The aim of this research is to prove the effect of service quality and price on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction at Cendana Polytechnic, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is associative quantitative method through online questionnaires. The number of respondents/sample as many as 35 students of the Cendana Polytechnic from a population of 408 people with the Accidental Sampling technique. The results showed: (1) Service quality has an influence on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction at Cendana Polytechnic, where the T test results, the significant value is 0.005 or less 0.05. (2) price has no effect on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction at Cendana Polytechnic, with T-test results, a significant value of 0.105 or greater 0.05. (3) Service quality and price have an influence on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction at Cendana Polytechnic with F test results, Fcount 11.488 with F significance of 0.000 or F significance value less than 0.05

Abstract: This study aims to clarify and determine the influce of service quality on customer satisfaction together and partial as well as to determine which variable are dominant influence on customer satisfaction at Bhayangkara Hospital Semarang (Opthamologist policlinic). The independent variables used in this study are reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy, and tangible. Dependent variable in this study is the customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at Bhayangkara Hospital Semarang (Opthamologist policlinic) . The population sample used is patients at Bhayangkara Hospital Semarang (Opthamologist policlinic). The sampling technique use Accidental Sampling. The sample used in this study amounted to 80 patients as respondents. Based on the F test results was showed that F Sig  0,000<0,005, which means the Service Quality which consists of reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy, and tangible have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Based on the t results showed that the variables of reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy, and tangible significantly influence customer satisfaction. T test results also showed that the empathy (X4) variable have had the most powerfull effect compared with other variables, so the emphaty (X4) variable have the dominant influence on the customer satisfaction (patients).Keyword: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the implementation of services, perceptions of religiosity of institutions and customer satisfaction, as well as the influence of service quality and religiosity perceptions in BMT Idrisiyyah to customer satisfaction BMT Idrisiyyah Tasikmalaya.The research method used in this research is the field research method (field reaserch), while the data collection techniques are done through the spread of questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique using slovin formula with the number of respondents 100 customers and the analysis tools used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test and F test.Based on the results of research and F-test results (simultaneous) showed that service and perceptions of religiosity together affect the customer satisfaction. The result of t-test (partial) which have positive effect significantly to customer satisfaction from service quality is variable of reliability, responsiveness variable, assurance variable and empathy while for physical proof (tangible) has no effect to customer satisfaction. For the perception variable religiosity also does not affect customer satisfaction. For the mutual influence of service quality and religiosity perception have an effect on customer satisfaction in BMT Idrsiyyah with significance value 0,000 and F value equal to 6,750.

The purpose of  research is to know the partial influence (T test) and simultaneously (F test) between brand image variable and service quality to customer satisfaction PT Pegadaian (Persero) Batam. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method with quantitative approach Data collection techniques were done by distributing questionnaires to each respondent as much as 294 respondents. The results showed that the value of R Square of 0,135 or 13,5% of the value can be known the brand image and service quality affect the customer satisfaction of 13,5% while the rest is 86,5% influenced by other factors not examined. The result of research based on t test for brand image has  value equal to 6,080 > 1,968 (t table) and significant value 0,000 <0,05 meaning that variable of brand image  have significant effect to customer satisfaction, while service quality has value of 2,281 > 1,968 (t table) and significant value 0,023<0,05 meaning service quality variable have significant effect to customer satisfaction. And the result of F test has value equal to 22,670>3,03 (F table) and significant value 0,000 <0,05 can be interpreted that variable brand image and service quality simultaneously have significant effect toeffect to customer satisfaction.

Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the customer's basic expectations. Many factors influence customer satisfaction, including service quality and price. The problem that the answer to this research is looking for is the effect of partial, simultaneous and dominant independent variables (service quality and price) on customer satisfaction. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. The results of multiple linear regression obtained an equation, (Y = 2.936 + 0.098 X1 + 0.246 X2). The t-test results obtained by t count variable service quality 5.434 price 3.704 greater than t table 1.660 between independent variables partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The results obtained from the F test are: F count (75,966)> F table (3,09) means that variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the regression calculation and t count value can be drawn that the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is price. From the results of the analysis concluded that the independent variable (service quality and price) has a significant influence on customer satisfaction Cv. Cahaya Bonanza Abadi Lamongan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction on Geprek Champion Chicken in Makmur Medan Branch. The sample used in this study were 96 respondents who were consumers of the Geprek Champion Chicken Restaurant in Medan, using the sampling technique, namely icidental sampling using the lemeshow formula. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. The results of research partially t test results indicate that product quality, service quality and store atmosphere have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variable product quality, service quality and store atmosphere have an effect on customer satisfaction.

The development of business today is characterized by increasingly intense competition,to be able compete with other culinary businesses, companies must pay attention to promotions, service quality and customer satisfaction. Attractive promotions and good service quality can increase customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of a positive and significant effect between promotion variables and service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Restoran Bakso Lapangan Tembak Senayan with a purposive sampling technique, the number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection method is questionnaire. Data quality in this study uses validity and reliability test, the classic assumption and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study uses t test and F test using SPSS version 23 software program. The results of the t test and F test, it can be concluded promotion is partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality is partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, as well promotion and service quality as a whole. simultaneous positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in the Restoran Bakso Lapangan Tembak Senayan. Keywords: promotion, service quality, customer satisfaction

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously on the customer loyalty of the Padang city PDAM. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling so that from the population a sample of 100 respondents was taken, the data collection method used was observation, questionnaire and literature rieview. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and detemination coefficient. Based on multiple regression analysis, service quality and customer satisfaction variables on customer loyalty get Y = 1,493 + 0,408X1 + 0,059 X2 + 0,481X3- 0,038 X4 + 0,192 X5 + 0,114 X6 + e. From the t test, it was found that tangible had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. Variable reliability does not affect the customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. The variable responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. The assurance variable does not affect the customer loyalty of Padang City PDAM. Variable empathy has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. Satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. From the results of the F test, it is proven that the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty PDAM Padang city, while the results of the determination coefficient obtained the ability of independent variables explain the dependent variable of 28.7% the remaining 71.3% is explained by other variables which is not used in this study, it is expected that Padang City PDAM can provide the best quality service to customers so that the customer is satisfied with the services proviuded so as to increase customer loyalty and for further researchers the authors suggest, in order to increase the number of respondents to be used, as well as carried out with a longer time span, so that the research done is better than tthe results of this study.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-service quality and consumer confidence on customer satisfaction. The use of the method in this study is to use a type of sampling included in the sample random sampling and by distributing questionnaires as many as 96 to consumers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for hypothesis testing is a statistical test partial (t test) and simultaneous testing (f test). T test results show that e-service quality (X1) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, consumer confidence (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the F test the probability value sig 0,000 <0.10 which means that together e-service quality (X1) and consumer confidence (X2) significantly influence consumer satisfaction (Y). Conclusion, together e-service quality and consumer trust significantly influence consumer satisfaction Keywords: E-Service Quality, Consumer Trust, Consumer Satisfaction.

<em>This purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction of Credit Serba Bisa at PD. BPR BKK Kota Semarang Period June 2019. This research is a causal applied quantitative research. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and observation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. Data testing methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, test the coefficient of determination R<sup>2 </sup>which shows can be used to measure customer satisfaction. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results of the F test show that the quality of service, product quality, and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction on Credit Serba Bisa in PD. BPR BKK Kota Semarang. Furthermore, the t test results showed that service quality, product quality, and price partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Credit Serba Bisa at PD. BPR BKK Kota Semarang.</em>

The purpose of this research is to know the Application effect of sharia principles and service againts customer satisfaction level of murabahah financing product in sharia financial services cooperative in Central Java. The research method is using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and R2 test. The results showed that, from the t test results, the service variables proved to be partially significant effect on customer satisfaction with the result of tcount = 5.821> t table = 2.035. While the application of sharia principles variable While the variable application of sharia principles partially has no significant effect on satisfaction with the result tcount= -0.333> t table = -2.035. Then, from the results of the F test of both variables, it simultaneously proved to have a significant effect on satisfaction with the results of Fcount value 30.613 > F table 4.22. From R2 test, it is found that the influence of both variables is 65,7% against customer satisfaction, means independent variable that is application of sharia principles and service influenced simultaneously equal to 65,7% to dependent variable that is customer satisfaction, while the rest 34,3% influenced by other variables outside the two variables used.
