This subject is important because the teaching and learning process in the church tends to stagnate or not interesting. For this reason a strategy or pattern is needed so that the teaching and learning process can run well. Determining an effective pattern of doctrinal teaching requires a proper understanding of how learners learn. Because to be able to form effective teaching patterns need to understand how adults learn and mix them in the form of an effective learning process. From the discussion, it was found that to determine the effective teaching pattern about doctrine for adults is: the teacher understands accurately about the needs of students. Teachers must be able to find various truths that are needed by students. Knowing the Bible as a real need must be an emphasis on effective learning patterns. Finally, adults need space to share experiences not to be filled with a variety of knowledge. Therefore, the teacher must be able to bridge the knowledge and experience in the process of learning and teaching that takes place.

In the aftermath of Vatican II, questions have been raised about the exercise of magisterium in the church. This study first examines the teaching authority of the episcopal conference, the doctrinal committee of episcopal conference, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, and the Synod of Bishops. Next it examines the primary and secondary objects of episcopal magisterium, with special attention to the non-defined dogma and the “definitive doctrine” taught by the ordinary universal magisterium. Lastly it suggests ways forward in the understanding and exercise of the teaching function of the church, especially the priority of learning as the sine qua non condition for effective teaching, the shift from magisterium (in the singular) to magisteria (in the plural), and new modes of teaching appropriate for our digital age.

Teaching and learning is a bilateral process and students’ learning outcomes depend to a large extent on the motivation and performance of each individual teacher in the classroom and on the activities of all school teachers. Teacher's ability to evaluate and plan teaching and learning is one of the most important professional skills because systematic evaluation, planning and re-evaluation are an integral part of learning and maximization of development, which makes teaching effective and provides students with a profound understanding and competence. These are the means by which it can be ascertained that the results achieved are in line with national and local educational requirements. The paper analyzes the teachers' understanding of effective teaching and their skills to evaluate the teaching/learning process and to plan effective teaching as well as the need to improve teachers’ evaluation and planning skills.

The research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan City with one of the teachers as resource persons. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study are observations of learning models at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan during the covid-19 pandemic. Learning that is usually carried out in person is now being shifted to distance learning or daring. In the implementation of learning during this pandemic, appropriate and effective learning models are needed to support the success of the teaching and learning process. The application of the learning model is one of the main factors in the learning process. This is because when applying the appropriate learning model, the learning process and learning outcomes will be as expected. There are several factors that support teachers in the learning process, namely the availability of mobile phones, quotas and a stable internet network. In addition to the factors that support bold learning, there are also several inhibiting factors for teachers in bold learning. As the English teacher in the classroom, there will be some problems or conditions need to be accomplished. Teacher will see some of the students are very motivated, motivated or even feeling ignored in studying English. The learners who have contacted with English will find that some features are quite easy and extremely difficult. One of the more complicated problems of second or foreign languages learning and  teaching has been to define and apply the construct of motivation in the classroom. Motivation is a concept without physical reality, we cannot see motivation; we see effort, interest, attitude and desire. For speaking, it is important first to give competence and then performance. Competence is more likely to the extent a communicator is motivated to be so. Motivation is the extent to which a communicator is drawn towards or pushed away from communicating competently in a given context then performed. This is a descriptive  quantitative research. The data obtained from the questionnaire distributed and analyzed to get the result.  The date taken from the students of Muhammadiyah 1 Senior High School Gresik in Easy-Speaking course. The researcher wanted to know the students’ motivation in practicing speaking English in Easy-Speaking course.
