of them is the inconvenience in tracing and controlling the learning trajectories that decide the topics taught in the country’s educational institutions. This work aims to implement a logic-based system that allows teachers and educational institutions to carry out a continuous monitoring process of students’ academic performance, facilitating early corrections of errors or failures in teaching methods, to promote educational support spaces within the educational institution.
